Let's start off by saying that we are really loving this series and we throughly enjoyed Ace's and Neve's story.We really love the character's in this series and the club itself as they never have a dull moment and the old ladies are totally awesome.
Ace & Cindi are besties/sometimes friends with benefits and Ace is having anxiety with Cindi gone to pursue her dream of acting but, is given an opportunity to check up on her and meets the amazing beauty Neve who is destined to be his if he has anything to say about it.
I loved the story from beginning to end as it was full of love and laughter,romance and suspense,twists and turns and more then a few surprises.
Ace and Neve are total opposites in every way but, they just clicked and had this amazing chemistry together but, with the forces to be it seems that their attraction to one another was domed from the onset of the story and things were looking bleak.
I loved Ace from the onset of the story and I love how he has all the old ladies wrapped around his little finger.We love how he was when he was with Neve always calm and happy and smiling and we loved seeing him that way.
Neve is a movie superstar and is at the top of her game but, when she meets Ace and he has no idea who she is she gets to be the real Neve who is easy going and all the glam and glitz falls to the way side and we get to see the real her who is just a down to earth girl who loves her family and craves a simple life even though she loves what she does for a living.
Overall we loved the story it was fun and intense and had a lot going on within the plot itself that puts both Cindi and Neve in danger creating tons of suspense and had a bit of a mystery to solve.Then you had mafia rivalry and the club mixed up in all of it which leads to death, destruction and mayhem making it a totally awesome read.The story took a few twists and turns but, we absolutely loved the ending.Yet again the story had amazing character's that you could not help but love and also had you rooting for a couple that deserved a happily after if they could just find a way to make that happen.
The ending was epic and looks like things are heating up even more in the next book in this going going series and we can't wait to see what happens next.

Ace’s and Neve’s story is one of two complete opposites, both coming from very different walks of life but when brought together create a firing hot chemistry that simply cannot be denied.
From the beginning to the end I loved this story. It is filled with so much of everything! Romance, suspense, love, humor, mystery and so much passion.
There are a few turns along the way and a plot twist you won’t see coming but I am not giving away anymore of the story, you must read this one for yourself.
This is another beautifully written story, KE Osborne always has an underlying message in her books and we can all learn something from them whether it be overcoming grief, addressing mental illness or simply learning about love, friendship and brotherhood.
I just love this series. I have religiously read each book in it to date and devoured every single one. KE Osborn has managed to somehow make each book unique, each story relevant and kept them in line with all the other stories to date in the Chicago Defiance MC Series. I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us next!

Ahhhh!!! I have been waiting for Ace’s story, and it’s finally here. Let me just say that this book is everything I wanted and so much more. I had a strong connection to Ace in the other books, and I couldn’t wait to get his story, but in this one, I fell head over heels in love hard and fast. He stole my heart, and I never want it back.
A Hollywood A-lister and a biker trying to find true love, what could go wrong? Ace is dedicated to the club, and everyone who is a part of Defiance is his family. He used to have a strong bond with Sparx, but that changed in a lot of ways, when she met Trax and became a mother. So, Ace turned to Cindi, and they became best friends, but now that she is off to Hollywood, and he is lost and lonely. So, it’s time to take a trip and see his best friend. Ace had no idea that one small check in with his bff would turn his world upside down. The moment he lays eyes on Neve, it’s like something clicks, and he finally understands the bond that his brothers have with their ladies.
Neve lives every waking moment of her life in the spotlight. It doesn’t matter what she does the media is always on top of her lifestyle. So, when a sexy as sin biker with a man bun steps into her world, she literally is caught between a rock and a hard place. She is attracted to Ace in every way, and their connection and sexual chemistry is off the charts smoking hot, but she knows that there will be consequences to their relationship. Now, it’s up to Neve to choose between love or fame. I mean really, how hard can it be? She figures out really quick that all the fame, attention, and money can’t buy you happiness. Is Ace really worth the risk? Can these two find a way to make it work without hurting everyone along the way? There’s only one way to find out…
Out of all the books that I’ve read in this series, I don’t think I have loved two people more than I do Ace and Neve. They are both solid, down to earth, and good-hearted people. I was rooting for them from the beginning. I wanted to see Ace finally be able to get his girl and to live a good happy life. I could literally just go on and on about how amazing this book is, and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. I can’t wait to see what comes next in this excellent series that I’m hooked on. This book is a top read for me no doubt.

I'm such a huge of K.E Osborn everything that I have read had always drew me into the story and what was going on with the characters. Balance would be the first book that I've read in the Chicago defiance series I wasn't lost so if you to are in the same boat as me don't hesitate on one clicking this one before you start this rest I know for shore I'll be going back and reading the five previous stories .The chemistry between the couple was super intense they shared alot of chemistry the little things they would do just blew me away the banter was funny but also foreplay for the couple . So can't wait to read more by the author hope to see more of this couple and some of the other couples that are involved .

Poor Ace just wants to be happy. Life has a few other plans though even f the club keeps him busy. Starting with a shoot out draws you in quick highlighting how miserable Ace truly is. To cheer him up they send him to check on Cyndi as she is filming a movie. We get a true blown movie statement he does which just makes it harder to be together instead of easier. Hidden danger provides a whole different layer to the story. Great twists with a fascinating end. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.

I liked Ace (who doesn't like a bad boy with a nerdy streak?!) But Neve felt totally flat and this whole story felt convoluted and overcomplicated. I wanted to see more of the other brothers/ old ladies and this just felt awkward for most of it.

We’re finally getting Ace’s story and OMG it’s a doozy! I’ve been waiting for the Defiance MC’s tech guy to fall in love with something more than his computers, dark web and iron man.
Ace has been with Defiance ever since Torque found him at eighteen and Ace wouldn’t have it any other way. He’s found a family here. Lately his brothers have gone and fallen in love and gotten themselves an Old Lady.
Ace’s best friend Cindi has gotten a break in her first movie. The club looks out for their girls as they have with Cindi. When Torque and Sparx notice he’s been down lately they tell him to go visit Cindi since she’s filming right there in Chicago.
Ace is excited to see Cindi as much as she is to see him and Noah the prospect. But, he realizes quick Cindi and Noah just might be more than just friends. But, when Neve walks in everybody else seems to disappear.
The connection they have is instant and hot. Neve isn’t like anybody he’s ever met. Ace has never seen any of her movies but he plans on seeing her again.
Neve knew Cindi was part of a MC but she didn’t know they were real life Jax Teller’s. When she sees the guy with the vest, man bun and those eyes Neve was intrigued but when he had no idea who she was and looked at her for her she was a goner.
Neve loves being an actress. But, the bad boy biker is the only thing on her mind. On the way to set Neve overhears a conversation that sets the hairs on her arms up. Neve tells Cindi and she turns around and calls Ace.
When Ace gets a frantic call from Cindi he gets on his bike and goes. Listening to Neve tell him somebody is coming for her he’s instantly on edge. Add the fact that Cindi’s in the movie and its mafia based who knows who is lurking, who connected Cindi to Defiance. It’s all one big what ifs and questions and there’s not one answer. Ace decides him and Noah will stay and keep the girls safe with Torque’s approval.
Ace is on a mission to find out exactly what’s going on. Neve is finishing her movie. But, the more time they spend together she’s realizing bikers aren’t what you think they are. Defiance has a good relationship with the cops as they’re both looking out for her. Ace is falling harder for her everyday he just hopes she could like him for everything he’s done in past as well as in future and his MC family.
There’s so much against these two. They shouldn’t fit together yet they really do. For once everything going down Defiance just might be involved not by anything they’ve done but by who they know. Can Ace figure it out before multiple people get hurt.
This was amazing!!! The storyline was nothing I could’ve ever predicted. It was better and sad all at the same time. After that epilogue I’m honestly nervous for the first time in the whole series for the Defiance MC. I’m also hoping we get the Defiance Dublin MC as a spin off.

Ace is part of the Defiance MC and misses his best friend Cindi Wray who has gone off to shoot her very first movie as a supporting actress. He and Noah decide to head up to see how Cindi is doing and he notices the chemistry between Cindi and Noah. Yet nothing compares to the instant chemistry he feels when he meets Neve.
Neve De Villa is the lead actress in the movie that Cindi is in which is based on bikers/mafia. As soon as she meets Ace there are butterflies but she knows as much as she wants him, his biker status is likely to hurt her career.
When Neve gets suspicious of one of the men on set will Ace be able to protect her? When it’s clear
Neve is in danger is it because of Ace or is there another reason that no one knows about?
Can Neve and Ace find a way to be together in spite of all the odds against them?
I really liked this book and found it is another great one in the series.
I thought Ace was a great character and I thought it was interesting at the beginning with he and Cindi and then how different it was when he met Neve. I thought it was great that he was a biker but in this book you really see the stigmatism he faces with people not really knowing him or what his club stood for.
Neve was awesome and I liked the close bond she had with Cindi right from the beginning. I also liked that she was aware of something being off and how she spoke up about it instead of keeping it to herself. I really didn’t like her manager Julian and how he treated her and Ace. She constantly made excuses for Julian but I think she should have done more.
I loved the stuff with Defiance and all the club business that happened and how everything tied
together. I was angry with what happened to one character in particular as I really liked how that
storyline had progressed.
I liked when the truth with Neve and her dad came out and I was so mad at Julian after for still forcing Neve to do certain things and how she went along with it. So frustrating!!
The end was intense and I was shocked when Neve lashed out at Torque and what he said in return!!
I was so happy at the end but I am really curious to see what happens next as there are definitely some loose ends now!! By Rebecca

Balance is book six in the Chicago Defiance MC series. It can be read as a standalone but to get the full impact of the book you should read the series on order. It will be encapturing. I fell in love with this series so long ago and it just keeps getting better. KE Osborn di really well with this installment. I was sucked in and on edge until the very end.
The book starts off with a bang, literally. Ace is in a shootout with his MC brothers. It was a deal gone bad and he realizes just how lucky they were. Finding he is missing one of his best friends Cindi since Torque handed her the opportunity she was waiting for, he sets off with prospect Noah to go visit the movie set she is on. I love Ace. He is a good guy and has the patience of a saint when it comes to Neve. She is different he says.
Neve and Ace are two different people from two completely different backgrounds. He wasn't a good boy growing up and Neve is a Hollywood starlet. When they first meet the sparks fly. Neve is the lead actress in the mafia movie that Cindi is on. So when Cindi tells him something feels off with the mafia advisor, Ace makes it his business to keep both ladies safe.
OK, this book, for me was slow to take off. Then it may just be me. Then finally it happened and I was finally all in. I loved the imagination within. You're reading a book about a movie being filmed. It was great. I loved the people. I got to read about Torque and his lady. Caught glimpses of Chains *sighs* and Chills. I loved it. There are some turns I did not expect at all. I loved the blossoming friendship of Neve and ace when he was trying to play it cool and let her get to know him. The passion between them is hot. Though it is a slow burn and so worth the wait. When he takes her to the clubhouse it was an eye-opening experience for her. I was sad how Ace thought he just couldn't measure up, though he was open and honest about it all. This book is well rounded. It has drama, suspense, passion, love, friendship, and above all family. This brotherhood is that and more. Even with the people that come in later.
Can Neve finally get what the MC is about? Can she overcome the differences between them? Can Ace save the day and get his love? Read and find out.
I look forward to the next chapter in this series.

I've waited for Ace's love story for ages now but now that it's in my hot little hands, KE Osborn did not disappoint! Holy hot stuff Batman. Balance is fantastic!
Lately Ace has been feeling restless; as if he doesn't have anyone of his own. He's finally moved on from his unrequited love of Sparx but now his best friend Cindi is off chasing her big break in a Hollywood movie. Thankfully, she's just up the road in Chicago and he can check up on her but little did he know a simple hello to his best friend would change his life in so many ways. He finds himself instantly attracted to the Hollywood A-list actress front lining the movie. They have explosive chemistry and genuine affection for each other and Ace finally knows what all his Defiance boys felt as they fell for their women. But an A-list actress with a bad boy biker spells disaster for them both. He can't afford to have his life or the MC splashed around as tabloid fodder. Neve has much to lose in being associated with a biker club as well.
Neve loves her work in movies and lives for it, even if the papparazzi are a constant presence. She lives her life in the spotlight so she works hard to keep her nose clean; until a bad boy biker with a man bun shows up and she starts to wonder if there's more to life than fame. She's never had this instant connection to a man before and while his bad boy persona might be bad for his image, he just might be the best thing for her heart.
I loved this book so much! Ace has been my favorite from the first book and I'm so glad he got his HEA. Neve is perfect for him with her sassy mouth, fierce independence but gentle heart. The drama in this book kept me turning the page until WAY too late into the night! Fantastic installment in the Defiance MC series!

Let me just say from the outset, KE Osborn was born to write MC stories. From Satan's Savages MC to Chicago Defiance MC, KE has shown her magic touch with her biker men. ACE is the sixth book in the Chicago Defiance MC series, and he's the one I've been waiting for. Let me tell you now, the wait was well and truly worth it.
Aaron "Ace" Carver and Natalia "Neve" Villa were destined for each other. Even though they are as different as chalk and cheese, they balanced each other perfectly. Ace is the nerd of the club, the techie they all go to when they need that extra information. He's missing something though, something that other members are finding ... a loving woman by his side. I really loved Ace, he was edgy, protective, alpha (but not in an over dominant way), sexy, tender and caring. This man has a big heart, he wasn't scared to say what he wanted, when he wanted. The main thing I loved about him was his loyalty to his club and those around him. Neve was the perfect foil for Ace. She was a strong willed woman who didn't bow down to anyone. She gave to Ace as good as he deserved, this woman was both sassy and smart and new how to use them at the right times.
From movie sets to the streets of Chicago, from a biker's clubhouse to a Mafia Capo's mansion, this story has it all. Friendships and loyalties are questioned, passions ignited and new enemies rising, it's a book that will not keep you wanting for anything. KE's superb writing will keep you gripped to your seat from the very beginning. Superb characters, both old and new, will amuse, enlighten and have you close to tears. that ending ... oh I want the next book now!! Another brilliant chapter to this series, definitely a high recommendation from me.

HOLY MOLY is this ever a wild ride. The Defiance MC series never disappoints me. Once again the author has written a storyline that held me close from start to finish. This is a Hot Sexy MC Biker book, as one would expect, but trust me when I say this one is soooooo much more. It had my emotions all over the place. I mean at times I just wanted to reach in my kindle and bop a few heads and other times I wanted them to hand me a tissue.
This story is about a Geeky biker that lives for his club and MC brothers, who will do whatever “needs doing”, yet has a soft heart for the ladies and a movie starlet who is every man’s fantasy girl and is living her dream under the bright lights. When their worlds collide, sparks go flying. But a starlet who’s career and every move is printed or recorded by social media and a biker who’s world needs totally away from the paparazzi accidently come together it has heartbreak and troubled written all over it. The characters and their actions so defined by the author, that you can’t help but get emotionally involved as if you were standing right there with them. The suspense, the tragedy, the deception kept me guessing. The loyalty, the brotherhood, the romance held my heart in their hands.
I can’t recommend this series and this book enough. The Defiance MC stand for everything that is good and right in the world, with an occasional humb in the road. These men are truly something and will have you wanting the next book in the series as soon as you read the end. Kudo’s to the author for a phenomenal addition to the series. 2 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars.

We start out with Ace getting into a shootout with some MC brothers and realizing how lucky he was, it causes him to realize how much he misses his best friend Cindi. Overall I really enjoyed this read. You could feel the connection between all of the characters. All of the secondary characters were great and added a wonderful element to the story. Ace is out of sorts lately since Sparx, one of his best friends is busy with her family, and Cindi, his other bestie/hookup has been cast in her first movie, so he's just off. He can't find anything on their new enemy, so he goes to visit Cindi on set, to make sure all is well with her, when he comes face to face with Neve, the beautiful star. They have a strong connection, but she teeters back & forth about being with him because of her image, so there's a push & pull before their chemistry finally won't be denied anymore. What follows is some HOT sexy times that light the sheets on fire, and his Iron Man stuff is in jeopardy (I kid about his amazing Iron Man stuff being in danger). It doesn't take long before he figures out that Neve is in danger on the set, so Ace is bound & determined to keep her safe his way. This story was fantastic in the brilliant KE Osborn way. These men are so yummy but realistic as well. I mean, a biker with Iron Man stuff everywhere?! Oh hell yeah! I'm not an Iron Man fanatic myself but love me some Wonder Woman, however, I digress. I simply LOVE how the club, as the secondaries, are so present in the story, as they added more depth, and humor to the mix. And of course, it goes without saying, but still I'm saying that the twists came out of nowhere to allow my f-bombs to drop like crazy, and there's even a big side of angst. So this story had it all, and frankly, don't even read this review, just get to one clicking because it's so worth it! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

One more great MC read. "Not your typical MC story." So says another reviewer. True. Geeky biker, okay, not so unique. A top movie star with a geeky biker--that one is unique. So is this story.
Ace is missing his friend, Cindy, a club girl who got a part in a movie being filmed in Chicago. Defiance takes care of their family and when Ace goes to check on his friend he meets Neve. Sparks--yeah. She's not a stuck up and finds him so different than she expected. Just like he finds her. The fact that he has no idea about her career and movies is both different and good. She can be just herself and enjoy the guy who surprisingly has things in common with her.
Because he likes her a lot, and because there may just be some shadowy stuff going on, he gets to check out Cindy's safety and see Neve at the same time. Is he going to be her protector as well? Can they find a life together? Or will another danger to the club and their family make it impossible?
This one is just as good as the rest of the series. While this is a story of the couple the club members again play a big part of the story and it will be helpful to read the series--plus each and every story is a great read. A strong recommendation from me.

Who would have thought that an Alister would ever even look the way at a biker ?? Not because all bikers are bad but because he is a stand up true to his word .. NERD .. computer geek .. but also one hell of a sexy biker !!
When Ace meets Neve on the movie set spark fly on and off of the set. Whether they are standing next to each other of there eyes are meeting across the room .. they have a strong connection.
But when a file ends up in Neve’s managers hands he makes her make decision she doesn’t want to have to make .. when it just feels so right, like home she knows to keep Ace safe from the papps she has to let him go.

The Defiance MC always deliver an exciting and intense experience. Just when you think life will be quiet at the club, trouble seems to find them. Even though some of what happens makes me squeamish, what I truly love is the devotion these guys have for their Old Ladies and families. This pulls me in and keeps me reading, hoping everything crazy that happens works itself out.
This time it’s Ace’s story, will he finally find a woman to love and that loves him for his nerdy-self. Cindi has her first big movie role and Ace is tasked with checking on her to make sure everything is ok on set which allows him to meet Neve, a confident, successful woman that lives her passion, acting. The best thing, he doesn’t know she is famous which is a huge turn on for Neve since typically everyone she meets wants something from her. But Ace breaks that mold and just sees this incredible woman. Now, dating a biker isn’t the best for Neve’s image but they can’t fight their attractions. When Neve finds herself in trouble, it’s the Defiance MC to the rescue. After all chaos and dust settles, will Neve and Ace find their own happily ever after? Enjoyed every heart pounding moment to find out! I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

This is my first time reading KE Osborn and the Defiance MC series! I know I started with Book 6, but it was easily a standalone!
That was a fun and very different MC Romance! Ace and Neve make a perfect couple! A tech-savvy self-proclaimed nerd and bad boy biker instantly connected with the gorgeous, goddess that is Hollywood star Neve! Their chemistry is rocking!
There is hungry raw tension, but more importantly, there is a deep connection between the two!
Watching them try and fail and figure life out is lovely to watch!
I love the family atmosphere among Defiance! Working how they do is refreshing. They are mostly law-abiding citizens and good people!
The author did a fantastic job showing the character’s emotions!
Though there is lots of action, suspense, death, and violence, this story felt lighter than some of the dark romances I’ve been Reading lately! Maybe it's because the MC, Mafia, and other male characters I've been reading have been more jerks and straight up killers. Ace, by comparison, feels like a genuinely good man!😘
This book has lots of love! Steamy moments! Beautiful dresses! Oldfashion shootouts and so much more!
I am curious about Cindi & Noah and more international shenanigans!

I honestly don't know where to begin!!! I absolutely LOVED Balance!! K.E. Osborn has done it again Balance is book #6 in her The Chicago Defiance MC series, and each book just get's better and better!!
This book can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading the entire series in order as there is backstory throughout the books!! What I love most about these books is the way the men in this MC treat their Old Ladies and families, their love and devotion is amazing!!
As always just when things look to be calming down trouble comes knocking at the MC's door again!! Balance starts with a bang, alot of action with excitement thrown in!!

Being part of Defiance M/C is Ace's life this is his family and his brothers,he is their resident Tech Nerd and Marvel Comics Geek.He can find out anything they need to know and he can do it with out anyone knowing.When he is missing his friend Cindi Sparx suggest he pay her a visit on the Movie Set. They are all so proud of Cindi's success ,but he's not sure they will like a biker showing up on set.With some convincing he agrees to go and will take Noah along for the ride.When they arrive at the set Ace never figured he would meet an Alist movie star and that she would change his world forever.Neve is beautiful but would she really be into him a biker,and would it really even work.

Not only do you get to meet these two great characters, you get to continue the journey with the others within the series!

He helps with all the techy needs. Neve is a famous actress who would have never thought a motorcycle hunk would win her over. She also never thoguht she would need the club's/Ace's help. Together Ace and Neve bring the heat. They are so cute, sexy and fun together!
Besides these great complex characters, this book has a fast paced plot that will keep you interested until the very end. Without giving too much away....motorcycle club, mafia, famous actress, movie set and more! This book will keep you guessing.

The chemistry between this pair is undeniable and their story is not only engaging, but well written. Full of danger, intrigue, suspense, death and deceit this book is sure to keep your attention from start to finish.

Note to other readers, definitely read the first books in the series! While you can read this as a stand-alone like I did, I feel that I would’ve understood the characters and the situations in this book much better had I read them previously. Nonetheless, this was a good romantic suspense book that really kept me guessing until the end! Ace and Neve meet and it’s instant sparks flying between the two, but are unsure if it’s best to act on those sparks and feelings because of who they are. Ace is the resident geek for the MC and Neve is a famous actress. When things go south during the production of her latest movie, Ace jumps into it and plays protector for Neve while they both act on their feelings, consequences thrown out and disregarded. When everything comes to light and the reasons behind it, I was really thrown because I didn’t expect it! Overall, I was happy with how the book ended though!

I am absolutely addicted to the Chicago Defiance MC series. I have been waiting since the last book for this one to come out and find out more about the techy, man-bun wearing Ace. If you have been following the series you will know that this guy is absolutely amazing and seems to be more of the "always a bridesmaid" kinda guy.
To see this strong and a little geeky biker to fall for a Hollywood star was absolutely awesome but y'all this story is not easy in the slightest. Even though the attraction was instant, there is a lot that keeps Neve and Ace from each other. The reasons that KE Osborn came up with were freaking awesome!
You come to expect in a romance novel after the happy couple get together that something goes wrong, there is angst and a reason for them not to be together, but you guys have NO idea what is in store with you with this read. You might think you know, but you do not.
Read this book if you adore MC books that have a tough guy with a heart of gold and a strong woman that can live with their life!

Balance starts off with quite a bit if excitement and lots of action, just perfect for an MC story! Be warned though it also ends on a similar style of excitement!
Ace meets Neve on the movie set where Cindi is starring in a supporting role. Things aren’t quite right on the set though and Ace decides to find out what is happening.
There are some funny scenes where you can’t help but giggle at what goes on. When Neve meets Torque for the first time is one that brings a smile to my face even now! As well there are some extremely heartbreaking ones too that had me fighting back tears..oh okay a few leaked out a time or two. Very emotive writing and very beautiful too.
Excitement and drama continues throughout the story that makes you sit up and take notice. I love the way this author can make my heart beat that bit faster with anticipation and trepidation all at once.
This is another sensational story by this author and all I An say is bring on the next book please.

Now that was freaking awesome. The movie star and the nerd biker, it'll never happen you say??? Well this author makes it work. Both with a past and a present that can stand in their way but somehow in spite of it all it works. It's a bang bang shoot em up kinda read but it fits. There are dangers out there and this crew is caught up in the middle of it along with the women they protect. They are family and holding to this is who they are. While alliances have been made and held strong and true they may not be enough for what's on the line. The tension and action are outstanding and don't think the passion is forgotten. I love this author's style and the strength of her characters and the actions they take. The streets of Chicago get a work out and lines will be drawn and crossed. I have to go back and read the rest of the series so I can get to know the rest of the brothers in this crew who is now on my radar.

oh, we get Ace's story this go around! Who are Ace, Noah & Lift at war with? What happens? What is the deal with the chains? I love Chills! So bad@$$!! Where is Cindi? When Noah and Ace go to see here at work, we meet Neve. Who is she and what does she do? What happens once day at Neve's job that gets the MC, Brody, and Grier hanging around? Who is Danny? What about Roman? What do they do? Neve at New Years had me trying not to cry while sitting in a restaurant waiting on my dinner to arrive. What happens witht he press at the end of the book is so funny!!! OH SNAP!! The cliff hanger at the end of this book was/is a complete shocker!

On the one side is a techie and geek Ace, a biker who wears a cut and it a member of Defiance, on the other is Neve, the Oscar-winning actress who just wants to be treated as normal. Their meeting will be an explosive mixture of lust, love, friendship, conflict, deception and slaughter. Can they find the right balance or is death the only conclusion?
Wow - this was an addictive story that had me gripped hoping if Ace and Neve could find happiness together, survive the oncoming bloodbath and keep themselves true to who they are. Well written and very enjoyable the book ends with a great teaser for the next book in the series which I already can't wait to read. If you like MC books this book is definitely the one for you.

This is a sensational continuance for K E Osborn's Chicago Defiance MC Series.
The story will have you in from the first chapter and hold on to your seats because it's a fast and wild ride. All the emotions come out to play in this book as K E has written it so you feel you are one of the members of the story seeing and feeling it first hand.
Ace is the gorgeous Nerd we all love from Defiance and he's torn between what he has and what he wants.
His club are torn between what he is and who he wants and the cost of getting it.
The end of this book will have you holding your breath waiting for the next installment.
