Ever since a cosmic phone call brought Belldandy, Urd and Skuld - a trio of literal young goddesses - to live in college student Keiichi's residence, his personal life has been turned upside-down, sideways, and sometimes even into strange dimensions! No sooner has Urd's mother left, then Keiichi and Megumi's father shows up! But whatever you do, don't call him that. It's just "Keima-san." Try to show him respect by saying "Father," and he'll smack you upside the head. You see, he simply wants to be treated as an individual. Also, if you're a woman, don't approach any closer than one meter to Keima-san - because he'll run away. Only his wife is ever permitted that close. Well then, what in the world must Mrs. Morisato be like? Don't call "Mother" that either - because you're about to meet her too!

In this volume, you finally get to meet Keiichi's parents, who are both very unusual individuals. His parents don't like being called Mom and Dad, so they go by their own names. Keima, Keiichi's father, is also petrified of being near women. Which, of course, can be a problem when you live with four goddesses and your boss is a lady. Fortunately, he seems to be able to stand being around Belldandy, which bodes well for Keiichi's family get togethers in the future. His mother seems to be the type to roll with the punches, which is also super cool. I'm glad they finally decided to give us a glimpse into Keiichi's home life.

Another entertaining volume. This one features the introduction of Keiichi's parents and you get a better sense of why Keiichi isn't the absolute ladies man most would prefer him to be. Still, its a fun little introduction to new characters and its always entertaining to see how the Goddesses sometimes are more mischievous then demons.

Bell and Keiichi and the Terrible Guest: Somebody named Keima arrives. He's Keiichi's father. He doesn't like females to be near him (except Keiichi's mother.)

Dad on the Run: His father takes off on his own motorcycle and Keiichi and the others give chase.

Garden of the Goddesses: Keiichi's father gets to Keiichi's place before him and Peorth attacks him and then Bandai attacks him. They think he's an intruder.

Dad in Hell: Keiichi's father seems to be able to go into a fighting mode when women are near and he defeats all the mini-Banpai's.

Moment of Decision: Someone named Tokano shows up. She's Keiichi's mother (but she looks really young).

Mother's Battle, Father's Battle: She wants Keiichi to race his father to prove his love for Belldandy. So far Keiichi has lost to his father in races 97 straight times.

Let's Dance!: Belldandy rides in mini-form with Keiichi as he races his father.

Keichi's mom and dad show up in this one and they are very entertaining. I liked how atypical they were, it really brings a lot of character to Keichi and his sister.
