As the Self-Love Aficionado, Heather Reinhardt really loves herself. And she wants you to really love yourself, too. Her personal belief is that self-love supports people through their struggles. On a mission to make sure as many people as possible have the proper tools to cultivate self-love, Heather decided to write Go Love Yourself. In this book, she shares her personal (vulnerable yet humorous) stories with the steps that helped her pave the path to her very own self-everything (respect, worth, and love).
Heather is the woman that’s read every self-help book and actively applied the lessons to her life, and with that, is sharing with you the things that worked the best. These steps are the blueprint to an epic life. Go Love Yourself is the ultimate guide to #liveyourbestlife.
Heather is so insightful and has compiled a stellar message of how to get back to what’s most important!! How can you love anyone else before you fully love yourself. She reminds us how to put ourselves first with all the funny exciting speed bumps in the process. Thank you for this gem of a book Heather!
I can't say enough how much this book has impacted me. Go Love Yourself is inspiring, but just as important, it is practical in it's approach. Heather Colleen Reinhardt has a way with words, unmatched in her approach. Go Read This Book...and "Go Love Yourself" !!
The author knows the fine line between spirituality and practicality, a rare gift that makes GLY as enlightening as it is effective. Loved the High Vibe Tribe piece - I am building mine already!
Go Love Yourself is full of Heather's personal stories and realizations that are quite relatable. I greatly admire the vulnerability and strength it took for her to share herself in this manner with the intention of guiding her readers within to find self-love. In a niche currently overrun with so-called gurus, Go Love Yourself is an incredibly refreshing and uniquely inspirational take on the genre as it combines real world scenarios with hard earned wisdom. I can't wait to see more from this Self-Love Afficionado, a quite apt title for the talented Heather Reinhardt.
If you have ever doubted the power of love and positivity, this needs to be your next read. Heather walks you through the windy, sometimes difficult, path of "life" and teaches you to see those experiences as opportunities for learning. After reading Go Love Yourself I no longer see hardships as roadblocks, but as opportunities have more compassion for myself and those around me. If you can't love yourself, you can't truly love others.
Striving to better oneself and the concept of happiness can feel like such hopeless, abstract ideas, and therefore often met with cynicism when attempted to broach, but it's this context that makes this guide so refreshing. The personal journey and experience of the writer simplifies the abstract with what it means to see the world through the lens of "loving" yourself. As practical as it is ambitious, and as general as it is intimate, anyone can find something inspirational in this work.
Heather gives you the spiritual roadmap to follow to lead to an epic life! Her practical approach paired with personal insights about her own journey acts as a mirror for us to reflect back on our own difficulties with self esteem and self love. We can take these lessons and apply them to our lives so that we may find peace, ultimate self trust, and radical self love.
GO LOVE YOURSELF is such a fun and inspiring book! It provides real tools for you to transform yourself from within and outlines how positive change starts with you. I love how this is a book you can keep coming back to time and time again because loving yourself is something you will want to do forever. I'm excited to read more books by this dynamic author!
Heather has always been a great writer. I watched her go through her own successful transformation of true self love. She understands the work that needs to be done to truly love yourself. She is very inspirational!
A practical guide to learning to love yourself, written by someone who's been there. Witty, honest and heartfelt, this book will help you on your path to a happier life! Get out there and go love yourself!
I loved Heather's no-nonsense, pick yourself up, language and attitude. It reminded me to take the time for myself and to treat myself and to of course, love myself! Bougie Bath scrubs here I come!
Heather's book is a refreshing reminder of the power we have within to make positive choices. Although we can't always control the situations we find ourselves in, we do have the ability to honor our inner voices and make the best of what we have been given. "Go Love Yourself" promotes a living a life of gratitude.
Heather Reinhardt is an inspiration!! She is motivated, insightful and her writing speaks to so many women who want to search within themselves to find inner peace, love and happiness! I highly recommend anyone who's ready to take the self love journey to read this book!
This book is so out of touch I do not even know where to begin. So many blanket statements, no sources sited, no statistics to back it up and zero credentials. Feels like a person who has read self help books and just regurgitates it into a Instagram version of spirituality and love & light theories. Does not account for privilege, socio-economic status, culture, health or location status before spouting their vitriol. So many better written and thought out resources available. The kicker was using Hunter S Thompson as validation to back up her unfounded statements about procrastination and substance abuse. What a joke!
This was a recommendation from someone in a book group since February is a month of self-love for me anyway. I am newly single and learning to love myself.
I loved this audiobook it is so empowering, full of insight and humor. I loved hearing the author's story and experiences as she was so honest and real while telling her story, giving guidance, and breaking things down for everyone.
The author's passion is very powerful and intoxicating, drawing the audience into her wisdom of experience.
I would highly recommend this audiobook or book to anyone in a crisis and struggling to love who they are.
