Chock full of delicious recipes! I loved making the desserts for my family. my 5 yr old loved the pudding and the baked apples! Many of the recipes require a trip to the store before making anything. But the food that comes out is really good, and there's lots of recipes to choose from. It will tell you what a serving size is and how much nutrition is in each size. I love that!
This book is extremely misleading. The recipes in this cookbook contain ingredients that are not friendly for diabetics. My husband cannot eat items like white flour, honey, barley, couscous, low calorie nacho cheese chips, cinnamon rolls?! DO NOT BUY if you are looking for diabetic recipes.
