Devoured in two sittings, right after I finished Never Binge Again. (That one took a while though, I want as committed as I am now.)
It has a lot of the same information about identifying your triggers as NBA, but also new insights.

Give it a shot if you need to rethink your connection with food, food to thrive or food cope with.

The lesson is if you decide to, you can overcome any urge despite the neuro chemical takeover from the food you're consuming. This book was like reading a man's raw journal. I would prefer a more compassionate approach rather than labeling a part of yourself as "pig".

Some helpful tips in this book. It was a good reminder of probably what I already knew. That it’s up to me what I shove in my gob. I did skip a couple of sections in the book as wasn’t relevant to me. Glad I read it and highlighted some advice and quotes in the book to help me in the future.

No hay muchas cosas nuevas, es meramente motivacional. Sentí más exagerado al autor en este libro pero aún así me fue útil.
