Absolutely jammed pack full of useful information!
The skill and expertise in this field comes through clearly in the writing and explanations. I think it would be really useful for anyone seriously embarking upon a mission to raise their performance levels or for a trainer to help instruct clients. It would also be an excellent source of knowledge for students undertaking a Sports related course.
