These short Mindhunter novellas have it all. Romance, murder, suspense, and this time all that mixed with the spookiness of Halloween.
Fans of the series will remember Fiona Elliot as Vanessa best friend and who works for her at the art gallery. Along with running the art gallery as Fiona is on best rest due to pregnancy she is also an artist herself who does metal sculptures. A piece she did years ago called Wicked has captivated a serial killer who is killing in honor of her work.
After getting a gruesome picture from the killer Fiona reaches out to Chicago police and Detective Greg Marsh who dumped her after one date is the officer who responds.
Greg and Fiona try to work through their personal issues and attraction for one another all while trying to figure out who has become obsessed with Fiona enough to kill in honor of her art piece.
