This was a well written thought provoking short story with a different take on the afterlife. I enjoyed reading it and it made me think about the impact we have on others during our lifetime, a lot of which we don’t realise until it’s too late.
Liz and Adam have a perfect life until their car hits a patch of black ice. She still has her life's memories. But that doesn't help her in the afterlife.
This Paranormal Fantasy is intriguing. The author's description of the afterlife isn't familiar to any form I have heard about. But, the tale is heartfelt.
Easy-to-read. Entertaining. Great world building. Romantic. Scary. Tragic. Unpredictable. Whimsical. Wonderful characters.
I felt this wasn't really a fictional story as much as a narrative vehicle for the author to express her belief and theories about the afterlife, and how living and dying works. I found it interesting and I really liked the characters, but I will have to decline to accept her proposition about life and death. Very lovely and loving story though.

Such an interesting angle to explain the afterlife, that it almost answers the question of the meaning of life. It was comforting to read this idea and honestly, want it to be true.
