College rivalry gets out of hand...
The cheerleader & the quarter back from rival teams have insta lust that quickly becomes love. Jealousy of the heroine gets out of hand & threats become very real. Can they survive against the odds. A seriously good story. I received an arc & tis is my honest & voluntary review.

What happens when you fall in love with your school’s enemy?
Ro, a cheerleader for the Perdure football team, and Bobby, a football player for the Indiana team, almost run into each other during the game.Bobby can’t take his mind off Ro durning the game, but before he can talk to her, she takes off. Bobby, along with a few of his teammates, decides to go to a local diner for pizza. They all get seated, and who other than Ro is sitting in a booth with a group of girls?. Bobby gets up and goes over to talk with her, and after some flirting, she gives him her phone number. Maybe unnecessary but you can keep it if you wanna bc I think it’s kinda cute
They start dating shortly thereafter and have some good times together-until their relationship gets out and Ro begins to get threats from teammates and football players When her brakes end up cut and she crashes into a tree, things start to take a toll on them. They decide to get away for the weekend to forget about what is going on and attend a costume party.
As time goes by, it’s Bobby’s turn to get attacked. The responsible party of not at all surprising, though it’s still infuriating. This is a college age insta-love, but not a quick read. The banter between them will have you laughing and then looking around to see who caught you laughing.

College sport rivalry romance
I originally read the Indiana Panthers series in a box set back in 2019. So now that the books are being made available individually I was interested in reading them again as I had enjoyed them before. I cannot remember all of the story details so I am not sure if there are any changes to the story-lines with the re-release version. The Touchdown is the second book in the series and is about Bobby, a wide receiver with the Indiana Panthers and Ro, a cheerleader with Purdue University. These two may be rivals on the field but off it they are nothing but loving. That does not mean that things are easy as there is more drama than can imagine between the school rivalry, jealous teammates, and then not to mention their ex's. But through it all Bobby and Ro not only have their dreams of going to the pros, both want to be in the NFL, but their love for each other. This is a young love story that is nicely plotted and has good characters. Overall it was an enjoyable read.

Forbidden Love At First Sight -
Ro and Bobby’s love story was a dangerous forbidden romance, which would have you on tenterhooks as you turn the pages, but will still have you rooting for them to get their happily ever after. I was hooked on the story at the beginning and by the time I got to the end, I felt like I was watching the last few second of the Super Bowl and my team was ahead, but the other team had the ball. The story was quite emotionally challenging, as it was difficult to watch the hell Ro and Bobby were going through, but they couldn’t find a way to stop it.
The story was filled love, hate, suspense, romance, steamy moment and drama, that will make it difficult for you to stop reading once you start. In addition, it was such an enjoyable read.

Bobby is instantly smitten when he catches sight of Ro, and she is attracted to him too. They start a relationship though their colleges have a bitter rivalry between them. Things start to heat up and mysterious and dangerous things start to happen to Ro as she continues to date Bobby. However, they have such a connection between them, can they really give it up based on some bullies?
I thought this story was very entertaining. The chemistry between Ro and Bobby is steamy hot and sizzling. I love how sweet Bobby is to her, and how assertive Ro actually is. There is quite the element of suspense as you aren’t sure what is going to happen next in this crazy story of rivalry.

OMG! Man, talk about dodging disaster. A myriad of unexpected mishaps and surprising events launch all your swirling emotions into play front and center. All the drama, intrigue, angst and suspense blaze through melding this bad boy together one beautiful piece at a time. The characters are intriguing, authentic and realistic with such depth and qualities that blend as they play off one another in a perfect balance. The scenes are strikingly sharp with abundant details and descriptions you have no problem picturing each scenario as it gives the illusion your right there at ground zero with them. This is the 2nd book in this series and is Ro and Bobby’s story. Bobby is a wide received and Ro is a cheerleader from a rival football team. These two are instantly drawn to each other, and as their relationship evolves, Ro begins to receive threats from teammates and football players, which them impacts on Bobby, and they both end up in danger. This is a well written story which is an instant love college romance, with witty banter, secrets, danger, suspense, hatred, drama, romance, and love, which all leads to a humorous and entertaining page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

I enjoyed The Touchdown very much. Ro and Bobby's story was interesting, however I couldn't get over the feeling I had read this or something very close to it before. Fated lovers from rival schools, teammates and other direhard fans and classmates trying to get between them. Some of the dialouge was a bit tried and forced, but over all a good read.
In my opinion, this was not as good as Bishop's first book in the series, Hotshot. Looking forward to the next one. Hopefully it will be Jacob's story. He deserves his own heartstopping event.

Excellent young adult, college, romance. When you take a football player from one team and a cheerleader from a rival team that does anything to win makes for a lot of angst. Rivalries are tough when it comes to sports so falling for someone from a team many hate makes for interesting and difficult struggles for Ro and Bobby. The author excelled at making the characters interesting and readers cheering for them. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by this author.

A modern romantic college sports story. The author did a skillful job with her characters and with the storyline. Roles were very traditional stereotypes which wasn’t bad just made me sigh.
Recommending this book for your reading enjoyment especially for younger college women...if your thing is to have your own goals but can readily set them aside.

Loved it
Loved this book. I love sports romance books. Bobby was so sweet,kind and considerate, he knew what he wanted and wasn't afraid to go after it. Ro was head cheerleader and beautiful,confident and wasn't going to let anybody tell her what to do. They both were from different colleges but we're rivals and bigtime. Some people are so abnormal and do things to others to hurt them . I thought that was crazy. I can't wait to read more books by this author.

Bobby and Ro are from different colleges and they just happen to be rivals. When they meet, it is unexpected. Bobby almost runs Ro down while he's playing football and she's cheering for her team. He is determined to get what he wants and she doesn't let anyone tell her what she is supposed to do. Can they find their happily ever after?? This is another sweet college romance that will put a smile on your face. Enjoy.

It's love at first sight for both of them but the bitter rivalry between their colleges stirs up a huge hornets nest of trouble. I loved how these two stayed together through everything that happened even when their lives were threatened. These two are definitely meant for each other.

A wonderful story written by this author.
I had a great connection with the characters in this book.
The story just flowed for me from the start to the finish.
All characters worked so well in this story.
I never found any spelling mistakes or any holes in the plot of the story.
I do recommend this book for others over the age of 18+

How do you deal with outside interference in your relationship when you go to rival schools? Bobby is a football player for Indiana and Ro is a cheerleader for Purdue. Bobby and Ro start a relationship despite the rivalry between their colleges although Purdue seems more vicious. The threats that they face especially Ro soon become deadly. The police try their best but need proof. When they try to frame Bobby, some is found. The real bad ones are caught and face punishment. I like how the rivalry is ended and how Bobby proposes to Ro.

An entertaining well written action packed ste wa my romance. This engaging storyline is smooth flowing with unpredictable surprises, realistic scenes, jealousy, revenge, steam, angst, intrigue, and love in a romatic college romance. The characters are interesting and have instant undeniable sizzling chemistry. I voluntarily read and reviewed this ARC.

I remember reading this series a few years ago when it was featured in a boxset and it was a nice refresher reading this one. Ro and Bobby are cute together and had great chemistry. A great action packed story.

I liked this book. The story was beautifully written and flowed beautifully. The characters were well defined within the story and they had such great chemistry. I loved the ending. If you like the works of this wonderful author, then this book is must-read.

I couldn't get enough of Bobby & Ro. Such great characters with steamy chemistry. Didn't want to put it down. It was also different from others I've read recently. Loved it!!! I got a copy of the book. And am voluntarily leaving my review.
