Great book, like Rindt's career it starts a little choppy but truly hits a stride toward the end. Less a biography and more some vignettes into the life a a racing legend taken too soon.

This book spans Rindt's life in the living years through the months after his passing. Great history lesson.

I found a copy of this book from the early 1970's in a bookshop in Hay on Wye. The best £15 I've spent in a while!

A must for the most avid motor racing fan. The only (THANKFULLY) posthumous F1 World Champion was an orphan of a bomming raid in 1940, but stood astride the world of motor racing at the time of his fatal crash at Monza, Italy.
