Honest take: Yardbird Reader: Volume 3 is better than its reputation and worse than its fans claim. Shawn Wong lands about two-thirds of the big moments and fumbles the rest. Still, a good time. Good for readers who enjoy a book with real flaws, skip if you only want a sure thing.
