I cannot wait for the next Angela Pryce book to come out. The Devil's Caress gave me a serious case of a book hangover. This is a well written, thought-provoking novel worthy of a second or third read. I originally purchased a kindle read, but I am repurchasing the paperback so I can have the full experience for my second read through. I don't want to let these characters go. I often wonder what they are doing right now as if they have a life beyond the page.
I love Lucifer's voice and the flow of the story from Lucifer to Jenny and back. It has a rhythm, a dance between the two characters that Ms. Pryce has expertly woven. From the very first line and chapter, Ms. Pryce has shown that she is an expert craftswoman and I cannot wait to hear what this wordsmith comes up with next.
This dark paranormal romance focuses on Lucifer, searching for a new female demon, and Jeanette, banned from participating in her father’s political campaigned due to a social flub. Angela Pryce has written a well developed plot with a unique and imaginative storyline, great characters, and a creative world building. I recommend this addictive, enjoyable, and thought provoking read.

Can I just say this book is almost perfect? I loved it. Why almost? Because I had a hate and love feeling with one of the characters. Honestly this book goes on my TBR shelf right away.
