The series appears on the NSW Premier Reading Challenge list, an Australian state government initiative to encourage children to read.

Jodie grew up in Australia, but presently calls Denver, Colorado home.

Such a quick and exciting read! I read this years ago as a child but I didn’t remember the storyline at all. Although I remembered the series, the story didn’t quite hold up in my mind as I thought it did. Still, it was as enjoyable as I previously remembered (from what I can).

This was one of my favorite books as a kid and i loved the mystery. I loved Ruby and all of her family and friends, and also the setting in this book. This book was truly a delight to read.
