After the explosive events of The Savage Truth, the world has been turned upside down for Alex and her team. As they adjust to the new status quo, Alex realizes that for her people to survive, they’ll need to team up with an unlikely ally and face off against the most deadly foe they’ve ever encountered.
And to win, Alex is going to have to risk it all.
The pulse-pounding twists and turns continue in this installment of the Vampire World Saga.
Bar none the best fictional Vampire series since Dracula came on the scene. Interesting that a single Vampire took out all my of humanity. But, we did learn the back story on Maryann’s. Read it yourself no spoiler alerts today.
I will say that even in his twisted form. Jaden is gracious! In fact, him and Alex are not too much different as they just want to preserve each other’s species.
The writing of these authors remains good but the storyline is starting to show a decline. As soon as one monster is taken down a new one pops up, and they seem to outsmart the good guys every time. With that said this is still a good addition to the series.
This one bugged me because it should really have been added to the one before and sold as one book, not two. The cliffhanger in the last one was so unnecessary, it wasn't even really a cliffhanger, and this book just continues on were the other one ended, as if it was the same book. Feels like a sales thing.
Anywho, story was good, really looking forward to the 4th one!

Most series kinda get boring and stupid by the 4th book, but not this one! P.T. and Jonathan have done a remarkable job with this series. Each book has been exciting and you're unable to put them down. I honestly can't look forward to seeing this one end.
Leaving the ship behind is a move I found ridiculously stupid and unbelievable. It was probably more of an author trying to to easily segue events but if it was, it was sloppy. At least have he of taken the ship by force?? I’d have blown it up before I left it there for the crazy bish
his book was much better then book 3 and 4. it had more action and kept you more interested. New Haven has been taken over. Lets see what happens in the final book.
Loved this. Each book gets better and better. Each book has a cliff hanger so it makes you want to continue. I'm eager to start book 6 and last to finish out this series. Highly recommend it.
