Not sure how you can just live on fruit and vegetable with little protein and fat though. I will follow the advice and incorporate juices into my daily regime, however, with my own tweaks.

Fantastic read, whilst I don't agree with everything Jason writes, his climate change views for instance, there's no denying this man knows about health and how best to achieve it. A must read for anyone wanting to claim back their body. Plan works a treat too.
Another great book from the inspirational Jason Vale. This book is brilliant for those that want to juice for the first time, as it is less harsh then following an all-juice plan such as 7lbs in 7 days. This plan differs in that it combines juices and smoothies together with soups and salads, so you are actually chewing something! I found this really easy to do as the recipes are so easy to follow. The juices and smoothies are delicious, salads filling and colourful, and the soups are scrummy. I use these soup recipes all the time as they taste so great. My mum uses these recipes too, and she is certainly not a dieter. I would recommend this book to everyone. Try the power of juice and delicious fresh veggies and fruit - you won't regret it!
