Liam Murphy had two great loves in his life.
The first was his job. Since he was a little boy, all he wanted to do was follow in his father’s footsteps and become a detective in the San Francisco Police Department. His dad was his hero, so becoming a cop, just like him, was everything to Liam.
The second, and his greatest love was Lexi Daniels. From the first night he met her, Lexi was a game changer for Liam. He knew that he would spend every moment, of the rest of his life, loving this girl.

Like all the Murphy brothers I love Liam.
This one was amazing a little sad at some parts but still amazing.
Second chance at love. What's not to love about that.

This is book four in the Murphy Boy books. I fell in love with these brothers in book one and have loved each one after.
Liam is the second youngest Murphy boy. Five years ago Liam’s life was perfect, he had the perfect girl and they were happy...until one night he made the worst mistake of his life and she left. He’s been struggling every day since then, not really living.
Lexi has moved home and ever since she left Liam 5 years ago she’s been afraid to come home knowing she’d run into him. She never stopped loving him, but something beyond horrible and tragic happened to her so she stayed away. Now she’s back and has to figure out what happens next.
“I just wanted to say,” he said, moving closer to her one more time. “God, I’ve missed you.” “I’ve missed you, too,” Lexi replied, as she too took a step closer to Liam.
Will Lexi and Liam work out their issues? Will the years apart be too much for them? Will they get there HEA? Or will they crash and burn after everything?
I loved Liam’s book!! I was always curious about his story from seeing him in the other brothers stories. I love these characters and I love how much these brothers love and care for each other!

How can I sum up Liam in just a few words. Oh yeah...
He. Is. Mine!
Okay, in all seriousness, Liam is amazing. It has just the right amount of tension, sexiness and believability to make a perfect sweet read. It doesn’t hurt that the lead H is hot. Past sins be forgiven.
Because, and I say this with sincerity, he does need it. Perhaps you’ll hate the dude a little but you know those redeemable sort? Those flawed characters that by the end of the book, you sit and sigh and make you breathe, “I’m in love?” Yeah, Liam is one of those characters.
I adored it and I cannot wait to read more from this author. I hear there’s a certain guy by the name of Dylan next. I’ll be keeping an eye out for him, that’s for sure!

Oh my goodness!!! I'm sooooo in love with these Murphy men. I have come to ADORE this family!!! Once again Holly Webb crafts us a wonderfully written story!!
I absolutely loved Liam's story! This story has so much, a second chance at love, secrets from the past, and a crazy maniac. I couldn't put my kindle down. So many twists and turns!
Like I said these Murphy men definitely hold special places in my heart. I've really enjoyed this series and I can't wait for Dylan's story!! 5 fantabulous stars!

Oh man Liam and Lexi put my emotions through the wringer! Lexi broke my heart with what she went through without Liam by her side. Liam broke my heart with the way he was living his life since Lexi left him. The story is so damn good, its angsty, steamy, dramatic at times and full of loving family members. This series just gets better with each new book! I'm impatiently waiting for Dylan's book now!!!

Wow! This was such an amazing story! There were so many emotions this book brought out of me. I caught myself yelling at Liam and Lexi throughout and wanting to knock some sense into them. There were twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat. This story will undoubtedly stay with me for a long time. This series is wonderful. Liam and Lexi are a force to be reckoned with. If you love second chance romance, you will love this book!

Rollercoaster of a ride but totally worth it!
Liam certainly is a cheeky character and totally swoon worthy! Fell in love with this story and couldn't put it down!!
This Murphy brothers sure are some incredible guys. Melting hearts and panties all over the book world!

There are books that you enjoy, and there are books that you fall in love with. Liam is one of those books that you devour. The characters worked well together and Lexi is adorable. I didn't think Holly could get any better but I was wrong. This is a must read......

Oh, Lordy these Murphy men!! After each book I've attempted to claim each brother as mine, sometimes having to fight other readers to the death (just kidding... maybe). Liam is my favorite kind of hero - the one that tortures himself with guilt over something in his past, and using his self-deprecation to convince himself he's better off keeping women at arms length. Then SHE comes back into his life and all bets are off!!!
Detective Liam Murphy did the unspeakable. He betrayed her, hurt her, and she left him. He deserved every minute of misery since that day. No woman could ever measure up to his Lexi and he destroyed them in one night. A countless stream of faceless female bed-warmers can never make him forget her, or what he did to her. Now, she's back but unattainable. More deserved torture. But when Lexi is in the cross-hairs of a killer, it's Liam who'll protect her and make sure no one ever hurts her again, especially him. He lost her once, he won't let it happen again. Not on his watch.

This was such a great addition to this series! I love this Murphy family - so loyal and supportive to one another. Lexi and Liam are the epitome of the second-chance romance trope!! This one had all the feels too. There was humor, heartache, joy, sorrow, love, hate, and everything in between. Have the tissues handy for sure. You'll need them several times. If you haven't read this series, what on Earth are you waiting for?

Its been a long time coming but so worth the wait. Liam is his own worst enemy - a typical macho man from my experience but with a heart of gold for the right woman. Lexi has become a target and Liam must save her with the help of the beautiful Sky. This story had me laughing, smiling and crying throughout the entire story. I would definitely recommend that you meat Liam and all the Murphy Boys!

I have been in love with this series since the beginning. I have found the Murphy boys interesting and each story has captivated me. I couldn't choose which brother I like more. Liam's story has made me feel so many different emotions and I must admit, I might have teared up a little.

Absolutely loved Liam and Lexi's story. Also liked how Dylan looks out for his twin and supports him when he truely needs it. Waiting for Dylan's story.

Liam, it's a second chance romance with secrets and twists that made the book so enjoyable and kept me on the edge of my seat! Liam is my favorite. Loved him!!
