In this fast-paced roller-coaster follow-up to C.A. Rudolph’s thrilling Until Nothing Remains, these two families’ universes are predestined to collide. Will they find common ground? Or will the confrontation result in disaster?
This book, no the series is a great collection of well developed characters, storyline, subplots with a twist of mystery, intrigue, a thriller and an apocalyptic event all rolled out for our enjoyment.
Five PLUS stars. Fav quote: I’d like to kindly insist we all make like fetuses and head out.” First part of Chapter 8. Adam and Liz talking. Role reversal.
It's strange to enjoy a book so much whilst disliking some of the characters so intensely, also to like others that you probably shouldn't. The people are the main focus, the disintegration of the country is well in the background, but I like all that about this story.
Great characters, non stop action, solid storyline, no typos that I noticed, complex sentences, great vocabulary..... An all around enjoyable read! I can't wait for the next book!
We have a pair of deadly assassins hiding out from a Ukrainian hit squad and we have a prepper whose house they are hiding in. I just wonder if the two conflicting sets of people can get along and help one another survive
Our assassin couple are running for their live, a couple of teens are mixed up and the hunters of our assassin's have some troubles too. Great adventures and lots of action. So enjoyable books.
Another non-stop thriller by C. A. Rudolph, has a little of everything in it from killers, family time, humor, partnerships and forgiveness . Easy fast adventure. Enjoyed it very much.
You need a score card for this one! Rudolph has really outdone himself. This book is non-stop action that culminates in a surprising way. Get this one; trust me! It’s well worth it!
