I couldn't recommend this book more. I echo most of the comments written by fellow Goodreaders that this is indeed the Bible of Neurosurgery. It is a portable and concise reference book that has helped me through my neurosurgery registrar.

I would recommend this book to all neurosurgery registrars/residents/interns.

P.S.: I was told by a colleague that this book is available in e-book version. I would definitely recommend getting it on your phone or tablet if you are thinking of purchasing this book.
