There’s a rope tied around my ankle. The other end is in the hand of a caveman. My head hurts, too. And I have no idea how I got to this small hut far away from the village with the other Earth girls. Yeah, this is not the best way to wake up!
The caveman is a mountain of muscle and moves like a tiger. He has eyes like yellow lasers. He could be very attractive, if he didn’t have a bad burn on half his face!
I don’t know what he wants with me. But I can guess. All the other Earth girls are pregnant by caveman aliens. And, the way this guy looks at me, I have a feeling that he wants to claim me...

I saw her in the village with the other women aliens, and I had to have her!
I have never been this close to a woman before. She makes me dizzy with her softness and her scent!
I’ve tied her up, so she can’t escape. Already, I can’t stand the thought of being without her!
I’ll take her to my tribe. I know women can give birth. Soon there will be children in my village again!

Кар'джакс е най-младият в племето си, и е изпратен като представител на своето племе, за да види племето на жените... и да открадне едий ЛайфГивър, или иначе казано едно от растенията от които се раждат новите членове на племето. Озовавайки се обаче при племето на жените, той осъзнава, че те нямат ЛайфГивъри, освен това, всички в племето имат своя роля, всички се трудят за благото на цялото племе, те са сплотени и единни и Кар'джакс на мига изпитва желание да стане част от това племе. За негово огромно съжаление обаче, той бива отпратен деликатно от останалите войни, тъй като никога не се е бил с птеродактили и не умее да ги убива. Потеглейки по дългия път обратно към дома, последното, което е очаквал е да спаси живота на една от жените, и сега трябва да реши какво да прави с нея.
Тамара е едно от "драконовите момичета". Държана в плен от дракона Трога в продължение на месеци, Тамара и още 11 момичета са спасени от останалите членове на племето на жените и сега се опитват да се приспособят към новото си обкръжение. Когато в племето започват да се появяват непознати воини, Тамара е запленена от огромен мъж със сребристи райета и наполовина изгорено лице. Скоро обаче тя научава, че мъжа си е тръгнал, и водена от надеждата да го срещне отново и изпълнявайки новата си роля, като зоолог на племето, Тамара предприема пътуване през джунглата по петите на странно подобно на крава животно. Тогава обаче е нападната от раптори и губи съзнание, само за да се събуди в примитивен подслон, със завързани крака и варварин със сребристи райета, който не може да откъсне погледа си от нея.
Първо, искам да кажа, че резюмето не може да е по-далеч от истината. Да, Кар'джакс беше завързал Тамара, но не за да я отвлече и дори на няколко пъти й помагаше да намери пътят към дома, но на нея й харесваше прекалено много да е с него. Двамата бяха адски сладка двойка. Едновременно неуверени и любопитни. Хареса ми как всеки от тях се справяше със страха си, и факта, че Кар'джакс имаше почти непреодолима фобия, толкова силна, че го караше да застива на мястото си, го направи някак по-реален. Все пак не може всички варвари да са супер силни, смели, умни и безстрашни. Тук за разлика от предишната книга в която смятах племето за главния да е най-доброто от племената до сега, племето на Кар'джакс може да се категоризира като най-лошото.
Иначе като двойка двамата бяха много сладки. Хареса ми как се отнасяха един към друг, начина по който почти моментално усетиха, че могат да си имат доверие. Кар'джакс бе толкова чаровно сладък, като не можеше да повярва, че една жена, ще избере именно него, единствения мъж в племето пълно със злато, който си няма собствено, мъж с белязано лице и страх от птеродактили. Тамара направи всичко по силите си, да прогони този негов страх, докато тя самата се бореше със страха си от дракони и двамата заедно израснаха толкова много. Обожавам тази книга <3

I love the Caveman Alien series. It’s an interesting ongoing story that continues to evolve. Will there be more dragons? Will they get the old spaceship to fly? Many questions and definitely mor3 alien love in the air.

I think Calista Skye could write this series until the end of time and I’d still be buying it from beyond the grave. There’s something so intriguing about alien cavemen living in a brutal and prehistoric world. Like the rest of the books in the series,each book fills a minor story arc that adds to a growing theme throughout the series. This book in a way starts a new volume from the previous 6 books. The original 6 heroines were all Linguistic students and have been together since they were kidnapped from Earth and dumped on the planet Xren. Our heroine Tamara is a part of a new set of girls only found in the last book, basically all on their way to death from starvation, who were trapped by the big bad in the last book which was actually a baby alien dragon named Troga. Once again the ‘villain’ here is another dragon however this time it’s no baby dragon. Tamara (a zoologist) and her caveman boo will put their lives on the Line to elimate the threat and learn as much about the dragons habits in order to fight what could be an upcoming war with supposedly many dragons on their way to the planet.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and once I started it was hard to put down. Xren was as always absolutely horrifying to think of but perhaps if I had my own warrior caveman it may not seem as bad and scary anymore 😉 I thought the book was well paced. The intro of our heroes clan was well done and executed in a completely new way and I love how creatively Calista Skye weaves the storyline together. I had the giggles at one point when all the cavemen are discussing their ‘wives’ obsession with coffee and how only masters can make something so intense and detailed. They refer to baristas as shamans and I lost it but since in reality the men really only understand about 3/4 of what the girls talk about, it makes sense they wouldn’t be able to understand much of what we use, see and create on a normal basis here on Earth. To try and explain even the simplest thing like a computer would be pointless to them but luckily the girls have eachotherto mope and whine to about all the th8ngs they miss. This was an excellent addition to the series and it was filled with all the usual tricks from the previous books, a sweet romance, some scary ass jungle aliens (I’m particularly fond of the newly discover unicowcupine myself 😝) and an engaging read you’ll be sad to end. Fans of the series need it read it ASAP.

Siento que a este man le faltaron huevas por como lo trataron en la tribu y el aún así primero escogió a su tribu y después a ella. No es la primera vez que pasa en la serie y me como rabia porque al principio me gustaba mucho y ahora casi no me gustan los MMC.
Espero que la historia en general avance más porque es lo que me tiene intrigada.

★Review★
I was nearly put off this one by the blurb above - this particular bit "He could be very attractive, if he didn’t have a bad burn on half his face!". Then in the book itself we have "He did look a little strange....half his face was all burned"
I just disliked the general tone that he would be ugly or "strange" as he had a scar. When a scar is used - in books/movies to make someone seem ugly or off-putting, it doesn’t sit right with me. Scars usually mean someone’s been through something, not that they’re ugly or strange to look at.
Thankfully it was only that small part at the beginning of the book and even though his scars are mentioned after - it is in a more sympathetic way - more about what and how he suffered and the trauma it caused and how it has affected him.
I really liked Car’rakz - I liked how he had a vulnerability, a bit more of a fleshed out character than previous MMC in the series.
I also liked how he and Tamara were drawn together already before they went off on their adventure as one of my complaints about the books in the series so far have been I felt like you could have put any of the women with any of the men and they would have ended up together purely out of circumstance.
In the end 3 stars - I really liked the MMC and his story and felt like the relationship between him and the FMC felt more real, but still, using scars to describe a character as ugly or strange never sits right with me so that brought it down a bit.

Tamara is one of the "dragon girls" rescued by Caroline and the "lab coat girls". She had been a Zoology student, just a few credits short of graduating. Well, now she has more than enough new types of animal to categorise and name!
She becomes fascinated by a wounded warrior who comes to the new camp. There is just something attractive about him. But when he comes to her aid she isn't sure if he is a knight in shining loincloth or a really convincing liar.
Xren’s creatures never seem to tire of trying t kill off our intrepid Terrans! Car’rakz manages to save her this time. But he does set an iffy tone over his rescue. well, he did tie her up and not in a fun way! His tribe leaves a lot to be desired! Think bling loving cavemen. Sadly they are struck with gold-fever and the tribe is suffering. But can Tamara and Car break through their gold obsessed minds and get them to face the truth about the Dragon?
Car is a total renaissance man. Sure he may not have killed tons f Irox before but he can build, hunt, engineer and survive in the Xren wilderness. No mean feats! Tamara uses her Zoology studies in some unique ways! I loved that she saw Car for the amazing man he is and not just as the low man on the totem pole that his tribe would like to paint him as.

I didn't start at book #1. I should have.
Tamara is drawn to Car'rakz, his strips are different than the other cavemen's. They are metallic. She is drawn to him. When she wakes up in his tent, she decides that she wants him. Yet, she knows there is something holding him back. Together they travel the lands to his tribe. Car'rakz takes care of her and makes sure she is safe.
Car'rakz is looking for The Woman on the Lifegivers. The new tribe has rejected him because he hasn't killed an Irox. No matter, he will take the woman who stares at him after he saves her from the jungle. She is more than he bargains for and they fall in love along the way. Once at his tribe they do not believe she is controlling him into stealing their gold. They have nothing else and use Car'rakz to hunt and do their dirty work.
What I didn't like about this was the way the cavemen talked. I get they are 'cavemen', but it felt stilted. Car'rakz tribe was not impressive at all, but he felt a loyalty to them, that they didn't have for him. I felt much pain for him. That's good caveman talk right there my friends.

Gostei muito da escrita da autora, é uma série bem rápida de ler, com ótimas cenas “hot” e tem um bom enredo. São 14 livros no total e até agora já li até o 7, cada livro acompanha um casal e a jornada das humanas e dos homens das cavernas tentando criar uma boa vida no planeta jurássico Xren.
Adoro essa temática de humanas que são abduzidas e jogadas em outro planeta, onde elas têm que aprender a sobreviver aos perigos enquanto tentam voltar para a Terra. Amei esses homens das cavernas alienígenas, eles são fortes, protetores, gentis e gostam muito de “adorar uma mulher” (e são ótimos nisso)!
Ainda não cheguei na parte dos dragões shifters, mas sei que eles também terão romances com as humanas! Os dragões são extremamente bonitos, com cores brilhantes, capazes de hipnotizar as pessoas, conseguem cuspir fogo e são muito inteligentes, podendo até mesmo conversar telepaticamente.
Será que eles vão realmente querer atacar os homens das cavernas e as humanas de Xren? E os dragões são mesmo tão terríveis como o alienígena de Bune afirmou?

They mine gold and are seduced by it to the neglect of all else. Car’rakz wants to help Tamara with the dragon training, but has never been trained.
>The story has a lot of erotic scenes and for the first time, the male is not an all-powerful alpha. This series is getting a bit tired. More actual action has to start occurring. This book is appropriate for an adult audience. I am giving this book 3 stars.

I enjoyed reading this fascinating & entertaining caveman alien romance, it is the seventh book in the series “Cavemen Aliens”
The characters are quite well-developed and react with realistic emotional feelings to the situations they find themselves in. The story-line and plot is well-thought out and written with unexpected incidents.
This book is about: a group of young women are trapped on a strange planet but one young woman (Tamara) is accidentally knocked out & is taken captive by an alien caveman (Car’rakz) who has some unusual plans in store for her.
There is: alien cavemen, human females, dinosaurs, space dragons, adventure, some action, twists & turns, intrigue, danger, threats, memories, defiance, doubts, fear, choices, decisions, deceit, conflict, verbal banter, happiness, contentment, love & some steamy scenes.
The characters are quite well-developed and react with realistic emotional feelings to the situations they find themselves in. The story-line and plot is well-thought out and written with unexpected incidents.

What a thriller!
Tamara is a budding zoologist, fascinated with observing this Xren’s creatures. When she wanders off for some quiet time, she lands in a heap of trouble. When she wakes, she’s tied to a tree with a rope in the hands of one of the strange visiting cavemen. Car’rakz is a fascinating character, with many intriguing facets to his personality. We learn slowly of his many abilities and of what makes him freeze up. He feels unworthy, but that is seriously not so. I love the way Tamara helps train him to use his physical attributes to the best advantage. What he is able to accomplish when Tamara’s life is at risk, is absolutely amazing.
This is an amazing story, followed with tidbits hinting to future stories. I love it!

A great addition to the series! Our knowledge of the dragons has been expanded just a little bit, just enough to keep me interested, and I enjoyed our two leads. Tamara is a wonderful person, intelligent and creative and considerate. She deals with her fear of the dragons and dinosaurs in a very believable way, but she also is able to show bravery when it matters. She’s very compassionate towards Car’rakz and his issues with PTSD. I think that part of his character was explored very well also. He’s a good male lead, a very loyal and honest man, but he is briefly blinded by his loyalty to his tribe. That’s something I’ve complained about in other books, I think it’s just something that the cavemen do a lot. Either way, I did enjoy this story a lot and the romance.

It was okay
I really enjoyed the male character no way I can spell his name lol but anyways this story moved a little bit more smoother then the previous one I enjoyed it better so I guess I'll continue to read on and see how things turn out for the other remaining girls that some how managed to survive that still makes no sense to me in the very first book we read that the girls were ripped apart by the not dactyles and yet somehow that mysterious robot lady managed to convince some not dactyles to drop off 12 of the girls in a remote location to use in her devious plot yeah it was really crazy sounding anyways if you're a KU subscriber check it out

Tamara and Car'rakz
Tamara is one of the 12 girls held captive by a dragon after been dump in a Jurassic planet and separated from the rest of the group. After been rescued they are facing the possibility of more dragons coming to destroy everybody in the planet. Caveman warriors start showing up to join their tribe and fight this new threat. Is there that she sees Car'rakz, a hit caveman with a burnt face but rejected by the tribe and other Warriors and leaves. Soon after she us rescued by him and we are taken on a journey full action ,adventure, danger and evil dragons. Fantastic plot. Highly recommended
Tamara is one of the 12 girls held captive by a dragon after been dump in a Jurassic planet and separated from the rest of the group. After been rescued they are facing the possibility of more dragons coming to destroy everybody in the planet. Caveman warriors start showing up to join their tribe and fight this new threat. Is there that she sees Car'rakz, a hit caveman with a burnt face but rejected by the tribe and other Warriors and leaves. Soon after she us rescued by him and we are taken on a journey full action ,adventure, danger and evil dragons. Fantastic plot. Highly recommended

Debo reconocer que no puedo evitar continuar con la historia de Xren, especialmente sabiendo que ya está terminada. Así que aquí vuelvo a la carga.
Es una historia entretenida que sigue la tónica de los anteriores, en especial de los primeros de la serie. Por otro lado, hay que reconcoer que estos guerreros son cabezone y fieles. Da igual que tengan delante de sus ojos lo malo que es su clan, lo podridos que están todos, que ahí siguen incapaces de verlo o no queriendo. Aún así, se entiende porque no conocen nada mejor. Me gusta que cuando lo hacen aunque les cueste al final acaban viendo la razón.

Another great installment
I have really been enjoying the series.
Tamara one of the dragon girls is still recovering from her experience from being kidnapped by a dragon. She's struggling to PTSD and flashbacks in her time in captivity.
Carrack a scarred warrior from another tribe comes to this tribe looking for possible friendship and something else. But he gets more than he bargain for with Tamera.
The story is starting to feel a little predictable but I still love it and will continue to read the rest of the series.

Book seven in the Caveman Aliens series if this is a series that you have been reading this is a book you do not want to miss! Tamara and Car’rakz are two people who will have so much to go through before they get their happy ending. This book just shows that it is not fair to judge people by their looks or what they own. Once I started this book I was not putting it down so I would advise not to start it at bedtime. I received a copy of this book and I am voluntarily reviewing.

Best series ever!!!
You have to start at the beginning of the series, this is book 7. Each book is a unique story with its own hero and heroine, however, the author builds on the previous story with a larger story. This hero was very stubborn, but so real, so "human", flaws and all. I think the fact that he wasn't perfect was awesome. The heroine is stubborn too, but very likeable. I can't wait for the next one!

Enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
Actually enjoyed this series quite a bit. I find it fun and entertaining. Decently paced, modern girls trying to stay alive and find their footing on an alien planet filled with dinosaurs, cavemen and other dangerous predators... what's not to like? (Teeheehee!)
This one is the pairing off of the first of the "Dragon Girls". (These girls seems to get lucky with the crème de la crème of cavemen)

Although this is the first book of this series that I've read ,it was easy to understand the premise. I found strong female characters along side equally strong males(even if they were cavemen). Can you imagine a planet of men and less than 20 females?

Pretty shiny.
I read most of this series pretty fast, then I set it aside for a while. I think it is better consumed in amounts. Then you can appreciate the details more. The characters are developing quite nicely and the overarching story about the coming dragons is coming in at a slow but good pace.

Caveman Alien's claim
Tamara is an ethologist and finds the animals on their jungle planet fascinating. So fascinating that she follows one type way out and crashes into a depression and hit her head. A tribes man finds her in time to save her from a carnivorous dinosaur and then proceeds to kidnap her.

I love this author and this series so when we first met Troga and found out there were more girls to continue the story I was so excited and happy that there would be more books in this series!
