So far it's very interesting. Confirmed info on the difference between people that trust in a living God and people who don't.

Koenig tells us that our own personal intrinsic faith will do wonders for our health, and his writings are backed with the many studies he and his colleagues did for years. By attending services every week, reading the Bible and praying daily we can reduce stress and lower blood pressure, possibly warding off many diseases, making for less days of hospitalization, and even reducing the fear of death. I especially liked his stories of people who had recovered from addictions or who had come to peace with their diagnosis through support of their church family and their own prayers and scripture reading.
