Natasha Ochenko wanted to be perfect – needed to be perfect – for her family, for her reputation as the brightest star the ballet world had ever seen. And she was perfect, flawless in every way as the queen of ballet until, one day, her quest for perfection crushed her, and in one dramatic night, she fled the spotlight. Shell-shocked at her failure, she returned home to the safety of her family’s small dance school and resolved to spend her days quietly teaching.
That is, until he walks in the door of the school. Silas. The man with a physique so tantalizing and a face so beautiful, it forces Natasha’s world into focus. His niece is a student of hers, and although Natasha feels pulled to him, she avoids him for fear of once more losing control. Then one night changes everything between them – when Natasha is attacked and none other than Silas comes to her rescue.
The couple embark on a path of self-discovery toward a relationship rooted in dominance and submission. Silas is a Daddy Dom and guides Natasha into her most important role yet: that of his baby girl.
Publisher's Note: This steamy age-play romance has themes of power exchange.
Rebel Carter loves love. So much in fact that she decided to write the love stories she desperately wanted to read. A book by Rebel means diverse characters, sexy banter, a real big helping of steamy scenes, and, of course, a whole lotta heart.
Rebel lives in Colorado, makes a mean espresso, and is hell-bent on filling your bookcase with as many romance stories as humanly possible!
While Rebel Carter is a new author to me, she isn’t a new author, but one I look forward to reading again. The story has just the right amount of back-story, mystery, romance, suspense, passion and is a Daddy Dom-little girl without age-play.
Natasha Ochenko has lived her life to achieve perfection, not so much for herself, but as a duty to her mother and grandmother, who were also ballerinas. But during a performance, she will freeze up and walk away from the stage and is now working in the family studio training young girls as ballerinas.
Silas has been bringing his niece, Madeline, to her dance classes and listening to her praises of Ms. Natasha. For one year, they only see each other, but eventually, he will speak to her right before a class.
The plot will have Silas coming to the rescue of Natasha when she is attacked by the father of one of her students who has been aggressive. When she collapses, he will take her home and take care of her—when he gets a phone call for a high dollar payout for a fight, she wants to go. When she doesn’t listen to him and bites him, he tells her, “You’re going to find out what happens to little girls when they are bad.” He will lay out the rules that if she wants to be with him, how it will be, and that includes obeying and accepting the punishment.
“This is a new world for you. But there’s order here. With me. I can give you security, peace. We can make those thoughts quiet, but you have to trust me. There are rules. When Daddy tells you no, you listen. Tonight, you didn’t. And that means there’s a punishment, but I want you to understand that Daddies are more than rules and punishments. Daddies spoil good little girls. They take care of them. Daddies make sure their baby girls are happy and safe. Do you want that from me—Little girl?”
I love the dynamics and chemistry between Silas and Natasha. While he wants what is best for her, eating well, taking care of herself, and being safe, he also allows her choices. When he sees her dance, he encourages her to reconsider returning to the stage but never pushes. He listens to her and is supportive. When trouble comes her way, he makes sure she is protected and fights her battles, like a Daddy would for his little girl. Best of all, the story has a happy ending.
There is a spanking scene and a few sex scenes that are not overly explicit.
I was a bit confused by this book, as I thought there would be more age play and discipline but turns out it just touches the subject and is more a contemporary read. It started out really great but I slowly lost interest. The story was not what I thought it was going to be.
I have not had the pleasure of reading this author before this book but I will be remedying that. This was a great story about Natasha who is a 23 year old girl that has tried to be the perfect ballerina but she cannot, she cannot perform. It sucks as her mom and grandmother were both ballerinas but now they have a school. Natasha now teaches young girls at the school. This is where she meets Silas who brings his niece to her classes and talks high praise about Natasha to him. This is such an amazing story as we see how Natasha blooms and flourishes as her and Silas become involved. They have a Daddy-Dom thing going on but this book is not explicit but contains all the steamy hotness that these two characters feel and learn about each other. Great book and I cannot wait to read more from this author in the future.

Donna L 4.0 out of 5 starsTender and Sweet April 13, 2019 What a triumphant and heartwarming daddy dom story of a young ballerina's fall from fame and finding love when she least expect it. Natasha Ochenko's was teaching ballet at her families dance studio where she meets the uncle of one of her students.Silas was in the right place to rescue Natasha from an aggressive father. He opens a new world filled with order, obedience, peace and submission. Her daddy expects her to follow his rules but he will also make her happy and keep her safe.
This was a tender and romantic story where the chemistry between Natasha and Silas zizzled. When danger was present, Silas was protective and ready to catch Natasha if she fell.I would have liked more background on both Silas and James as there was gaps in the storyline. The emotions Silas and Natasha shared were powerful and poignant.
A well written story with a simple but moving plot.It flowed smoothly and was refreshingly enjoyable to read.
A cute short story about a 23 year old dancer, Natasha, who has left the stage because she was too nervous to dance professionally, and is teaching at a school run by her mother and grandmother – both former dancers. Through a series of circumstances, she begins an affair with Silas, and it gradually develops into a loving relationship where she calls him “Daddy.” Unlike other books of this type, it really doesn’t go much beyond using the word “Daddy,” but the relationship is a warm one and it is interesting to see how it develops with these two intelligent characters. There isn’t a lot of detail in the descriptions of the love-making, and the spanking is very mild – so this is not a BDSM story.
This is the story of Natasha and Silas. Natasha was a highly successful prima ballerina, the star performer but suffered severe anxiety on one particular performance causing her to fall and then run off the stage and right out of the city leaving her dance career behind. She then started working as a dance instructor at her family's dance company.
Silas' niece Madeline is enrolled at the dance studio where Natasha teaches and is there when a students father forces himself on Natasha. From then on they enter into a relationship where Silas teaches her that she can rely on him to be her strength and she doesn't have to cope with it all on her own.
I've never read anything by this author before but I will definitely be looking her up. This book had a really good storyline with characters you can really relate to. If only we could all have a Silas and his friends in our life.
After reading the first few pages I was hooked to the end of this very easy to read, interesting, and captivating story. This book was professionally written and fast paced with the 2 main characters Natasha, a former ballerina and Silas, a MMA fighter, both very likable. There is some age play that is subtle like making sure Tash eats to not so subtle like her calling Silas, Daddy and him referring to Tash as his baby girl. You can't help but feel the heat just rolling off the two of them from the start. Natasha may come off as innocent but I think she is anything but which can be difficult for the author to convey in a story but she does it beautifully. I can't wait for the next book in this series and hope that it is James's story
I enjoyed this book very much. This surprisingly sweet and poignant romance was a bit different from what you might expect. Yes, the heroine does eventually use the term Daddy to address the hero and yes, there is some domestic discipline but it is not what I would classify as a true age play, BDSM romance. Maybe this will change in book two but for right now it does not really apply. What does is that this was a beautiful story of a woman needed someone to genuinely love and care for her and the man that wants to be all that and more for her. Lots of emotions, some steam and drama are used to craft a compelling and moving read. All thoughts and opinions in this review are my own.
This was a lovely read, heavier on the romance than the sex, and I much appreciated the writer was willing to write an alpha hero that had his own vulnerabilities.
Silas is an interesting character, and the author left enough ambiguity about him and his past, particularly around that of his equally alpha hot cage-fighting friend James that it can carry a sequel, which apparently is in the works.
I usually don't go in for cliffhangers, and to be honest I might have passed on this read had a known first that was to be the case "Natasha" but there's enough of a HEA here that you can read this as a standalone.
This was my first book by this author and definitely an enjoyable book to read. The characters were both very likeable. The author wrote in such a way that I could feel Natasha's pain as she adjusted to a life she never envisioned living. The author didn't delve quite as deeply into Silas' past, but he was still a solid, likeable character. The story primarily focused on the growing romance between Natasha and Silas, but there were bits of drama along the way to spice up the story. This book leaves me looking forward to the next book in the series.
I really enjoyed this debut novel by Rebel Carter. Natasha is a premiere ballerina who loses her confidence and goes back to her family to teach. She meets Silas, the uncle of one of her students. Silas admires her and, after protecting her from the father of another student, takes her home. He wants to be her daddy and for her to be his baby girl.
Even though the language is there, this is not age play. Silas wants to take care of her and Natasha wants to feel protected. I enjoyed this story and I look forward to future books!
This was a lovely book, Natasha is a prima ballerina who has reached burn out and walked away from her career to return to her family ballet school in Brooklyn to teach. Silas brings his niece to classes and they notice each other but don't approach one another until one day when a pupil's father makes unwanted advances towards Natasha and Silas steps in to protect her. From there a bittersweet and gentle love story develops. This was a quick and gentle read with a few unexpected plot twists which led to the inevitable HEA.
I loved this book by Rebel Carter. Natasha’s story was poignant in that she is no longer happy dancing for everyone but herself. She meets Silas and he is amazing in that he shows her how to be herself and do things just for herself. He takes car of her like a daddy and protects and encourages her to find her dreams. I feel like this is just the beginning of this story and I hope to see more. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.
This is the story of Silas a “Daddy” and Natasha a ballet teacher. He aggressively protects her, and she becomes his “Baby girl.” The foul language distracted me, and I thought it could have been toned down. I also, really didn’t feel the great chemistry, that others have included in their reviews. Of course it’s only my opinion, and this book may be just what you’re looking for. There is a HEA. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
Natasha wanted to be the perfect ballet dancer for her family but the pressure got to her and she ended up back home teaching in her families dance studio. She meets Silas and sparks fly. Silas wants to become her daddy dom will Natasha be his little girl? Fast-paced read with plenty of drama and lots of steam. I really liked it.
Ex-ballerina Natasha teaches little girls ballet at the dance studio. When one of the parents gets aggressive, she is saved by Silas, the uncle of one of the girls.
There is instant attraction and what we get to read is a very sweet story about the voyage of a gentle Daddy Dom, Silas and his little girl, Natasha. I feel this book is beginning of a wonderful series, because I enjoyed reading Natasha from start to finish.
I liked reading this sweet story. Thc characters are well done. But it gets a bit jumpy at times. Silas goes from being indecisive to being dominant. Natasha needs a daddy and everything that goes with it. The storyline is good but it all needs polish. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and I recommend it. An enjoyable read.
I really enjoyed this book by Rebel Carter. Natasha is a prima ballerina at the top of her game who experiences a sudden bout of severe anxiety during a performance. Now she is working at her family's dance studio. This is where she meets the mysterious Silas, uncle of one of her students. Silas comes to Natasha's rescue when a student's father attacks her. Silas and Natasha were simply amazing together. Silas taught Natasha to go after what would make her happy. Amazing story. Hoping for James story next..... I am very curious about his and Silas's connection.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book. A ballerina who teaches little girls to dream big, meets the man who she will one day call daddy. How they get to that point is the romantic part. There is drama, romance, spanking, sex, and learning you are perfect just the way you are. I really enjoyed this read.
Natasha is an adult that suffers total exhaustion after years of being a prima ballerina. She leaves the stage and plans to never go back. She goes to work teaching ballet with her mother and grandmother. Her family name is one that causes a certain embarrassment . She is hiding a great talent because she lacks the self confidence to perform again. One of the uncles of the students she teaches has been wanting to talk to her but he has been afraid of how to approach her. This changes when Silas the uncle saves Natasha's life. He becomes a prominent force in her life. This story has it all, it is a great read.
Loved Natasha & Silas' story. It was an intriguing book. Great characters. I felt for Natasha... I'm voluntarily leaving an honest review for a copy of the book via booksprout.
I think this is my first book frim this author and I enjoyed reading it. This is a Daddy / Little story and has power exchange scenes. Can not wait for the second book.
I found this to be a wonderfully touching, sweet & heartwarming romance. There is a light brush of dark: the shattering of Natasha (h), a ballerina who was on track to be one of the prima's in the world, following in the path of her Russian grandmother & mother. But although Natasha did love ballet & dancing, the non stop pressure to be perfect from the time she could walk finally shattered her on the eve of a career making performance. Natasha fled the theater never to return, but to teach ballet at the school created by her mother & grandmother. And though Natasha knows they love/loved her, there was never any overt affections or verbal expressions of affection, nor did her father play a part in her life. So Natasha stays hidden in her tiny little world of teaching ballet & the tiny spartan home she rents. There is a large encompassing canvas of light though: Silas (H), the uncle of one of Natasha's students, is attracted to Natasha, her fragility, her innocence, her sadness, her grace & beauty. How sweet & gentle she is with her students & their parents. And then Silas saves her one evening after class. He takes her to his home, cares for her & realizes Natasha is emotionally delicate & longing for someone to be her rock, someone to remind her how special, talented & loved she is. And Silas determines to be that for her by being her Daddy Dom. The DD/lg theme is not overwhelming in this story, it is more that it is a protective & emotional support to help lift Natasha back up to where she was before she shattered & lost her confidence & sense of self & give her the affection & love she never had growing up. Silas is protective emotionally & physically of Natasha, wants only what is best for her & to protect her & build her back up. There is a little drama with one of the student's fathers & Silas' fight career is a wonderfully brutal counterpoint to Natasha's world of ballet, wealthy patrons & upper crust snobbery. But can a ballerina find lasting love & peace with a huge bare knuckle illegal fighter? Lots of love & tenderness in this very well written romance I enjoyed immensely.

I give this book 3,5 stars. It is kind of a dark erotic romance with BDSM vibes. Natasha was a very known prima ballerina who suffered a break down on stage and fled the ballet world. Now she works at her grand mother and mother’s dance school to earn a living and still dance. She has a crush on one of her students uncle. One evening he saves her from an assault and that makes her feel very save with him. But she finds out that he has some preferences that is very hard for her to understand and she has a hard time relinquishing control since she always has lived a very controlled life. So can they figure out how to be together when they both want the control in their relationship? I liked Natasha who has lived a very hard life as a ballet dancer for many years and suddenly as a 20 year old feels everything she has worked for all of her life fall apart. She is very controlling but also sassy, funny and kind and she has never been in love before. Silas I liked to, he is a real alpha male and he knows who he is and what he wants from life. He is a cage fighter and he does this to support and help his family. So if you are in his life he will do everything for you. The BDSM vibes are that he wants her to call him “Daddy” and punishment(but this only happens once). So don’t go into this book expecting BDSM, because then you will be disappointed. And I really didn’t like the “Daddy” and “little girl” references, but there are so many other things in this book that overshadows that so it is definitely a book worth reading.

By: Sue B Prima Ballerina Natasha has returned to her families dance school where she teaches… Silas has watched the beautiful Ms Natasha as she teaches his niece her weekly ballet lesson and as he has watched the tiny, passionate dancer he has yearned to speak with her however something has always held him back until that night when everything changed. A students father had assaulted her whilst she was in the studio and Silas had stepped in and made him more than aware that any further interaction would be extremely harmful to his health, then when she receives threats and also a note informing her that she is to be sued, he once again takes matters into his hands showing her that she will be protected and cared for and Natasha relishes this feeling. Silas who is from a very different world showers her with love and also allows her to grow and to open her wings something she has never before experienced all of her life has always been dancing feeling caged but since meeting Silas things have changed for the better. She has always wanted a man to love and care for her and she has also wanted a daddy and in this wonderful man she has found both and without a doubt he filled every dream and expectation she had and she hoped he would love her forever, I voluntarily received and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.
I enjoyed reading this book, the characters are interesting and likable. The story-line is easy to follow and has the main female character, Natasha, come full circle in her life. It is Natasha’s life that the story revolves around, and she goes through a large emotional learning curve throughout the story. It’s a very well written story that isn’t overly long so should only take a few hours to read. It held my attention throughout, there isn’t any steam in this book at all, there is some spanking, but not much of it, that doesn’t mean there was no chemistry as there was definitely plenty of chemistry between the main characters. This is a daddy/little relationship but that’s not the dominate thread of the story. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
A fallen ballerina feeling lost and out of place, and a Daddy Dom looking for his little girl. While I'm not typically a fan of DD/lg stories, I do occasionally like to pick up a book in this genre. The story is quite interesting, and while I enjoyed it, parts of the story seemed thrown in as an after thought. The drama with Peachtree didn't seem to have a point within the story, and went flat towards the end. I'm not sure if the book is being set up for a continuation, but I'd probably read it if it came out.

This reminded me of Annabel Joseph because it was about a dancer in New York, a setting se as explored a couple of times.
Natasha was a third-generation Ballerina, all the way back to when her grandmother defected from Russia. It was the family business and she was the best and brightest - until one night when she just couldn't do it anymore.
So she went back to Brooklyn and the other family business - running a dance school. Until the day she and Silas, who had carefully avoided speaking to each other for a year, finally did.
Quick Note: Silas and Natasha form a DD/LG interview but a super light one. If you are looking for one with all the elements, this isn't for you.
Natasha Lleyna Ochenko, a world renowned ballet dancer finds herself teaching at her family’s ballet studio alongside her mom and grandma who are also known ballet dancers. After a breakdown at her top most performance, she remains teaching younger students. In the span of just about 12 hours, Natasha meets Silas a acclaimed fighter among the professional circles and is swept away..
For the category of short story smut, the storyline was pretty strong and I enjoyed the beginning most. After Tash met Silas, their romance was pretty cheesy at times. Easy read
