"This series is killing me. Like Piper and I fall in love with each man." -- Amazon ReviewerAaron - The AuthorHere we are. The halfway mark.Halfway to what, you might ask?Well, halfway to me blindsiding twelve amazing men all to get my hands on a decent chunk of cash, of course. My intentions are good, remember? I need the money to save my parents from their crippling debt and to spare my little brother the very bleak future that lies ahead of him if he can’t escape the family business and go back to school. But with every passing day I can’t help but wonder if what I’m doing is right.I’m messing with the lives of twelve men who are in this to find their wife. Not to be jerked around by a selfish woman with a secret mission.Aaron Morris is the sixth bachelor who receives me on his doorstep when I’m too spent to take another plunge into love. I’m done with it. My heart is too sore from all the goodbyes I’ve already had to say and I can’t wrap my head around the fact that there are still six more to go.It’s only a matter of time before my mind starts to crack. For all I know maybe it’s already happening here and now. Maybe that would explain how I’d somehow ended up caring for all of these men so strongly.Ha. Yeah right. If only the answer was as simple as insanity. It’s so much more complicated than that. Love. Money. Secrets.Even though we’re already halfway through I feel like there is still so much to go.And I’m scared that I won’t be able to handle it.Note to the This is a completed 14 book sexy romantic comedy series. You'll be following the journey of Piper, one funny, down-to-earth young woman, and her willingness to give up everything to save her family. The books are standalone in nature, but do have references to the books before as Piper will spend a month with each member of the 2019 Casanova Club. Enjoy. I did.
Ali Parker is a full-time contemporary and new adult romance writer with more than a hundred and twenty books behind her. She loves coffee, watching a great movie, and hanging out with her hubs. By hanging out, she means making out. The man is hot. Hello. She’s a creative at heart and loves coming up with more ideas than any one person should be allowed to access. She lives in Tennessee with her hubs, teenage son, two grown daughters, and two love-of-her-life grandbabies! Telling a good story that revives hope, reminds us of love, and gives a vacation from life is all she’s up to.
Brightest lights of heaven! I’m pretty sure I’m going to be saying this at the end of every book in this series: my heart is going to be irreparably broken by the time this is over. Oh Aaron. My sweet, sensitive Aaron. If Piper doesn’t pick you in the end, I will. (Though, I might be saying this at the end of every book too: I loved this bachelor even more than the last.) This book was a little different than the ones before it, in that there is a lot of focus on Piper’s family. I loved watching the way Aaron looks after Piper while her family goes through so much upheaval. And I really enjoyed getting a chance to get to know her family a little better; to understand the dynamic that drove her to make this choice to solve their problems. At this point, I both dread and anticipate getting my hands on the next book in the series. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
This series is so good. Like Piper I fall in love with each man and Aaron is one of the sweetest. If I were Piper I would find it so difficult to choose between these men even with the money dangling out there. This is book seven of thirteen and Aaron was one of the sweetest thus far. We also get a more up close look at Piper's family. I am anxious for book eight because I know I will fall for him as well. I am really enjoying this series, Ali Parker has done a great job making us all feel and think during this process. We have got to watch not only Piper grow personally but each man that was broken in some way has grown from spending a month with this woman. Even though they won't be her choice in the end or maybe they will, they have still benefited from spending time with her.
I received a copy to read and review and give my honest opinion. I love this series and highly recommend it.
I hate to be the bad guy but I had a hard time with this one. I also have a feeling that with each new book I will be losing even more interest if author doesn’t change something. It’s getting too repetitive and tiresome.
Piper is more and more unlikable with each book with her selfishness and whining. I also didn’t feel chemistry between her and Aaron. He seemed like a great guy and true romance author, albeit a bit cliche, but something was missing.
I have to think really hard if I’ll continue with this series or just read the last one in December. On the one hand I want to see if finally there will be some new twists with some of the future bachelors Piper was warned about. But on the other side, I really don’t feel this series as much as I did at the beginning and it’s getting hard to enjoy it. I just want Piper to finally pick someone and get it over with. I can’t help but starting to feel like this series is too drawn out with 12 different bachelors.
Although it doesn’t seem like it’s love at first sight, Aaron comes off... normal. Like he is a billionaire but he acts like a regular dude and I think Piper is just used to glory of the past few months. As much as Piper says that she 99% knows there won’t be a romance, I have a feeling that will eventually turn around.
Although Miles was the first one to THINK of offering money to Piper to help her financially, Aaron is the first one to really push the subject (but he is in a better emotional stage with Piper than Miles was) and I think it’s about time there is some help along the way!
Piper admitting (to herself) that Aaron is not the one for her is a bit relieving but obviously not for her. It eliminates another man from the final running but it’s also a bit disappointing. It seemed that Aaron was making his way into her heart but I guess that wasn’t working as well as it came off.
Casanova Club 7. I am trying to hang on. This series is getting to me. The plot and story lines are great but it is starting to get repetitive. Is Piper going to have sex with every guy? Is she going to fall for each club member? I appreciate the diversity in how each guy is from different walks of life. I noticed that Piper in her endeavor to spend time with each guy has touched their hearts and made them feel and live life again. But what is going to happen to Piper through it all? She sounds like she is on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Will she be able to make it to the end? I guess I will have to keep reading. *** I voluntarily read a Review Copy of this book. All opinions stated are solely my own and no one else’s. ***
Piper, 2019's Casanova girl, gears up to meet her next bachelor Aaron, the author Casanova, while still dealing with how she feels about the other Casanovas and her family’s health and financial problems. Ali Parker is sending Piper deeper into finding a way to live for herself and not for her family’s dream for her. This strange and winding journey has me hooked. Whatever she has planned for Piper next, is sure to keep the reader on the edge of their seat. I am still strongly voting for Wyatt or Jeremiah to ultimately be who she chooses, at least for right now.
I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
Jeremiah was a tough act to follow. For that reason alone, Aaron wasn’t going to get a fair shake. Piper said it herself - he was the perfect guy...if only he came along earlier in the year. But I loved how they helped each other. She helped draw the introverted author out of his shell. And he helped her through a variety of family issues, supporting her and her family when they needed it most.
I love this series and can’t wait for each new book. Piper’s emotions are so raw at the end of the month that July would actually be the perfect time for her to find herself with one of the guys she’s been warned to watch out for... I’m looking forward to seeing what the July will bring.
This series just guts me at the end of each book! These books and bachelors are the best. Piper is on the 6th guy and her poor heart just keeps getting broken as she leaves them at the end of their month. She cares so much for each guy but thinks she can't choose any of them at the end of the year. Aaron is so sweet, quiet and reserved. The way he helps Piper through everything with her father is just amazing. He is a true sweetheart that just wants to be there and help her anyway that he can. I loved how he finally stands up for himself in the end towards his editor. He is following his heart and that is what makes it so great. I can't wait to meet July's guy!
First there was Wyatt and then Jeremiah who both were hard acts to follow but will Aaron steal her heart as well?? He's a writer and a bit different from the other bachelors so far but a little reserved as well. Will he work his way into her heart where she didn't think he would be at the end of their month? This is another good addition to this series and I enjoyed Aaron and his character. I liked how he was there for her after things fell apart with her father a bit and he seemed like a really sweet man. Twelve men to choose from is going to be absolute crazy when she falls for more than one. Enjoy.
This well-written storyline is a great addition to The Casanova Club series. It has family drama, angst, chemistry, compassion, a heroine who is still somewhat whiney and selfish, a hero who is an acclaimed writer but also mostly a shut-in shell of who he once was. These two drew out the best in the other after a less than perfect first few days together. I liked it, and am having an even harder time trying to choose "The One" let alone wondering whom Piper will choose; or if she will choose one. There is more focus on Piper's family and the ongoing health problems. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.
Oh what a guy. Loved him to bits. I really loved Wyatt and then loved Jeremiah but I mean...Aaron is just irresistible. He had such a calm and loving nature that I think if she were going to pick a billionaire he really needs to be in the running.. not for what he did helping with her Dads surgery but for who he is in general. This guy really, really is the mist loving and humbling guy you could wish for. Just hope now that this Cooper isn't an ass like the other billionaires think he is. But at the same time I hope she DOESN'T have a connection with him like the rest of them.
Okay lady you need to stop making me cry with each new book. Piper is just ripping out my heart and this one was more so. She had to deal with her dad and finding a guy like Aaron and knowing that in the end it wasn't going to happen. I hoped that something might come of it but I hope that for each of them. What are these last few guys going to be like. I hope that July gets here fast. I need to see who is next and how it turns out. Loved it. I give it 5 stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader's Copy.
Casanova Club Book 7 – Aaron Piper is going through a difficult trial these past six months. She has left six men in their awe of her beauty, brains, kindness, caring and quiet determination of her strength to carry on to the next bachelor. It is astonishing how each bachelor has been changed by Piper’s presence in their lives. Aaron is no exception and he truly has Piper’s best interest at heart. Aaron is a keeper or at least on top of the list. Well written story line by Ali Parker and I could not put the book down!
#7 of The Casanova Club is Aaron. The month doesn't start out great for Piper and Aaron. Then things happen at home and time eats Into Aaron and Piper's month, next you know the month is over. I was so into reading this story it seemed like it was too short, I wanted more. Didnt seem like Aaron bad enough time with Piper....I know wait til the last Thursday in July and #8 will be out..I love this Series and this book didnt disappoint.
Things are heating up in this series and Piper is beginning to have concerns. Her time with Jeremiah almost did her in and now she is with Aaron. She is running on fumes at this point but the two come together and help each other out, especially when Piper's father goes into the hospital. I am on pins and needles waiting to see how this series in and who Piper Chooses! I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.
Probably the worse so fare. Aaron is an awful cliché of a writer. Puppet on my opinion is a nymphomaniac and top of gold digger disguised in the next girl neighbor. I had a little hope in the beginning when they meet and they seems to have no chemistry, unfortunately that situation had tu turn to the worse.
OMG! These books are so tissue worthy, Aaron is no exception. The journey of Piper James through the Casanova Bachelors is jaw-droppingly fantastic. Aaron supports Piper in an understated way as she is dealing with her family. Aaron is such an incredible character that in the end you are completely heart wrenched. This Series is so phenomenal Ali Parker has outdone herself with this one.
Aaron is another amazing bachelor that Piper gets to spend a month with. An author who is reserved and a loner, he's amazing. Piper really has some hard decisions to make. Just when I think she should pick someone, along comes another amazing guy! I love this series, and can't wait to see how it all ends.
This was well written and had an enjoyable storyline. This is the seventh book in the Casanova Club series and we get to know Aaron. He is a writer and not like the other bachelors. Each month makes it more difficult for Piper to choose. I really liked how Aaron helped Piper with her dad. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
ok this was a really good book. Piper, sort of redeemed herself from the last book. it is almost like she is finally starting to find the real her even with everything going on at home. But once again the Billionaire takes the award for best character. I love how down to earth Aaron is and how he brings out the carefree side of Jessie.
Eminently readable, if slightly implausible. I loved the entire series. I read the first 3 books through unlimited for free then went and bought the rest immediately! All were different and great! Ali’s a good writer. The story keeps you interested and doesn’t circle much. Plus money allows fun activities outside my normal realm and COVID experiences. Perfect for lockdown reading.
Oh my goodness! So many feels! 😭😍😊 I really felt for both Piper and Aaron! They definitely made the best of what they could of the month! So happy they got know each other and that Piper helped bring out the best of Aaron! He was such a sweetheart and I really wanted more him and Piper story. Can't wait too see how this will all end for her. 💙
*spoiler alert, really enjoyed this book with Aaron the romance writer, and glad that she had someone soo sweet to help her during stressful and sad times, but sucks that his month was cut shorter than the rest.
Bachelor number 6, Aaron. A shy introverted author who doesn't act like he is a billionaire. I don't see a whole lot wrong with that. I prefer the introvert lifestyle myself. There wasn't a whole lot of chemistry with this one. But who knows what will happen at the end.
Sad, sweet, with true life getting in the way. I cried, I laughed, I fell in love with each Casanova guy so far. Aaron is such a sweetheart. But I know he isn’t the one. I hope he finds the one for him in the future.
