I think everyone will be even the slightest bit intrigued with the thought of venturing into space, and with this book, the ins and outs of space travel will be laid before your curious eyes!

It was fascinating to learn not only about how to get into space, the history behind space travel and eminent figures, but also about the future of space travel and how we might, as humans, adapt into the stars. Our squishy little human bodies are meant for earth and are adapted for this, so to read the effects of space on our bodies was so interesting to read.

It’s also wonderfully illustrated, with some fantastic pictures to go with the main text and body of writing which really enhances the reading experience of this book. There really is some beautiful pictures in here!

You can read about astronaut training, what it takes to go into space and even the little intricacies such as what you might eat and how we might inhabit a Martian base.

A definite recommended read for all those who are interested in space travel and love the prospect of advancing into the stars.

This book is very well laid out. I found some bits not so interesting, but nothing felt like it was dragging on. It's very good for people who have an interest in space travel and want a simple explanation for various topics.
