Big trouble at the Sno Ball Hot Springs Resort.
Yukio has her hands full with the Mix/Match events at her business letting men and monster girls meet and greet in the nude while taking a bath. However regardless of the rules some guests are allowing their libidos to make decisions that could spell trouble for the resort so Kimihito and the girls are on deck as temporary help until new staff can be hired. Just as a general rule like many if the other books in the series this volume not only has full on breasts but also mature situations (though no actual hentai scenes even if some might be implied) and being set primarily in a hot spring he fan service is super strong with this volume. This especially true when a squad of succubi come looking for a good time and only one liminal is capable of stopping their flirtatious actions.
So basically this volume is a bit of a fan service filler with various established characters coming in to help keep things from getting too hot so you really don't need to read it if you don't want to see monster girl breasts for it is just another day in the life of Kimihito and his girls doing their best to keep this book at a respectable Older Teen rating. :)
By the way as a side note one thing I was super tickled about was found in one of the mini comics at the end of the volume called Containment Plan where a strange cat appears. For those familiar with the SCP Foundation this little guy is in fact SCP-040-JP if you want to look it up. It is a pretty scary looking thing but that doesn't stop it from being at least partially popular. :)

Volume 16 takes place at Yukio's Sno Ball hot springs, where she's hosting inter-species meetups. She's short staffed so she asks Kimihito and his monster girls to help out. It soon gets too much for them! The spa gets crowded real soon.

A feast for the senses
This issue was a good one! Plenty of adorable scenes, some of which don't even focus on the main cast of characters. The eye candy in this volume is superb if slightly heavy handed, but it's tempered with enough humor that it never crosses into full hentai territory.
