He had everything he needed and could get his hands on anything he ever wanted.Still, I wanted to save him. Why?…because bad boys need love, too. The forbearing, unrelenting, limitless kind.

Disappointed in how this story played out. It’s missing ALOT. Because how did we go from “kidnapping” but giving a stranger a ride to sharing passion with no real plot in between. They connected over Estranged parental relationships. Her boss is his dad. He loses his brother/best friend. He wants to retaliate but the girl doesn’t let him which in turn saves his life. He sets up a nice dinner for her. She questions their title. Then she catches up with the friend over dinner whom we seem to have forgotten exists. With some sex scattered through. (Does this review seem scattered brain?!? Yea that’s kinda how I felt reading this)

Loved this. Who would have thought a back seat stranger would turn into so much more? The intricacies and small degrees of separation add to the intrigue of Hazel and Rakim. Please 1-click and experience the "passion" they share!
Bad boys need love too... I enjoyed Hazel and RJ’s journey to happy ever after relationship! I was wanting more and definitely was ready for this story to end! These two was definitely burning the pages up!
I was hooked from the very beginning and i couldn't stop reading. Rakim is Bae. The bad boy with a Broken Heart and desire to be loved. I Loved It but I Need More!!!!!
Sometimes the most beautiful things emerge from the most unexpected situations. Hazel and Rakim met under unusual circumstances but that one chance encounter led to something amazing. The passion they shared was electrifying, it was strong enough to heal them, for them to forgive others, to build a bond, love and trust between them two because “thugs need love too.” It was a cute unconventional love story that has me low key wanting my “one” to appear in the back seat of my car. Lol. Good read.
My, my, my. I was in a trance the whole time I read. When Rakim stepped on the scene... babyyyy yes. The message on those flowers though... I must have read it a few times. 😂 This story was so well-written, but of course, I didn’t expect anything less. 😘😘
I’m actually all the way here for the beginning of the book. Wow! What a great way to introduce the characters. It caught my attention and like Hazel, I was interested and I wanted MORE.
I do wish we had his POV throughout the story. We got to know Hazel but I’m not sure that I am balanced in what I know about him. A scene or more with his best friend would have made him feel more real and a little more personable too. I just wanted a little more background on him.
The Passion We Share is filled with tons of passion! The kind If passion that makes you giddy about blossoming love. I believe we’ve all been there a time or two partaking in late night phone calls, middle of the night visits...and infamous food runs. Shanice took the reader on a journey to reminisce about our great loves and/or to remind us that love could be around the corner...or in your backseat. A beautifully written story. Kudos to Shanice!
Girl! That was 🔥. Who would have thought a tense moment, and random meeting of two people would turn into this! I loved the chemistry these two shared, and how Hazel accepted him just as he was. Even with the flaws, and baggage he carried she was his rider. He also knew there was something special about her, that kept drawing him back to her. Loved it, and hope there is more to their story in the future. 👍
The passion between Hazel and Rakim is so good. The way they met was a little bit scary. I am glad they were able to meet again and was able to spend time with each other. I was surprised that Hazel boss was his father. Hopefully we get a story about Moni and Maurice. If not Maurice maybe a man who can maker her forget all about him.
Chance encounters that lead to love. Wow. It was beyond crazy how Hazel and RJ met, then to further the crazy with his connection to her boss. (Don't won't to give it all away). Sometimes when you meet someone you just know without knowing them you know they're the one. Their souls spoke and then their hearts listened. Great read!
Hazel and Rakim seemed to have an instant attraction and see saw him besides the bad boy persona. They I definitely want to know more about them and see if the relationship goes further . This was a really good read !
I kove Rj, Daniel, Rakim & Hazel story. Even though it started very different and crazy. It was powerful and meant to evolve, .Shanicexlola alwats makes me think outside of the box.
I enjoyed reading this story of what at first glance seems to be a crime but turns into desire between Hazel and Rakim. It captivated me and kept my interest.
Maybe I need to get me a good, bad boy. Lol. I loved this. This story had me yearning for more! I can't wait until your next release. You always keep me on my toes!
Awww I loved this . Rakim was everything that she needed after all bad boys need love to. I'm glad that she made up with her mom and forgave her for not being in her life.
I DONT CARE!!! this was the business! Ok Ok, this book was outside of the box. I didn't even imagine that it was going to go down like this. I know I was not the only one, who was like ummmm. This book was so good from the beginning to the end. It was HOOD meets GOODIE. then fall in love.
This have to be another part! I swear I was brought to the edge and almost fell off the cliff. Ms Shanice you did that!!
Hazel is a champion. Women need to open to something different because something different can make your light glow. That's what Rakim did for Hazel. I liked it most because every man is not out to hurt you. I love when things come together. A great story the real was certainly there.
Hazel and Rakim meet up in an unusual way and so begins this unusual relationship. They both have something in common they were abandoned by their mothers . I think would Hazel and Rakim things happen for a reason people come into your life sometime just when you need them.
It's sweet that a relationship started from Rakim lowkey carjacking Hazel for a ride after he damaged his dad's, which is her boss, car. A surprising situation turned into a magnetic romance.
I really loved this book. The raw passion and unspoken love between Hazel and RJ was soo clear and desired. I wanted more of the nasty things he promised he could do;) Rj left me wanting more of his sexy domineering ass lol. I love a bad boy. Thanks for sharing
Oh gosh, I love Rakim and Hazel!! This was such a cute love story that I couldn’t put down, seriously! The whole set-up for the two main characters was genius. I didn’t know what to expect but I knew that I liked Rakim lol. I love how vulnerable the characters were. Rakim breaking down and showing emotions in front of Hazel and Moni having her moments—it brought life to the characters. This painted a picture of how unexpected love can be and even though Rakim nor Hazel ever said the word, “love” it was very obvious. Sooo good!
