Another quick insta-love read. I liked this one better than the first book.
The story is about Colt and Mina.
She's Mila's (book 1 h) twin sister and he's Bash's (book 1 H) best friend.
He's a Secret Service Agent. He's assigned to guard her. Secret Service Codename: Riot.
They wanted each other since they met. Knew they're each other's everything but she's only seventeen. He had to wait but all bets are off when she turns eighteen.
It has nice epilogues.

Colt, a Special Agent, was tasked with guarding Mina, code name Riot, one of the soon-to-be-President's twin daughters, over three months ago, and life as he knew it changed in many ways. Professionally, he knows how important this job is and the dangers that could arise simply because of who her mother is. Personally, he wants her more than anything in the world. And he will have her...the second she turns eighteen.
Mina knows she doesn't present the image most would expect of the newly elected President's daughter, though her twin, Mila, does. She's proud of - and happy for her mom, and dad who adores his wife and daughters - but the spotlight will be on her a lot, as in constantly, now and that's a lot to take. Especially when being with the man she wants would probably cause a scandal. Not that either of them really care all that much considering the end result would be them together.
As soon as Mina becomes legal, Colt doesn't hesitate to make her his. Riot control...love that nickname. Colt (RC) and Mina (Riot) were outstanding characters. Mina is Mila's twin sister (heroine from Rebel).

Uh, can anyone say swoon! Colt was just yummers and Mina knew what/who she wanted and went right after it. Loved that she wasn't a shy, timid virgin. And that mouth of hers with the dirty talk was pretty fabulous too. Loved how they loved each other. Colt and Bash (H from Rebel) can both secret service me any time at all!!
I strongly recommend this lovely story. Especially if you love insta-love and a hero that is so in love with his girl.

This story is very short. Colt and Mina have a great, little, sweet story. We already know about them from the previous book. This is just more Secret Service goodness!

Riot is book two in the America’s sweetheart’s series. This book is Mina and Colt’s story. We briefly met them in book one of this series, which was Mina’s twin sisters story. This story is short, fast paced and a nice read. I read this book in less than half an hour and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters loveable and the storyline enjoyable. I really like Mina. She wants Colt as much as he wants her. The minute she turns eighteen all bets are off, Colt is getting his girl. The chemistry between them is clear to see and I liked them as a couple.
I loved that Mina was by Colt’s side when he needed her the most. She loved that man with all of her heart.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read. I hope Mina’s female bodyguard (I can’t remember her name) gets her story told because I want more of her.

I didn't care for this one as much as the first one. The writing style was different and it felt weird. Mina is the twin of Mila ( Rebel) whose mom was named Madam President of the United States. Her security guard Colt wants her bad, but when they meet she is 17. What i did like about this book was that they both were in love with eachother and knew, but waited until she turned 18. I liked that there was no push or pull between the MC's. Im always sad when a family member dies in a book but I loved how Mina stepped up to help when needed because that was her man. It was a good book, just didn't care for the writing style vs the first book. *** i recieved a free ARC in exchange for a honest review***

Mina can't keep her eyes of her personal protection and the feeling is mutual. Colt knows that Mina is his and the time he has to wait just might kill him. The Beast needs to claim the Beauty or he will lose his mind! Lucky for him Beauty knows exactly what she wants and it is only him.
KL Fast and MK Moore know how to bring the steam and Riot has it in abundance. I always look forward to each book from these ladies and they never disappoint! If you enjoy fun, flirty, insta-love with enough heat to rival the sun, you need to get your hands on Riot!

This is book 2 in the America's Sweethearts Series
This was the highly anticipated second book in the series, and it came out amazing. This is the story of Mina the wilder of the two sisters. Not only was she an in charge type of woman, but she knew what she wanted from the get go.
Colt wants one person and one person only that's Mina. When these two finally get together it is steaming hot. Another short quick sexy book by MK and KL. I highly recommend this book!

The 2nd book of the series was short like the 1st book. Though can be read as standalone, it's nice to read the 1st book. Overall, the plot was a bit flat in my opinion. Predictable. Wished there's bit more feelings or twist in the story. Safe read. Insta love. HEA.
