Excellent info on intermittent fasting

Excellent tips on intermittent fasting, which, it turns out that I totally misunderstood it before reading this. I found the meal ideas were perfect, and I loved the tips on how to eat healthy but still enjoy what I'm eating. I've already implemented a new exercise routine each morning based off some of the options here, and they're easy and target exactly what I want to work on. This book was really helpful in terms of finding a way to commit long term to eating clean and lean.

Helps with Diet Planning!

I got this book because the diet plans I've been trying online haven't been helping me lose weight. Instead, I just get moody and tired. This book helped me look at diet planning in a more holistic way. I love that it acknowledges that I do not need to adhere to the guide 100%. I feel like the diet that it outlines is doable, and I'm already feeling healthier!
