Great Tips!
This book was very helpful. I was able to learn a lot of terminology that I was previously unfamiliar with before reading this book. Although some of the text is common knowledge, there are a lot of helpful hints. They did a great job explaining the home buying process in detail.

This book does what it claims to do. It’s a great primer on the basics of buying a house. And it’s a quick read. I read it in one day.
After reading the book, I now know how to start the process of buying a house. And I know what other home-buying topics I need to research further.
The downsides are it’s not edited very well and it’s often repetitive. But the core content is great.

This was a short and super quick read, with good pointers on what to do and be on the lookout for when looking for and buying a home.

ok short reference
Ok as a short reference. I recommend reading a more detailed book then utilizing this as a “cut sheet” reference to remember terms and concepts

Good book but I feel it’s like an FAQ/dictionary book over real content. Could have found all of this online, so nothing special really.
