Two years after ANYTHING FOR HIM, Felicity has changed her appearance, changed her name, and moved away. Jay is still out there ... and she's terrified he's coming after her again.

She's met a man who has a son the age as her son. They get along well, and for the first time in a long time, she finds herself attracted to Scott. He's supportive, understanding, kind, and he makes her feel safe.

Jay, meanwhile, has found another younger vulnerable woman. She is needy, just what he wants ..someone to house him and feed him and keep him out of sight since the cops are still looking for him. Needless to say, she doesn't know his real name or anything else about his past.
But Jay is still out there somewhere.
And Felicity can't shake the feeling she's being watched.

Found You is the second book in the chilling NO ESCAPE psychological thriller trilogy. I highly recommend starting with the first book otherwise the reader might be a bit lost. One more book to go .... expect another cliff hanger.

FOUND YOU is the second book of the No Escape Trilogy, a psychological thriller trilogy by L.K. Chapman. The three books in the trilogy are best read in order, to follow the sequence of events.

Books in the Series Include:

Anything for Him (No Escape #1)
Found You (No Escape #2)
Never Let Her Go (No Escape #3)

She escaped. But he’s coming to get her.

After her imprisonment at the brutal hands of her ex, Jay, Felicity is slowly putting her life back together. She’s got a new name, a new hairstyle, and even a new partner: strong, supportive Scott, whose down-to-earth nature makes him the perfect stepfather to little Leo. Scott makes her feel safe.

But the nightmares still haunt her…and Jay is still out there.

Felicity feels she is being watched.

Will she ever feel safe again?

Well written and as good as book 1…both books ending in cliffhangers. Great series and looking forward to starting the final book in the trilogy.

Many thanks to the author, and the TBC Reviewer Request Group for my digital copy.

Book 2 starts immediately where Book 1 left off and we really carry on full throttle into the next slice of the adventure
Jay and Felicity have moved on and eventually rebuild their lives, but has Jay really moved on...of course he hasn’t and he intends to have his revenge whatever the cost and cause as much chaos as he can
I say that but in this book you found out more about Jay, his background etc and the book had a ‘gentler’ tone in some chapters
Most of the characters are back and are built on as we go again from the present to the past, not always easy to do in a book but in both books done so well you know exactly where you are at all times
The book is as powerful as the first and as fast and furious and it ends on a cliffhanger, I am not overly keen on these in general but it does make you want the next instalment and want it now
Book 2 is as good as Book 1 and as say look forward to the final book next month

Worth saying in these books various mental illnesses are looked at and also things like OCD part of a characters trait which gave unexpected insight into these things and was well written

Also worth saying in both books at the end there are contact details for anyone suffering as the characters do in the books

Found You is book 2 to the No Escape trilogy. If your going to read this, I highly recommend you read book 1 Anything For Him, first so as to get the full benefit and back ground of the story.

So I loved book 1, and when I started book 2 yesterday, I didn't think it coukd get any better. This book is somewhat slower paced than book 1 but I absolutely loved it.

As well as being reacquainted with the characters from book 1 Felicity and Jay, you also get introduced and get to know some new characters which brings new storylines to the ongoing main story.

Again this has been an addictive and entertaining read, loved getting to know the new characters, getting to see how their stories develope and integrate into the main story and evolve throughout.

I literally whizzed through this book and now I need book 3, the final book. I need to know how it's all going to end.

It’s two years since Felicity escaped from Jay, they are both rebuilding their lives in the sequel to Anything For Him. Felicity has a new identity, lives in a new town, and feels settled in her relationship with Scott, a calm and dependable man, the total opposite of Jay, a man with a dark and menacing personality, unfortunately Jay is again in a very unhealthy relationship, feeding on the vulnerability of his new partner, whilst at the same time searching for Felicity, he wants revenge, and will make Felicity suffer for taking Leo, their son. found You, is the second book in the No Escape Trilogy, it may not be as dark and twisted, but that’s not a bad thing, new characters are introduced, we learn more of Felicity and Jays past, so it’s an interesting thread, which intertwines with the main plot line, again the style of writing makes for a very realistic reading, mental health issues are an important factor in the story line, and the research involved comes through. Still a very tense and thrilling read, I highly recommend reading Anything For Him first, it will set you on course for what is so far a thrilling series, with another cliffhanger ending, I am so looking forward to the final book in this Trilogy.

Jay is one twisted individual, sadly he's not the only messed up person in this story. I was shocked by Anything for Him, but I'm glad it's being made into a trilogy. I felt the pace was slower in this second instalment and that's a good thing in my opinion. I definitely needed a breather after the first one.

This trilogy is just getting better and better, this starts off straight from where we left off in book two with Jay and Felicity.
Felicity has moved on with her life after escaping Jay, she has changed her name and appearance as she knows that as they didn't catch Jay after the murder of his friend and kidnapping her he is still out there somewhere and this puts her on edge all the time.

We get to meet new characters in this second book which makes it very intriguing as this is still a dark read and the tension builds and builds with Jay hell bent on finding Felicity to get his revenge what ever the cost is, for her leaving him with there child.

It has been over two years and Felicity has met a new guy Scott who she falls for but is still uncertain weather he is the one as she can't help but compare him to what Jay was like in the beginning.Meanwhile Jay has found another needy young vulnerable woman to take him in while he is looking for Felicity. The tension builds in this book and it was a page turner right up until the end and what a ending, god i can't wait for the next book as this leaves you just wanting so much more.

The story started in Anything for Him continues. Having escaped from Jay, and discovered the truth about Mark, Felicity is now living under a new name, and in a new town with her son. She still lives in fear of Jay finding her, but after two years the police don't think he will go after her, and no trace of him is to be found.
Jay, now living as Jason has found a new woman to live with, Stephanie, who he befriended just after the death of her grandfather when she was at her most vulnerable. Stephanie is naive and trusting, and is taken in by Jay, although cracks begin to appear in their relationship when she realises he has been hiding things from her.
When Felicity makes contact with an old friend, little does she realise that this is the moment Jay hs been waiting for. Tracking her down, and using the venom of Felicity's new boyfriend Scott's ex-girlfriend to help, Felicity begins to feel the net closing in. And although he lost her once, Jay is not going to let her get away a second time. Cannot wait for the next (final!) installment.

This book is the sequel to Anything for Him which I absolutely loved. Felicity has escaped from Jay and has gone into hiding with her son Leo. Both Felicity and Jay have tried to assume new identities and move on with their lives, but the events of the past mean that their lives will always be connected.
I quickly reread Anything for Him to recap on the story and I had forgotten just how dark and horrific it really was! This book is just as scary, there is a impending sense of doom throughout and you just know things are just going to get worse for everyone involved. I thought it was extremely well written with plausible characters and I was shouting at a couple of them in particular to think about what they were doing! The book ends on a bit of a cliffhanger and I can't wait to read part 3 in the trilogy.

The blurb:

This book is very well written, and so accurately describes the whole feeling of being in a bad relationship, and trying to move on.

It took me a long time to read this book. Probably because it brought back some awful memories of my ex. But saying that, I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. 5*

“Found You” by LK Chapman is the second in the fantastic trilogy of psychological thrillers. It carries on straight from where book one ended. The reader is falsely led to believe that all is calm and uneventful but far from it!
A superbly written book which delves further into the characters backgrounds and why they behave as they do. Once I’d finished this I just had to see how it all ends and dove straight into book 3. Highly recommended.

Found You carries on from Anything for Him and explores what happens next for two of the main characters from the previous novel. The author does a great job of describing the consequences of the events of the first novel on the developing characters, particularly in terms of their mental health. In addition, several new characters are introduced and each of them are engaging and interesting, making if very easy to keep reading for ‘just one more chapter’! The same style of writing is employed as with the first book with chapters from different characters perspectives. In the first book, the chapters were fairly evenly split between the present and a period some 11 or 12 years earlier. There are fewer ‘flashback’ chapters this time but they relate to different characters and are more spread out so if you’re not a fan of this style, it may still affect your enjoyment. I think that it was again employed very effectively to give us background and depth to the characters. All in all, a very enjoyable read. I am looking forward to reading the conclusion to the trilogy in due course.

Set two years after Anything for Him, this continues the story and ends on a further cliffhanger that segues nearly into the last book in the trilogy.

The writing in this novel is more compelling and much more engaging than I found the first, and it’s easy to see the progress as a writer.

Again, this is a story about psychological abuse. For me, the most interesting thing about the writing in this novel is the relatability of the characters - they help the story feel very real, and I can imagine some readers having a very visceral reaction. A lot of the storyline does seem to lead solely toward the cliffhanger and the next story in the trilogy, so don’t expect to fully enjoy this as a stand-alone.

An interesting read (enjoyable would be the wrong word) which offers a good look into the psyche of an abuser and mental health conditions.

Found You is the second in a trilogy of psychological thrillers by LK Chapman. Having devoured the first in just over a day I could't wait to find out what happened next. The author didn't disappoint as book 2 continued where book 1 left off and it was satisfying to know exactly what happened to the characters. Although the suspense built throughout the book it was definitely less "edge of your seat" than the first book. However this gave the author time to delve more into the characters themselves and the cliff hanger at the end has made me move onto book 3 immediately!
Thanks to TBC Reviewer Request Group and the author for the opportunity to read these fantastic books.

I received a copy of this book from TBC Reviewers request- Thank you
This book is the second instalment in this series and carries on from where the first left off, the characters have continued to be developed throughout this book and there is an element of Jay’s back story in the book which humanises him a little (not much there is still no pity) to the reader.
My only gripe (and its minor) is that this book ends on a cliff hanger- I can’t say more as not to spoil it but I hate not knowing what happens next!
Another excellent read, thank you

So I began reading this and at first I found the pace quite slow but it picked up after and I found the story gripping. When I had completed the book I located book 1 on my kindle and found I had only partly read it hence the slow start!
I am currently reading book 1 and a lot is making sense now and I am getting through the story rapidly.
To summarise, I enjoyed book 2, Jay/Jason is an intense character and I'm glad Fliss/Felicity escaped his clutches and has moved on.
I look forward to continuing the journey with book 3 🙂

The second book in the trilogy. I was excited to read this second installment after enjoying the first. Felicity has escaped Jay's clutches and is moving on - albeit slowly (and understandably). Jay has moved on - out of necessity and has a new partner. However, he s still obsessed with finding Fliss. This book was as good as the first in the series, and has left me eagerly anticipating the third in the series.

I really enjoyed this instalment of the trilogy. There is a curious macabre fascination in learning more about Jay’s mind, the way he thinks.
The previous book concluded with Felicity managing to escape from Jay and this picks up in the immediate aftermath.
Told from five different viewpoints, the chapters are short and filled with suspense making it very readable.
So much so that I’ve preordered the final book. I cant wait to see what happens!

My thanks to TBConFB for this copy.

Found You is the second book in the No Escape trilogy by LK Chapman. Having read and enjoyed the first book, Anything For Him; I looked forward to reading this sequel.

Felicity is trying to move on from the life she had with Jay. She has a son and has met a new man, Scott; who is helping her through the nightmares and anxiety she suffers with due to her previous life.

This book is a lot slow paced then the previous book, however we learn a lot more about individual characters more. Jay tries to justify his actions, whilst we see the effect his actions have had on Felicity.

A very enjoyable read in this trilogy. I look forward to the final book.

Continues from where the first book, Anything for Him, left off.

This book is very much delving further in the characters – many of whom return from the first book. Jay continues to pursue Felicity even though they have both moved on with their life.

A lot slower-paced that the first book and ends on a cliff hanger in preparation for the third book.

I loved Anything for Him, the first book in this series, so I was excited when I heard that there were two sequels! LK Chapman always does a great job of making characters feel like real people and in Found You she goes even deeper down the rabbit hole of Jay's twisted mind. Hearing his inner torment and how he justifies his actions to himself almost makes me feel sorry for him... Almost.

The book follows on immediately from Anything for Him and follows Jay, laser focussed on finding Felicity, and Felicity, trying to start her new life and move on. The tension builds and builds and I was on the edge of my seat by the end. In fact I still am - bring on the next book!

Found You is the second book in this psychological thriller series by LK Chapman and it continues the story of Felicity and her young son Leo.
Felicity has escaped her ex, Jay, who kept her imprisoned, handcuffed to a bed and heavily pregnant, but is running away and changing her looks and name enough. Can she ever get over what he put her through and go on to trust, and maybe love, again. She meets Scott who seems genuine and appears to like her. Can she believe he's not a psychopath like Jay? Can she tell him everything and not scare him away?
Meanwhile Jay is searching for some way to be safe and live under the radar. Where he can live his life while looking for Felicity and his child.
LK Chapman tells the story from both sides and I think she does it with detail and a lot of empathy towards those involved. Not only does she tell us about Felicity's feelings and how the relationship affects her but she goes on to tell us things from Jay's perspective and shows us the mentality of Felicity's abuser.
I'd imagine for some people this may be a difficult read as some areas may be close to home but personally I feel the more we talk about relationships like these, where the abuse starts with insidious control, the better. If it helps just one person to realise their relationship isn't what they thought and they get out before it's too late, then I applaud Chapman.
