Stay away from his employee, the one woman he wanted more than anything else.
Bunny.
But Brice had wanted Bunny for the past two years. He’d watched her … craved her. And despite the fact he was used to getting what he wanted, the one thing he desired but couldn’t have was her.
But two years was a long time to wait for the one thing you desperately needed in life. And Brice was done waiting. He was ready to finally make Bunny his, even if that meant chasing her until she realized they belonged together.
This book was SOOOOO bad if I could give it less than 1-Star I would. Like...OMG...I don't even have words. Bunny was a stupid twat. Brice sounded like he had a vagina...and for the love of GOD, how many times do you need to tell me that women threw themselves at Brice. 5000 times apparently....
I’m always so happy when I see a book from these two authors I have lived reading them since the Taboo shorts series. This was a fun Easter treat.
Bunny is personal assistant to Brice and has been for the past two years. She’s been in love with him since the day she met him but he appears to not even like her very much so pushing aside her feelings she becomes the best PA he could ever want. But suddenly things seem to be changing and after spending the night together Bunny realises that her feelings are deeper than she thought and is scared of giving him her heart. Will she push Brice away or take a chance on love?
Brice always follows his own rules, no relationships with employees but Bunny is different and had been since the day she became his personal assistant. It’s two years of watching the woman he loves, wants and yes needs, deciding he can’t ignore this any longer he makes a move and an explosive night together leaves him knowing she’s the only one for him but Bunny is pushing him away. Will he convince her they belong to one another or scare her away? He’s ready to chase her wherever she runs.
Sweet, sexy read with two great characters. Enjoyable Easter read, totally safe and no animals were harmed in the making of this story.
Nice boss employee romance. Bunny and Brice had each been in love with the other from afar for a couple of years. They finally get together and have their HEA.
I love when Sam and Jenika write together they make good books this one was a pretty fast pace book.
Brice has been wanting his PA bunny for 2 years but has made a rule not to date employee's no matter what but his will is about to say fk it and makes his move, Bunny who has also been crushing but feels like Brice just dislikes her and is cold which is wrong and when she has to be his plus one at a charity event things change he isn't the same man and when he tells her what he wants she has a hard time believing him and guards her heart. But Brice won't give up..
No cheating, no ow/om, slight drama, sexy times, not a manwhore and No virgins

Chasing Bunny was the first book by Jenika Snow/Sam Crescent that I have read and I loved it. This was a quick read that you will be able to finish in one sitting and you won’t want it to end. Bunny is the PA for Brice, her boss who she has had feelings for 2 years and didn’t want to act on them because he is her boss. Little did Bunny know, Brice actually felt the same way about her. Brice invites her to go a charity auction and there things happen that Bunny is scared of. They begin a relationship that Bunny places some rules on it because they are employee/boss. She didn’t want others to look at her like she only got the job because she is with the boss. Bunny will let all of that worry and insecurity get to her and she has some words with Brice and it doesn’t go over the way she wanted. She realizes that she messed everything up and she has to get to him and talk with him about her feeling and insecurities. This book had all the feels and the heat was scorching. You will have to read this book and see if they were able to get their HEA. Hint: you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to read another book by this writing duo.
I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
It was no dramas, quick and light read. Bunny was a dumbass. I needed to get that of my chest. Lol. That scene... Ouch. But seriously. Those walls, 'what ifs' and fears... I understand where that's coming from. Any relationship is a risk. Even more so being boss and PA. But in Bunnys case it was already too late. She was already in love. Her heart was involved. Bunny just need to figure out, if this love was worth fighting for.
Wasn’t for me. I couldn’t get I to the characters. I felt there wasn’t really any chemistry or story for that matter. It was kinda rushed. And then out of no where Bunny got weak as everything was her fault and stuff. I am sure if I was in a different mood I would have liked this story more but right now I didn’t. Who knows I might read it again later and change my mind.
This was a slower paced office romance. I loved how Brice went after what he wanted. However, Bunny was the reason that I couldn’t love it. Maybe because I didn’t really feel anything from her. I can get her reasoning for being scared about getting into a relationship with your boss, but her pulling away was kind of annoying me. But maybe that’s why it’s called Chasing Bunny?
Looking past the characters individually, they did match well together! They had chemistry and I was surprised that they lasted that long without acting on their feelings.
All in all, it was an okay story that packed some heat!
✨I received an ARC via the author for an honest review.✨
For me, it's always magic when Jenika Snow and Sam Crescent write a book together. Chasing Bunny was a quick and wonderful read about a boss, Brice, and his PA, Bunny! Brice has wanted her for 2 years and he has decided that the time for letting her know who she belongs to is now. While Bunny was in love with her boss, she also knew nothing could come of it so she was surprised when he made her go to a charity auction with him. There, things start heating up between them and the story is just set on fire. They go along for several weeks until Bunny ends up hurting him with words!!! Will she come to her senses in time to get Brice back after realizing she messed up? And will Brice even want her back? Loved the book and I'll be waiting for another book by these two authors!
I picked this up as a quick steamy read and the truth is that even in that brackett, this was one disappointing product... too much telling and not showing; redundant phrases and expressions being repeated page after page, a badly developed conflict point (why are these people having a disagreement in the first place??) and characters slightly off in their actuons and reactions... So, it goes to show how even for short smutty reads there is talent and care required to pull it off successfully and satisfyingly...!!
Tropes: Boss x assistant Insta love Wanted her for over 2 years PUSH AND PULL Hot sexy, obsessive and needy alpha hero Sarcastic hot needy non understanding heroine HEA and kids
do you know how many times i wanted to punch the heroine ???? literally wanted to kill myself halfway like it was too extended but I also hated how she misunderstood everything he said. she thought them sleeping together was a one night stand when he meant forever from his own words. Then we he had enough of her push and pull and pushed her away she finally felt as if a part of her had died and she went back and apologised and broke down which he took care of. He proposed to her not long after and then they had their daughter, Bethany and another on the way. All in all it was a good book. Jus so much ducking push and pull from her.
This isn't the usual Alpha-instalove romance. This is the story of two grown-ups who work together, respect each other, fall in love, then strive to make their relationship work. They both have fears and make mistakes, but they do get their happily ever after.
There are a few grammar and spelling errors. There is explicit language and sex, so be warned if that offends you. This is a safe read with no OW/OM drama, or cheating.
I enjoyed the story and recommend it for anyone looking for a quick, dramatic romance.
I’m confused. Was this Jenika Snow’s first novel? I don’t remember her being this bad. The writing was amateurish, choppy and repetitive. The story was so bad I that it could’ve been me writing it in middle school. The heroine was wishy washy and the hero was demanding, but not in the alpha hero kind of way. Together they were just like ham and cheese. They go well together, but boring as heck. I don’t think I’ve ever given a one-star review, but I’m just so sick and tired of the standards nowadays.
This book was so so bad and such a waste of money!! Absolute disappointment from beginning to end. Anyone who says 'chemistry, hot, sexy etc.' in the same review of this book is not telling the truth.
Note to authors: writing about vomit, the smell in the air, discussing it as she is and add in a conversation about him cleaning her toilet? Really? Explain why that's what makes this a romantic novel? Can you tell you have an annoyed reader?
This short book is just the thing to spend a couple of hours on. Brice is gorgeous, broody, in charge and head over heels for his girl. Bunny is his perfect match in every way. It might take them a while to get on the same page, but when they do the HEA is one you are going to love. I can’t wait to read the next book from this author duo.
Love a good office romance! And when he is a billionaire with a hot bod, what’s not to like. Glad Bunny overcame her fear of what others might think and gave into her love for Brice.
I really struggled to make it through this one. I could not invest in the hero and heroine, they both seemed over the top in their "I love you" and "But no you're my boss." Not my cup of tea.
°Non virgin MCs °Switching POVs °Former manwhore °Hero wasn't with anyone else after meeting the heroine °Heroine pushed the hero away °Brief separation °No cheating °Free of OW/OM drama °Intimate scenes only between hero and heroine °Epilogue: 3 years later
Bunny loves her job as a PA to the powerful, yet distant Brice. She knows she is amazing at it and keeps her attraction to the boss under wraps. She knows that nothing can come of it, it would destroy her career. Brice has watched and waited for the right time to confess his feelings for Bunny. He demands she attend a gala with him and takes his shot. A night of passion ends with Bunny fleeing his apartment. Brice has never had to pursue a woman before but he won't stop until Bunny is in his arms, forever.
I am such a sucker for office romances and Chasing Bunny did not disappoint! Brice has kept his feelings buried so deep that Bunny had no clue. Bunny is right to be cautious about the situation as the woman and her career suffer. Brice has some tunnel vision about it as he doesn't see it being an issue, he is simply planning on them being together forever. The push and pull, the struggle between desire and practicality/self preservation was so heart wrenching and made the ending so much more emotional for me. Jenika Snow and Sam Crescent are an amazing duo. The emotion imbued in their stories is what makes them so memorable. 5.5 stars for Chasing Bunny!
