Really great reference guide for work in the M&A space - I think suitable for juniors as an introduction more broadly, and helpful for more experienced practitioners to refresh themselves on areas outside of their specialism.

There is a US skew on most of the legal matters, but the financial and commercial aspects are really valuable.
