★★★★★ – “It is full of action, twists and makes you think about your personal morals. I highly recommend it!”
★★★★★ – “Well written conclusion to a strong trilogy. Enjoyed all three books thoroughly.”
Plot was good. Characters were good but calling it a “gripping psychological Crime Thriller” is more than hyperbole. The story reads well and fairly quickly, but there was nothing psychologically thrilling about it.
This was slow! And felt so long. Something about the writing was very clunky - not the obvious grammar or spelling, but too much detail or repetition, I'm not sure. Good enough story, it just felt like it went on and on.
A gripping and fast-paced read! Jack’s journey pulled me in from the first chapter. The moral tension, danger, and emotion made this hard to put down. A strong thriller with heart.
Really enjoyed this book. The story kept me guessing and I loved the inner struggle Jack goes through. Suspenseful, intense, and surprisingly emotional. Would definitely recommend!
Good storyline, description of characters, although sometimes I had to go back to see who was who. Definitely suspenseful. Cried tears of happiness at the end.
Strange book but it grabbed my imagination as all the characters were intertwined. All had many issues with love, life and money. Money, the root of all evil.
Loved this story! It makes you think about right, wrong, and the choices we make when life changes in an instant. Jack is a character you root for. Great read.
