"Everyone Deserves a Second Chance" When Parker loses her wife in a random act of violence she thought her life was over as well. Then she meets Dylan and her whole world changes. Will Parker take a second chance on love? Or will her fear of loss prevent her from ever really living again.
“Try not to remember the random act of violence that stole her from your life, but rather the random acts of kindness and love that brought her to you in the first place.” + • + • + • +
Its an emotional second chances life after death romance story drawing the reader in a deeper connection to the characters which invests us in their journey. But, as good as it was, had it given more —depth, details & development, it would've been spectacular work that never let you go.
This writer keeps amazing me with the level of her words. I loved this story and in a world where tragedy and heartache can take over, this book restores faith. The relationship between Dylan and Parker started the way most love stories do- with the unknown pull towards someone you just met. Working through grief is hard enough alone. To have someone willing to hold your hand through it is something else. All good and a fabulous lovely ending. A must read!
I was expecting a good book and instead i got a great love story. That made me feel my emotions. I felt everything from happy, fear, excitement and love. For your a first book you did it, you connected and made it so real. I feel like anyone can enjoy this book. Can't wait for what you do next.
This book brought me to tears and then warmed my heart. The author digs deep into the pain and dispair of loss then pulls you right back to the joy of love. How can you ask for anything more in a romance? I look forward to more from this writer. Thank you.
This story grabbed at my heart and made me feel a myriad of emotions like a great tale should. The leads are very real and enjoyable characters, and I look forward to reading more from this author.
My heart broke every time Parker mentioned her wife. I found Dylan to be so understanding and supportive. I was happy to see Dylan work her way into Parker’s heart and bring her back to the land of the living.
Wow. I felt every emotion. It made me feel happy, sad, hopeful and pessimistic. I can’t remember a book that has put me through the wringer quite like this one. Kudos
