My friend Jane invited me to a party. But not just any party. A party where anything goes. Moans. Breathy cries. And so much action, in every way possible. Clothes carelessly tossed on the furniture, and the curtains drawn to hide the naughtiness inside. I was shocked! I’m new to this scene, and was expecting something a little more … ahem, discreet. But then I let go of my inhibitions, and start being a bad girl with a handsome partygoer. Trevor’s athletic, muscular, and drop-dead gorgeous. Plus, he’s incredibly skilled. He makes me cry out, all the while bending over and sighing musically. The man’s a fantasy come true. But the next morning, I meet my mom’s fiancé, and … WHAT?!?!? The fantasy is clearly over. How can this be happening? Someone tell me I’m dreaming! But this is no dream, and Trevor hasn’t forgotten about last night …

This book was a draft. The author has potential I would give a future book a chance. But this book is not worth the read. The lead female, Missy was pushed into situations without her consent and was fast to accept what others were doing. She had no backbone. The lead male, Trevor is presented as worldly and omnipotent in the bedroom. On a side note, Jane needs to be bitch slapped. This was an interesting plot that was not well executed. In an environment that was not researched.
Rant about misinformation: Consent is MANDATORY, even as a Sub or a newbie you must give consent it is one of the golden rules of the Community. Doms CAN NOT read your mind. If you want a good experience COMMUNICATION must happen.
The misnomers and stereotyping of the Community in this book is frustrating. Please if you read this book DO NOT see it as a guide to the Community. Every person is different with different hardlines and preferences. Sexuality is not something you can generalize. If you go to a party know that consent is MANDATORY, even for a "simple touch". If you are new to the scene have a safety plan in place and a backup plan with someone NOT at the party. Practicing safe sex is not a joke. "Magical punches" at parties can not prevent the spread of STD's or Conception.
This book really wanted to be taboo erotica. But instead, it read as Vanella with a side of voyeurism and a heaping pile of misrepresentation.
A quickish stepbrother romance. It has romance, sex scenes and some funny parts that make you just want to shake your head.
Missy is a woman who doesn't really know what she wants in men per say. But she wants one thing for sure a man to pop her cherry...
Trevor is having a hard time finding that one special woman, he can have forever. Unlike his old man, who found that someone special again. He couldn't be happier for him. Now if only he was lucky.
There's a lot of good stuff here but there's also some not so good. Trevor is a bored, rich, bad boy that gets invited to a sex party, where he meets 20 year old virgin Missy. Missy's ready to lose her virginity and Trevor charms the dress right off her giving her an orgasm filled night. Trevor gets Missy's girlfriend to bring her to the next sex party so they can do it all again a week later. The day after that, a bomb drops in their laps as they meet at their parent's get-to-know-you-brunch before the wedding. There's a bunch of panic, we can't sleep together because we're going to be related nonsense, inappropriate sex in the kitchen, where their parents walk in on them, you get the idea.
As an erotic read, this was definitely packed full of sensual, erotic scenes but there were also some things that jumped out at me, feeling not right. As an example the night he first meets her and takes away her virginity, his endearments were mostly 'sweet, baby doll,' but then out of the blue he says, ""You're a good little slut, aren't you?' then says ""You like this, don't you my little whore."" Given the situation and previous talk, this was jarring.
Questions I kept asking myself: -lack of using or evening discussing protection, at a sex party and her not remembering how she got home, when she had to have walked home since that's how they got there. -she comes home from college and never meets her mom's fiancée up until the get to know you brunch -Trevor being in to town a week, without any family get together happening -the allusion of distance with her mother, that isn't realized in her interactions with her mother. Missy's inner dialogue refers to her mother as Nancy, but always calling her mom, and then later in the story the inner dialogue switches to mom and mother, then goes back to Nancy again.
These things didn't make a lot of sense and pulled me out of the story puzzling over it. The ending was true erotic romance and did leave me smiling.
I received and advance reader copy through book funnel, so the story may change before final release.
About Last Night, Book 1 of the Naughty Relations mini-series, was about 20-year-old Missy Baker, a college student, and 30-plus-year-old Trevor Ellis, a billionaire race car driver. Trevor and Missy met at a sex party where she willingly relinquished her innocence to him. They only exchanged first names. Missy had pointed out her BFF to him, so when she fell asleep after multiple O's, he hunted the BFF down, gave her a key to the room where Missy had fallen asleep, and asked where Missy lived. When the BFF refused to tell him, he asked when the next sex rave would be and the address, and he made certain the BFF promised to make sure Missy would be there, but not to tell her that HE would be too. Two weeks later, Trevor and Missy met again, this time it was at the engagement brunch for her mother to his father. When they realized they were about to become step-siblings, they each had a different reaction. Missy was horrified, but Trevor was still determined to have her for his own. This story was quite enjoyable. It had plenty of angst and drama, but the spice was off the charts. There was the typical emotional rollercoaster with twists and turns to keep the reader glued to the pages. There was also the added drama of their respective parent to contend with. Both main characters were fully developed and mature, with plenty of room for growth. While Trevor was a professed (former) manwh*re, one look at Missy was as if a switch had been flipped and he was no longer interested in anyone else. Granted, he had stated early in the story that he had become disillusioned with all the women who had been throwing themselves at him, but Missy just solidified his resolve. This story was so good that I gave it a five-star rating.
Trevor is bored with the same old life he is been experiencing and wants to experience something different. While at the gym a gorgeous woman leaves her card with him about an amazing party she is throwing. Taking a chance he calls her to find out where its at. Missy is ready to lose her virginity and has told her friend that too. Her friend has an invite to the mystery party and drags Missy along. However Missy was not expecting things to be so intense when they walked in. She goes to hide out basically in the kitchen and that's when she meet Trevor. Sparks fly between them and its not long before they go find a room to be together. When Trevor leaves he finds Missy's friend to make sure she knows where Missy is safe in a locked room and tells her to bring her to the next party. Missy and Trevor meet up again and its just as hot. Each had some family obligations to deal with the next day before they could meet up again. However what neither expected was for those obligations to be for the exact brunch. Her mother's fiancé that Missy was home to meet turned out to be Trevor's father. Will they end things now that they are going to be step-siblings? What will their parents think about them being together?
This is a steamy hot story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend it to any book lover.
Missy's best friend Jane had a surprise for her when she came home from college for the summer...it's time to lose that Vs card. Trevor drove into town apprehensive about what he'd find in this little slice if no where and how he'd keep himself entertained. He gets a invite to n exclusive party. Missy and Jane head to this exclusive party, right across the street from her house. Once inside, she's shocked, awed, and aroused by what's going on. It's a sex party, hedonism and debauchery on full display. Jane immediately goes full in. Missy takes it in for a moment and leaves to find a little solitude. In the kitchen, she runs into what would seem the only other dressed person in the place, and he has her mesmerized. They talk for a spell, and Missy realizes V-card be damned! She proceeds upstairs with Trevor and has the most out of body sexual experience of her life. There's something about Missy. Trevor can have anyone he wants but it's her he craves. They can't stop meeting, their bodies are constantly connected, until they find out their parents are getting married...WHAT??!! Once they find out, they're too far down the rabbit hole to completely care. Missy deserved her happiness. She was always there for her mom picking up the pieces when her relationships flickered and died. Missy is a grown woman and she deserves the love, affection, and attention that Trevor was more than willing to give. Jane, awesome best friend.
Who is S.E. Law? A truly talented genius, that's who. While I found this author by chance, I couldn't be happier. This release, About Last Night, is a deliciously naughty book that will keep you entertained from cover to cover. Super hot romance is exactly what it is. Yay!
The storyline between Missy and Trevor is well thought out and beautifully executed. It was a true pleasure to read this Author's work and I cannot wait to see what is next. Yes, this release is delicious, however, the book did have depth; and for that, I certainly do applaud this Author. I read this book in one sitting a) because it was that good and b) because I had to see what happened next and if they would get their happily ever after. I encourage all romance fans to pick up a copy of this quick and beautifully crafted release.
I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced reader's copy of About Last Night in exchange for my honest & voluntarily given opinion and I couldn't recommend it more.
Missy Blake studying in Boston college heads back to her sleepy town of California for the summer's , not looking forward to her mother who's high strung on her own wedding ceremony. Her mum is to marry for the third time. My best friend Jane works a paralegal for the summer we are both two halves of one soul, Jane is wild and missy is the shy bookmark romanticism. Jane has revealed to her Very strict parent that she is a bisexual and wishes to explore her sexuality missy was there when Jane confessed and her parents though missy was her partner. Jane insisted in heading out for a high out but never mentioned where this would be so when missy sees the club elegance party she is definitely curious and turn on at the same time. Trevor Ellis a highly sort after business man as well as racing car driving has earn is money on Bitcoin and stock exchange , Trevor Ellis heads to the sleepy town for family reasons and ends up going to the club elegance party and meets missy for the first time. Highly Recommended reading loved the wand hot romance
This is a very steamy fast paced story, so have a change of panties with you and the windows opened. Well written and nice storyline and plot. Mostly likeable, well described characters. An insta-everything story. A story that is written in dual POV and that makes it a lot more realistic because the reader gets more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. Again a stepbrother story but this time from a whole new perspective. A steamy meeting turns out to become much more than both parts expected it to be. But can they forget their encounter and just be stepsiplings? A story that is steamy, fun, different, romantic and has twists. A few things annoys me in this story * protection at the sexparty * not seeing her stepdad before * mom/daughter relation * how he refers to her as a slut * goes over a very short period * characters could have been more developed
This is a good debut for S.E. Trevor is bored doing the same thing and when he gets a card to a “special” party, he thinks this may be right up his alley. Missy is going to the same party with her bestie. She doesn’t know what type of party it is until they are inside the house. Missy is shocked what she sees and turns herself into a wallflower. When Trevor sees her he is instantly attracted to her. She is exactly his type, beautiful and curvy. After their night of hot and steamy fun, Trevor wants more than just one night with Missy. When Missy meets her mon’s fiancé, that is when her fairytale is souses with cold water. Trevor doesn’t care and is willing to do whatever it takes to keep Missy. This is a little taboo and the chemistry between them is hot.
I'm not sure how I feel about this. Some parts I liked, but others I didn't, and what I didn't was really off putting. I do not like to read someone calling their partner a slut in any way. And this was done several times. Also I feel that the male, who is supposed to be worldly and older, was very immature in some of his thought processes. Also, who calls their parents by their names when thinking about, or speaking about them? I also was wondering why the author had to tell us that the female was curvy every few sentences. Everyone except I think the bestfriend and "step-dad" mentioned it at least once, but the two main characters couldn't stop mentioning it. I think I will try one more from this author before I decide.
Missy is home from college for the summer and her mom's wedding. Missy is still a virgin but is that about to change. Trevor is a self made weathly race car driver. He's in town for his dad's wedding. Trevor and Missy meet at a sex party. They have a good time and want to see each other again. Little do they know that their parents are engaged to the other one"s parent. After finding out that are going to be step siblings all hell breaks loose. Nancy and Jim catches them having sex in the kitchen. Both couples break up. Trevor realized he's in love with Missy and wants to spend the rest of his life with her. He proposes to her at a sex party. She says yes and they get married.

This story just didn't do it for me. There were way too many things that didn't add up and some of the situations were very uncomfortable. The party at which Missy and Trevor meet is as very disturbing. The best friend is not much of a friend for throwing her into that situation, and then continuing to manipulate her through more parties to come. Way too many plot holes, too much wetness, not enough communication between any of the characters. It's pretty much a free for all from beginning to end, and I didn't not feel the "romance" that supposedly sprouted within a couple days.
Virgin excessive wetness almost stepbrother sex club/swinger style party
Missy (a virgin) gets taken to a sex party by her best friend .... and she meets and connects with Trevor. They meet again at the next party before finding out that they are about to become step-siblings.
The book has lots of sex but not much romance or relationship
I think what caused me problems: .. Missy goes from virgin one week to full exhibitionist the next .. the book only lasts about 10 days but (Epilogue 1) happens .. nobody had concerns about safe sex for either disease or pregnancy
WARNING 18+ Taboo Billionaire Step Sibling Romance Can these two find their HEA or will they separate Hot Sex Scenes Our heroine is a virgin college student home for the summer Our hero is a billionaire that turned race car driver They meet at a sex party that the heroine's best friend takes her to Two weeks later they discover that her mother is engaged to his father To discover what happens between them and their parents you need to grab this book I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book
About Last Night is painful to read. The dialogue is terrible. The characters are terrible from the virginal turned "slurry slut" Missy to the miscellaneous rich dude turned exhibitionist, Trevor. The mother was terrible. The father was terrible. Fighting over poultry seasoning, really? The best friend was terrible. Who invites their bestie to a sex club to lose their v card? Plot was terrible. It is a miracle I finished it, but since I did, I can say honestly you should take my advice and read something else!
Missy & Trevor are a great couple in the making from the moment they meet. Unfortunately, they don't know they are to be step-siblings until they meet at a brunch for their parents' upcoming wedding. She is so conflicted over their relationship & her feelings for him. She knows it's wrong to want him, but she can't stop. He refuses to let her stop & he can't get enough of her.
This was a sexy, steamy story. The characters are wonderfully written. It includes a HEA.
Trevor and Missy meet at a private club, and the attraction between them is intense. When Missy goes to meet her mother’s fiancé, she is as shocked as Trevor, that his dad is marrying her mother. This is an entertaining read, which had twists, drama, love, and is a humorous read. This is certainly an author to look out for in the future, and I look forward to reading more from this talented author.
When Missy and Trevor meet at an exclusive party, the attraction is instantaneous. Even the second "date" goes very well and they plan another for the next evening, since they both have a brunch to attend the next morning. Imagine their surprise with his dad and her mom are the hosts of this brunch and are engaged to be married. I received an Advanced Reader Copy of this book and am leaving my honest review.
OK - I wasn't expected Club Elegance or Jane. Trevor sounded like a dream. Insta-Love in this case worked. Bringing the shy Missy to a vixen even though the fixation on the step sibling got a little annoying as they were never actually step siblings before the parents were to wed and certainly after the parents broke it off. Even if the parents get married later - Missy and Trevor are already married.
I loved this story by S.E. Law. I enjoyed the interactions between Missy and Trevor. They had an instant connection. Missy goes with her best friend to a party unlike anything she has ever been to before. She is not sure what to make of it at first. Trevor is in town to meet his father's fiancee but is already bored. He is invited to a party that changes his life forever. He can't get over Missy after that night. He wants more time with her. When they discover their parents are engaged, will they be able to control their passion for each other?
It is not illegal to be intimate with your stepbrother or future stepbrother. The paralegal even told her that, but she still had a cow throughout the story about how they could be arrested. Moronic. Then her mother threatened to have the guy charged with a sex crime for sex with a child. The woman is TWENTY. Idiotic. Add in at least 3 orgy scenes inc. F/F descriptions, and it's not what I thought I was downloading. I skimmed after the mom found them. Blah story.
I enjoyed this bad boy billionaire romance with a hint of the forbidden. I thought that Trevor and Missy had good chemistry and shared an attraction that was easy to feel. The story line offered an entertaining blend of emotional intensity, drama, steamy passion and romance. This is my honest, voluntary review.
I enjoyed this story about curvy girl Missy and (not so bad) bad boy Trevor. I liked their characters and I really loved Missy’s friend Jane. I didn’t like Nancy much, Missy’s mum. It’s a sweet and entertaining story with hot scenes.
I received an arc of this book and this is my voluntary and honest opinion.
What a wild ride with twists and turns. They meet at a club a couple of times and have this instant attraction to each other that they carry over to intimate things. But oh no, mom and dad are getting married and that complicates things to a high degree. She wants to end things and he is in love. What happens now. I received a review copy and voluntarily review it.
ARC review For honest review. Curvy missy is back in North Carolina for her mom's wedding . So one night her best friend takes her to Club Elegance where she meets travor but this has complications in it self. Awesome story
A very enjoyable story that has quite a bit of chemistry between Missy and Trevor. This story is very well written with a very entertaining storyline. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book and gave my honest opinion.
Not your usual Stepbrother romance/Frenemies romance as Missy and Trevor meet at a party before they discover their potential relationship and hook up there. The serious sparks only fly when they've met officially as family. An interesting tale that had me hooked and I finished it in one sitting!
This is the story of Trevor and Missy. This is the first book from SE Law and is good. It is a fun an eady quick read. Lots of hot scenes. Keep an open mind for this book. Very creative.
