Hi everyone!

Welcome to my Goodreads page, which I am here more often than I can admit. I love reading and sharing what I read. I haven't found a better arena for me to find like-minded book lovers.

I am the author of the award-winning Vivatera Series, the rom-com To Dream In Daylight, and the comedic paranormal satire Vampire-ish: A Hypochondriac's Tale, among other short fictions. I'm also a published poet and have my chapbook Wandering Beautiful.

My writing needs some element of the fantastical, I especially love fate-driven stories. I gravitate to stories that surprise me with their creativity. If it's something I envy, I'll be a fan forever. I'm fascinated with how others approach their own imagination and how they speak the language of art.

Me personally, I love Count Chocula, retrogaming on my Sega Genesis or PS2, and I'm a strong advocate for creativity. I hope you all enjoy my stories and find them super delightful.

🪵Woww!! I can’t believe I finally read Everstar, after being the reader of the series from the very beginning I knew this is one of those series that brought me comfort with good plot and wonderful writing, this book is just hooked me but also made me think wise and co relate a few stuff related to the previous one.

Indeed I must day, this one is the most refreshing read amongst the three and my favourite book in the entire series, I was so much attached to it and even Naomi as a character evolved a lot, I could sense it. The introduction of new elements and continuing the previous ones in a subtle way makes it attractive and tempting.

This one is a closure but also made me wanted for more, it felt like an end to an era and I really formed an invincible relationship with the story as well as characters! Thomas’s writing has truly evolved in this one and I can sense that too!

Every bit of the story is new but the essence of first two in the story is clearly felt in Everstar! If you have read the first two books, just go for it without giving a second thought.

It has good drama, action and many elements that would wanna make you jump, go for it!! Definitely recommended.

"Everstar: Vivatera" is an enthralling journey through a world on the brink of destruction. The author skillfully introduces readers to Naomi, a character destined for greatness, as she faces the immense responsibility of restoring magic and freeing trapped souls. The addition of an ancient spirit with malicious intentions adds an extra layer of tension to the narrative.

The story's core message revolves around the importance of unity among the Daughters of Prolius, emphasizing the power of teamwork in overcoming seemingly insurmountable challenges. The stakes are high, as the loss of elemental power could lead to the end of life itself. This thrilling tale is a testament to the power of hope, courage, and friendship in the face of darkness.

"Everstar: Vivatera" is a captivating read that will leave you on the edge of your seat, eager to see how Naomi and the Daughters of Prolius will save their world. It is a must-read for fans of fantasy and adventure, offering an immersive experience that will linger in your thoughts long after the final page.

Everstar by Candace J Thomas is a fitting finale to a magical saga, Vivatera. It is both fantastical as well as grounded in emotions.

Author Candace J Thomas gives a heart pounding closure to the Vivatera saga with a third book in the series - Everstar. This book is chock-a-block with new thrill, newer plot lines, and exceptional character development. Just like its predecessors, expect a great deal of action, breath-taking plot twists, and a satisfying climax.

Gear up as the war is here, and now, Naomi has to level up to deal with the ancient spirits to ward off the evil from her planet. This time around, the stakes are are high as these spirits want to capture and enslave the souls of Prabraven. ©

This is the last novel of the series and it was very hard to say goodbye to Naomi. She was a part of my reading schedule for almost a month.

This is a perfect battle of good over evil. I can bet you won’t be able to find such an intriguing series ever. Naomi is still my favourite character from this series and she’s all ready to embrace her beautiful destiny and the life after but something is still left to hear, something is still missing but what ? You need to read it to find that.

The language is simple and easy to understand. There were a lot of characters but with different roles and characteristics. The title and the cover complimented each other. If you’re looking for a light hearted and intriguing read, go and order your copy now !

I love this series. I listened to the whole series on audio book one right after the other in about a week or week-and-a-half this summer. The world is fresh, the characters memorable and unique, and the plot a fantastic lesson in the consequences of choices leading to an epic battle between good and evil.

The Vivatera series is definitely worth any fantasy lover's time.

It was cool, really cool actually. Unfortunately, now that means I have to buy the previous two installments. I will write a more detailed review after I read all three together :)

As the editor of this book, I'll refrain from adding a star rating in order to maintain the integrity of system. However, Candace J. Thomas has culminated her Vivatera series with this exciting climax. She guides her readers through the travails of Naomi, Reynolds, and Taran as they confront the ghosts of their unhappy past, seek the means to defeat those who would destroy their world, and struggle to determine their own destinies through courage, self-sacrifice, and love. Ms. Thomas ramps up her reputation as an award-winning writer with this offering.

Readers who enjoy epic fantasy such as Wheel of Time will easily immerse themselves in this tale.
