My husband bought it for himself, but out of desperation I took it with me to read on the train. I'm so glad I did.

It was during a time I was having difficulty finishing my own book. I finished the book completely inspired to push through. I needed a push, and got it!

I had the pleasure of working with Davic Mcnally- and have most of his books dedicated to me in my library,-- he is a wonderful person, and a great source of strenght and inspiration

A pretty good book about helping you to find your mission and motivation in life. It isn't breakout, but it's pretty decent.

This is the second time I have read this book and the first time I read it was many years ago. Either ways, I appreciate the authors style of writing and the efforts he has put in to shape the workbook for the readers to make active participation, should they so desire to benefit from the book.

What makes dreams come true are positive, goal-oriented actions. Get this book and take part in the exercise to unlock your motivation to push yourselves to plan right and execute with might your very goals.

Potentially life-changing.

"If you learn to understand the distinction between career and vocation. Career is goal oriented, but vocation focuses on the purpose of your life."

"Whether life is a privilege or a pain has nothing to do with the circumstances of our lives: it is a direct reflection of our attitudes. As difficult, as painful, and as unpredictable as life can be, it cannot defeat us unless we choose to be defeated."

...and so much, much more

Challenge your thinking and push limitations out of the nest! The book was written years ago, it is a bestseller, for good reasons.

I have read more recent books by David McNally, whose writing and wisdom has followed along with my life's path. I will buy this book for my grown children, who are out of the nest, and soaring in their life and careers. This book offers guidance and a genuine opportunity for reflection and perspective, to soar in this changing world.

It's a great read/workbook/life coach experience.

At first I thought this was going to be a generic book to motivate you to go for your dreams. Half way through I was ready to give it 3 stars, maybe even 2. But the best stuff is at the end. It has some great little sayings that really do inspire you. The way McNally talks about commitment really is different than other books of this nature. If you have been working on a project or struggling to develop an idea you can’t get out of your head - then this book might be good for you.

I received this book as a Christmas gift from my boss. I flipped through the pages a bit, but didn't think much of it. I have to say, I am honestly impressed. As soon as I finished it I handed it to my fiancé and said, "you have to read this."
I didn't expect such a quick read to stir such a need to push harder. It made me want to strive for extraordinary and never settle for ordinary. I would recommend this to anyone, whether they are in a low point in their life or just need a little nudge to get their creative juices flowing.

I found this book to have a refreshing take on how to take control of your life and make positive changes. If applied to your life, it can be the catalyst to make things happen. The tips and excercises truly help you understand where you are coming from, how you think, the steps to take to get you where you want to be, and possibilities of how you are holding yourself back.

Terrific book!

I consider this book to be "success literature."

I like the wide margins that enable the reader to make notes as you work your way through this outstanding book.
