Truly not what I was expecting. This is not necessarily a book, more like an introductory pamphlet which I read through in 15 minutes. I already know quite a bit about veiling, but would have loved more of a historical/referenced-based book on the topic. This book is essentially one girls opinion, and a huge chunk of time was spent talking about off-topic ideas. Like why Hollywood/the world hates Catholics. I felt like this was unnecessary to the topic of veiling, as most people want to dive deeper into the nitty-gritty of veiling before actually trying it out: such as scriptural significance of veiling, early Church fathers speaking on veiling, and the rise of feminism which essentially destroyed the practice of veiling.
