Sasha comes from a family of Vampire hunters. Since the death of her mother at the hands of a Vampire, she has been relentless in her hunting of them Until her one weakness causes her to need the one thing she fears the most. Hendrix, the king of the Vampires wants peace with the humans. He also wants Sasha. He has watched and studied her from afar and fallen in love. He also knows that having a huntress by his side will go a long way to smooth things over between his covens and the humans. Will his love and charm be enough to convince her to join him?
I kinda figured she wouldn’t take the second dose and go back to having heart problems. His plan worked out like he knew it would except he wasn’t expecting a son. Will there be a part 2? I need to know will they die so the son can rule.
OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! This is right up my alley. This wonderful author writing in my favorite genre!! I love it 🥰. Now, my complaint: I NEED MORE!!!!!! This book was to short ☹️. I need to know what Dad’s reaction was when he found out what she’d chosen. I need to know how her brother felt and even more so how Henny felt when she chose. This book felt like a preview with just the highlights being mentioned. It was very fast paced. I think I finished in like 30 minutes. All that being said, I loved that this author even tried to write in this genre. I personally know that it’s not easy. And the storyline was perfect!!! The biggest upside? There is a part 2. Going to read that right now!!!!
On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being absolute trash and 10 being good as good can be:

This is my first time reading a book from this author. It was a good & quick read. I like the plot and the characters. I can’t wait to read the second installment of this series.
This book was pretty fast and straight to the point for a vampire paranormal. Good read but I would have loved more details into certain parts of the story
I loved it!! Just as good or better then that other vampire trilogy!! Wonderful how it all came together! The first from this author. I will definitely read more.
First time reading this author. I enjoyed reading about Hendrix and Sasha. This was a short, entertaining and cute love story with a twist! I'll be checking out part 2.
With this story Aseera is showing her readers that she is more than capable of writing different genres. This was my first time reading a Vampire Paranormal story and it held my attention from beginning to end. This story was just right for me.
This quick read was entertaining. The writing kept me engaged and I surely kept reading for answers. Though things didn't turn out as any of the characters expected, they were in for a happy surprise.
DNF @26% This book is at least 76ish pages and it was sadly a drag to read through the first 30 without staring and rolling my eyes in complete bafflement. This character Sasha pov sounded like 2016 wattpad “I went to pick up my Apple Watch, that counts my steps and my heart rate” “I went down the steps to see my brother and dad who are chefs and scientist” “I looked at my mom pics and the ones that’s with us” why so detail by detail nothing is vague. We went from a 20 minute interaction into her being bite after saying her mother died from vampires. To her being in a vampire lair, and let me make it make even less sense. You ready?? She’s been bite because the vampire Hendrix has been watching her and knows that since she was a KID she’s suffered from heart conditions, so he was there to save her. Because he loves her and she should be his queen. And instead of letting her process this after she said she would get revenge on these vampires, his friend Renee decides to trick her into drinking blood before she even met him…… Yeah I’m good luv enjoy <3.
Author Aseera started that this was her first attempt at paranormal. It was successful! I really enjoyed this quick read about Hendrix and Sasha. A love that was once forbidden, but it changed the lives of many, both vampire and human. Only a couple of small editing oversights but they didn't hurt the story. I look forward to more of these tales! Great first effort! Author Aseera, now that you've gotten your feet wet, you can done on in to the genre!
I have the rating of a three due to the lack of pull and vocabulary mishaps. The storyline itself is what kept me reading. I couldn't just walk away without learning where Sasha and Hendrix's decisions would lead them. I wish some of the details were looked over, there were words that made some of the sentences confusing, causing me to read over the sentences multiple times. I do think the story has potential, just needs a little more TLC.
This was my first read by this author. This book had the potential to be a five star read ,however, it was mediocre. It had an interesting storyline with vampire covers, hunters and huntresses. Aside for the errors, typos and formatting, it seemed that the story and characters were underdeveloped. There was no build up within the plot and everything was told within 48 hours of the antagonistic transformation. No suspense or surprise moments.
I have read a couple books by this author and they are all amazing. This is no different, I was sitting there wait to see what she would do. I didn't think she would take the second dose, but wow. I am excited and love these characters. This could bea great series.
