A Gentle Wake-Up Call to Reconnect with Yourself

“Searching for Balance” by Nadiya Manji feels like that deep breath you didn’t realize you were holding. It’s not another book telling you to “work harder” or “chase success”, it’s a reminder to slow down, realign, and live with intention.

Nadiya shares what her near-death experience taught her about life that meaning, peace, and presence matter more than constant achievement. The book invites you to pause and ask yourself the questions we often avoid:

✨ Where am I?
✨ What do I want?
✨ Why do I want it?
✨ When do I want it?
✨ How do I get it?

It’s part guide, part mirror blending self-awareness, mindset shifts, and emotional healing into something that feels both grounding and hopeful.

If you have been on autopilot lately, this book will feel like a gentle compass pointing you back home to yourself. 🌸

This book helped me change my habit of multitasking into a routine of extreme focus and dedication. Instead of splitting my focus and failing several tasks, I can now focus and finish individual tasks faster than if I multitask.

At first it brings me solace knowing others are going through the same thing as I am but as I kept reading my feeling of contentment has been replaced with the feeling of determination and a strong will to live a better life.

This book is a fantastic read for those interested in improving their lives. It highlights the facts of life one misses when they focus on work over living their life.
