Without hesitation, I decide to be honest with her. Why, I don’t know, but I feel like she deserves the truth about who I am really am. The monster that’s in me.
"Because I'm not a nice man, Kira. I've done things that I shouldn't have. Some I regret, most I don't."
Akira "Kira" Masters is trapped in an abusive relationship with her wealthy boyfriend, Avery Hansen, whose renowned family owns the local police department and nearly the entire town. But when Avery makes attempt on her life, Kira and her best friend, Dani decide to seek the help of Dani's brother, Demon, President of the motorcycle club, Demons United.
Demon agrees to provide Kira the protection of Demons United, and he finds himself falling for her despite the dangers of both a crazy ex-boyfriend, the one-percenter biker underworld, the powerful Hansen family, and a problem within the club that brings him and Demons United under the scrutiny of the FBI.
Demon will not only have to deal with keeping Kira safe, but also the stress of maintaining his ties to the club, the heat coming down on him from the Feds, and an attempt on his life that threatens the relationship he’s just started to build.
Note To Readers: Demon's Savior contains themes of sex, violence, and murder along with mentions of domestic violence.
This book had it all! Gritty and gripping storyline where the heroine, Kira Masters was left for dead by her crazy and very sadistic boyfriend, Avery Hansen! Her best friend, Danielle Tyler aka Dani finds her bloodied and battered in her apartment, calls for an ambulance but poor Kira is left in a coma for two weeks! Dani needs help because her best friend and her life are on the line after Avery calls Dani... they both need some serious protection! And the only one she thinks can help them now is her brother, Austin Tyler aka Demon of Demon United MC, Savannah Georgia chapter!
This story was an intense, fast-paced romantic suspense with psychotic exes (Natalia and Avery), Russian and African mafia, angsty deaths along with many dark triggers! When you think the calm was near, more storms reared their ugly heads with triple takes! Demon was dark, but Kira brought sunshine: light.. where their journey was not easy due to misunderstanding and the MC lifestyle but all in all, they were meant for one another!
LOVED THIS ANGSTY BOOK! LOVED PRIMARY AND GOOD AND FUNNY SECONDARY CHARACTERS OF DEMONS UNITED MC!
Story ends in cliffy but I hope this becomes a series giving all the MC of Demon United! Razor and Dani needs a story!
I must say I truly enjoyed reading this book couldn't put it down the story gets better and better loved the characters relationship with each other and Razor had me laughing my ass off.
Let's get the first order of business out of the way ... this story ends on OMG cliffhanger. No word on when Part 2 will be released -- so read at your own risk.
I had no intention of reading this (cliffhanger) book because I like complete stories, with a requisite happy ending. The mistake I made was reading the first sentence, because this book immediately hooked me and I couldn't stop reading it.
Akira (Kira) Masters is left for dead by her sadistic boyfriend, Avery. Only by the Grace of God is Kira saved by her best friend, Danielle (Dani) Tyler. It's touch and go for Kira, but she survives, otherwise they'd be no story. Since Avery has a powerful father, who owns most of the people working in the town, the authorities essentially refuse to do their jobs, for lack of evidence.
Danielle goes to her brother Austin Michael Tyler better known as Demon, who is Club President of Demons United. He promises to protect them both from the wrath of Kira's ex-boyfriend. Despite her ordeal, she is drawn to Demon, or Austin as she prefers to call him, and he to her. This creates problems between Danielle and the newly infatuated couple.
Danielle's meltdown about her best friend and brother being attracted to one another and her subsequent actions puts their plan of just retaliation into full on revenge mode. It takes a plan, people and guns to go to war, and an ally from the unlikeliness of sources is a major surprise. Their newfound ally is One Bad Uncle!
If you like revenge tales, this is a good one and people are dealt with most efficiently. Just when we think it's all over, we're delivered another blow. There is a trusted traitor within the Demons and it's someone unexpected and not revealed in this book. Since the rules of any good story is that it must be a character that has already been introduced; there is only one person I remember that I think it can be and I will reveal his name when Book 2 (before I read it) is released.
The book has the bones of a good story but they are too many inconsistencies to make it believable. For example, knowing who her Uncle is why wouldn’t she call him immediately when she wakes up from hospital and realizing that the police will not help? Then he is The Godfather of Africa, on the FBI watchlist I imagine so how can she call him in the afternoon and he his there the next morning at 9 am? How did he get to the States so quickly? Akira and her Dani run for their life, but because of a petty disagreement Dani runs back to her condo? Really? Same thing, Akira is running around with a traceable phone whilst Avery’s dad owns a tech company? After what happened to Dani, Akira again runs with her own passport to Canada without asking her uncle for help? And so on and so forth. But to be honest my major gripe is how weak she is, constantly crying. I understand that she was abused so anything linked to that affecting her ok, but she is trying to have a life with a major criminal and she is crumbling at the slightest provocation. Crying in his room constantly when it’s well known that you have to be upbeat around coma patients, screaming when he gets arrested instead of showing some backbone, making a fuss when he is on the way to battle etc etc Lastly I’m all for literary license, however having a coma patient who has been shot in the chest running around days after waking up is taking things a bit too far.
This book is not for the faint of heart. Absolutely loved it!! Bad boy biker meets girl who has been savagely abused by ex but with a twist said girl has her own family secrets that are quite shocking. I can’t wait to read the next book in series because this one does end on a cliffhanger!
I enjoyed this biker romance. Cute chemistry between the h/H and there's a good amount of steamy love scenes. Backstory was a bit over-the-top, but it was a fun read. Leaves off on a cliffhanger, but luckily, the follow-up books are available to read if you feel like binge-reading. Enjoy!
Dam all I can say is this book was great. The storyline was good it was emotionally and I loved the main two characters. I can't wait to see what happens next I would recommend.
50/50 - It was Okay. 1. As a Kenyan who's national language is Swahili I must say that even though this was a good trial, there were so many mistakes with the translations to be properly entertained. A little more research on a language you're not well conversant with would be appreciated if it's to be an important part of the plot. 2. I loved the plot and some characters. It had a chance to be a great book but it was rudimentary for my taste. I felt that the characters were too immature and annoying for me to get into the book like I usually would. A few misses for me to have really enjoyed this book but am sure with time the author will be better. 3. Too many inconsistencies and gaps that gave me several eye rolls moments to have allowed me to enjoy the book. Also it is important to note that Africa is a continent not a Country. All in all, promising author am sure she'll do good in the future.
Kira and Demon are amazing together. Hot biker and President of an outlaw club and a sweet innocent AA woman who has a sordid history make for one hot ride.
Kira was n an abusive relationship where the man literally left her for dead. Had her bestie. It found her in time, she would have expired. Once she awakens from a coma and heals a bit, her friend insists they need to leave town immediately. They leave their homes and head down south to a scary biker bar where they are accosted.
Once the president of the club sees who the biker is harassing things take a turn for the better. Demon just so happens to be both president of the MC and brother to Kira’s best friend. Sparks fly immediately between Kira and Demon, aka, Austin.
I won’t lie, if you can’t handle a bit of blood and gore, this book isn’t for you. In fact just stop reading MC books all together. If you’re cool with fingers getting chopped off and a bunch of other fun stuff, read on!
Things pop off with rival MCs, Russian mafia, and even the feds. Kira’s uncle swoops in to help save the day and gains more family. Uncle is one bad mother... shut your mouth.
Things get bad towards the end and it leaves us on a cliffhanger. However, I was prepares and I will start book2 as soon as I save this review.
Fantastic read I could not put this book down even when I was at work I was thinking oh my goodness what is going on what’s going to happen next how are they going to deal with the next problem that comes with the type of life they lead I love this book I love the author I cannot wait to read part two.
We should have been advised that it was a cliffhanger ending but I see no reason to mark the author down for their good work. Thank you C.D Keep them coming and keep up the good work.
That’s an awesome read! It will keep you enthralled to the end, full of intrigue, mystery... Austin aka Demon is living a life of danger, Kira a 23 year old student ( btw, what’s her major? is she going to finish her schooling), they are from two different world, kind of, her uncle is beyond dangerous, anyway, circumstances placed them in each other path. They fell in love... will their love survived all the danger, or will they even survive at all. Danger is coming from all side. Find out...
A very intriguing start of the many changes of Kira and Demon’s beginning…
Very confusing, none the less, left more questions than answers…
Figured Spider was working with someone, but who is the culprit…
Trying hard to lock up Demon; not sure why the uncle left with so much happening; rescued from one situation and another situation unfolds simultaneously; baby on the way; alleged information being coerced; who wants the territory and why…
Is the sister as innocent or vindictive if she can’t have her way…
Demon's Savior by Courtney Dean is a good read for the authors first release. I loved the chemistry between Austin (Demon) and Kira; however, I want to know who's voice was it that she recognized at the end of the story. Is it one of the crooked federal agents? UGH, I hope when part two comes out that it is just as good if not better than part one.
Side note: I wish the author would have mentioned that this is a cliffhanger, then I would have waited to read the full story.
WOW! Right out the box we get thrown into the fire, and we love the burn! The writer brings us into the troubled life of Kira and her trying to find a way to survive. This is story that's going to draw you in and you are going to like we're you are headed. There are going to be moments when you are going to cringe, cheer, simile and say a big "get it girl".This is just all around good writing and with such likable characters.

Demon's Savior captured my attention almost instantly. I was especially drawn to Kira's backstory then really fell in love with Demon and their subsequent love story. The story held my attention the whole way through. Compelling writing, an interesting plot, and characters you can't help but root for made this book an instant fave. I can't wait to see what the next one has in store.
This book is a good read I did think Kira was a little weak always needing someone to save her in the middle of the book she did start to find some strength hopefully she will be a.ble to be strong for her baby until Demon and uncle Abasi can save her . I think I know who the person is that betrayed Demon
This was a good read I enjoyed it all . The mc club, the men and I loved uncle . There's even places in this book that had me laughing. But a cliffhanger. Why what a whole year till I find out if kira makes it out safe .
This book kept me up well into the next morning. The twists and turns keepntou guessing. But the day gone cliff hanger is up setting because you don't know when the next book will come out. And there most definatly has to be a book 2. :0
It was a great read. fast-paced, and entertaining I would definitely recommend this book. But if you like to have all the books at the same time I would wait until the next one is out.
I don't think whom ever took kira know the length in which demon and uncle will go to get her back .I just pray that it's no one demon knows of trust .I can't wait to read the next book in this series.
Demon’s Savior is the by far the best book that I have read since I begin reading BWWM romance novels. It held my interest from the beginning to the end. I hate cliffhangers but I still say it is great. I need a man like Austin, where are they? Only in books. :)
Boy, this book was good. There were several plot twists that kept the book interesting. Uncle is Cray cray. Very enjoyable but be forewarned, it ends in a huge cliffhanger. I hope the next book comes out soon!
This was such intense read . It's so good I was unable to put it down I can't wait to read the next book in the series. Thanks to UniqueWord Llc for recommended this book
Where do I start???? My daughter told me about this book and said you gotta read all 3. All I can say is you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Love this story line on to the next one😀😀😀😀
Damon's Savior is great start to this series! This book entertaining and action packed. Loved the characters Kira and Demon. But Kia's uncle in this book left me curious and wondering does he have his own story. Anyway I would definitely recommend you read this book.
