Returning to this comic series is always a delight.

description

I was especially excited when I flipped through and saw Andy Price's art near the end, and I looked forward to his illustrations the whole time. (He was my favorite of the pony comic artists when I read these as they were coming out; his expressive style is lovely, and he always put so many easter eggs in there.)

description Here's a lil example of how fun Andy Price's art is

I've had the pleasure of meeting multiple artists and authors of the series over the years. And when I bought this a few weeks ago, I met author James Asmus. He was so kind to me and told me what a positive experience he'd had working on the series. I was so happy to hear it, and the conversation was wonderful!

It's an omnibus, so between all the stories I liked some more than others, but honestly, I've found MLP FIM to be a consistently positive fandom in my life, and im biased toward enjoying myself. It's automatically comforting, and I love the way the comics flesh out ideas the show didn't have time to expand on. The series is imbued with positivity, and I'm such a fan of the way it promotes healthy communication and friendships.

Now the series is over this book is more precious than ever. I'm glad that it keeps and excels! showing the soul of what MLP stands for. Fun, with really interesting stories: Convention of Critters is really amazing. And what about Piecord? Originally amazing. A total blast for all of Us whom love MLP world. By the way, glad to know Angel Bunny is trying to manage his anger issues. Lol. He is one of my favourites.
