Superhero by Night #3

The Wraith: Guerrilla Warfare

Rate this book

When the Hunter becomes the Hunted…

Madisun Dumas is on a roll. She kicked ISO-1 out of Detroit, and then New Orleans. The people who killed her family are six feet under. Now, it’s time to go after their bosses, but not everything is as simple as it appears…

Something sinister is brewing within ISO-1. Drugs, corruption, and human trafficking, are all just a cover for something far more horrific. And Madi is about to land right in the middle.

When the entity inside her tells her to trust no one, Madisun really needs to take that advice to heart. If she doesn’t, death may not be the worst option…

The Wraith: Guerrilla Warfare is 60,000 words of suspense, action, and yeah, a little bit of horror. Disturbing thematic elements may make this novel unsuitable for younger audiences.

The battle continues

I love all the books from both series, but would you please get a proofreader. Proof wise, I think this is the worst book in either series. Misspelled words, missing punctuation, missing words. I do not know how you can stand to put out something with so many mistakes. If it weren't for these two series being such a great read, I would drop them. I feel like you only want our money and don't really care about your readers.

Else, this really is a good story. I am very excited for the crossover.

Excellent, fast-paced, a very fun read.

This was an excellent book, I finished it in one sitting. The book was very well written, it was fast-paced, plenty of action, a real Page turner. I enjoyed the protagonist and hope her abilities grow as the series continues. As I said very well done waiting for the next book. I should say eagerly awaiting the next book.

Excellent book!

This book is truly unique. Mr. Haskell has never ceases to impress me with his writings in any of his series. I'm already in trouble for reading and not doing my chores! Just couldn't put it down....

So good

Excellent in terms of action, mistery plot and writing style. Each book was better than the other and this one was great. The best thing is this really is like Punisher but with super powers.

More please!!!

Was so happy to have this book pop up in my feed; I’ve really enjoyed all of them. The prospect of what’s revealed in the last few ones of this one has me giddy though and I can’t wait to see it.

I love this character

Great book I want more of Wraith and FMS. The setting is very cool take on supers. The Wraith character is very cool, you could even do series of previous hosts. Keep writing

One long fight scene. This is hard to stay interested in because the characters have no depth and it's just the same fighting over and over again. Hell, the last 40% of the book is the SAME conflict.

Wholly forgettable.

Smooth story

Another good book. It’s well paced, ties in with the world of Arsenal and easy to read. It will be interesting when the psychic vampire is explained in detail. Well done.

Exciting

The third book in this series was an exciting read. Lots of action and suspense and some plot twists as well.
There are still some editing issues that keep this from being perfect , but not enough to detract from the overall story.

I think they forgot to send this one to the editor

There were a LOT of editing mistakes in this one, which is a shame. It was pretty good other than those, but they made it difficult to read.

Great read

I really enjoyed this one. The added worldbuilding really made this one hit differently. I thought it did a great job adding to not only the main story but the great world Jeffery has built. Highly recommend.

I can't wait.

You made me fall in love with both these women and now your planning a crossover? In both books. Man don't play with my emotions and quit writing. I'm invested now.
