Read this book (many years ago now)and discovered that my, then, supervisor fit all the criteria...so I found the courage to quit, found new employment...life got much better :) But seriously, this book helped put quite a few things into perspective for me at the time.

This was a college graduation gift that has helped me define my career. It's not as negative as it sounds. It's really about managing your manager and making good career decisions. Sometimes you have to fire your boss.

I got this book as a gift when I graduated college - it was funny but also very helpful. Lots of good tips to keep in mind as a young grad entering the work force.
