This is required reading for a class in spiritual direction that I am taking. Adesanya provides excellent, practical information and insights for anyone interested in becoming a Spiritual director, or companion.

This one was tough for me to get through. There were a few chapters that were helpful, there were a few that were really hard to get through and even unhelpful, and sometime in between.
