This is a great mushaf. It is the whole Qur'an, which is great since previously most word-by-word translations were in several volumes. it is not bulky (I read the A5 size, which is smaller than A4 I believe). It is a great handheld size, good for read alongs in taraweh. I read this for Ramadan and this was just great for all my purposes.
There are two translations in English - the word-by-word which is under each word, and the more fluent translation by ayah which runs along the sides of the page. The fluent translation is traditional/conservative so I wouldn't recommend this on translation alone for Western audiences. However if you are reading this to help improve your Arabic, this is excellent.
The tajweed color coding is a bit distracting for me. I never learned tajweed using the colors. Especially with the light gray coding meant to indicate you don't pronounce the letter, this is confusing esp when it corresponds with a stop in which you would pronounce the letter, so that has been a bit annoying. I think color coding can be useful but ideally it is better to study tajweed alone and know the rules.
This is a great Quran for students of Quran and Arabic and for Ramadan. Also I have been using this for my everyday reading and it has helped to cement meanings into my memory.
