Pretty good line drawings for illustration, could be better; easy to follow the layout; a good breadth of information to start with. Increased my confidence.

Great book. To the point, easy-to-understand text and illustrations. Not only are the massages readable, they work in taking the edge off pregnancy aches and pains.
