There’s nothing about this book that I didn’t like. It was on the shorter side but it went over a lot of material that didn’t overwhelm me all at once, that gave me a boost.
This book covers a little bit of everything from learning how to say no, to managing your time, and learning to stay focused while getting out of your own head. It breaks down the problems and teaches you how to improve yourself and change for the better. It reminds me of my new book: Staying motivated in hard times.I enjoy reading books like this. Has lots of information and skills for the real world.
Very basic, useful if you've not read other books on the same topic. It's very light weight, no detailed how-to lists. Nothing there I hadn't seen before, but I've read a LOT of books of this type, so I'm a bit done with it. Nevertheless, it's a good review and reminder of things to keep in mind and practice.
This book is the perfect read for setting the foundation for self improvement. Just the right amount of information and a prompt following to boost you in the right direction.
Short book; some good ideas. I think I would like this book better in print than on kindle. Nice its on prime reading. The writing did not flow well for me.
