Should have been a 30-page essay titled “Words That (Somewhat) Work: Tips on Implementing a Consistent NVC Practice.” As it is, the book offers a few good expansions and explanations of material from the og NVC book, but it’s hardly deep enough to warrant a full volume. At 150+ pages, it feels bloated and repetitive, and its connection to business is tangential at best. Still, it works as a supplementary study guide for NVC.
