My life was ash. Burned to the ground. Razed with no chance of rebuilding.

Empty.

Alone.

Just as I had to be.

No one else was going to get hurt because of me. No more deaths.

For years I’ve secluded myself, stayed in the darkness, and tried to melt into the background. Hiding in plain sight.

Taking a new job, working in close confines with a new partner, is risky, and I thought I was up to the task. So I hide behind a mask of my own making, a façade for the world.

The problem is, I can’t stop thinking about my new partner. I hate her, but I crave her like she’s the most intoxicating thing I’ve ever encountered.

It’s maddening, but I need to stay away. I have to stay away.

I can’t love anyone ever again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2! Breached, book 4 of 4.5. Forbidden office affair from Nathan Thorne's POV!

A rare glimpse into an enigma.

One of the hottest dirty-talkers I have ever read.

A man broken beyond repair.

A forbidden affair Nathan and Lila must hide under the façade of contempt.

Lila does not stand a chance against the force that is Nathan, baggage and all.

But both have secrets they rather keep, until tragedy strikes.

Breached (book 4) covers the events of book 1-2 through Nathan’s eyes. Most enjoyed if read in this order:

Book 1: Breach
Book 2: Infraction
Book 4: Breached
Book 3: Reciprocity
Book 4.5: Release

So, I read this book called Breach back in 2013 and it quickly made it’s way to the top of my favorites list. The main reason for that? The beautifully broken and sinfully dirty talking leading man, Nathan Throne. Nathan became one of my top book boyfriends. Breached is the first two books in the Breach series, but from Nathan’s POV.

Nathan Thorne and Delilah Palmer are two tortured souls. They both seem damaged beyond repair, but somehow, someway, they find healing in each other. With Nathan’s past, the last thing he wants is to fall in love again. To have someone and lose them. He couldn't take it. He knows the risks, and he’ll do anything to protect those he cares about. Even if that means pushing them away. There is something about Lila, though. Something that makes it hard for him to keep his distance.
“I don’t want to want you, but I do. I fucking crave you, but I can’t…I can’t give in.” There was no stopping me from getting closer, increasing the current that grew ever stronger with each passing second. “Please, Lila, push me away.”

I loved watching Lila and Nathan’s relationship change and grow. I loved that the two of them could just be when they were together. It’s a bit of a push and pull between them. Nathan is protective and broken and handles things in his own way.

Their romance is forbidden, it’s intense, it’s volatile, and it’s hot as hades! Seriously, when I say Nathan Thorne is the ultimate dirty talker, I mean it! Being in his head was something else entirely. It made me love him that much more (if that is even possible).

Breached is a completely captivating, seriously sexy, and passionate. If you’ve read the first two books in the Breach series, this is one you don’t want to miss out on this! If you haven’t read the original Breach, YOU NEED TO! This is an epic series! Go forth and meet my favorite damaged hero, Nathan Thorne and his Honeybear!

"How much more of this can we take before we break?"
description

Breached is the fourth book in the Breach Series. Anyone who has read the Breach series knows and loves Nathan Thorne. Breached offers a new perspective into the mind of Nathan. We get to dig deep into the psyche of his broken mind and discover how he found love everlasting with Lila.

description
"I wish I knew what was going on in that head of yours sometimes.""No, you don't. It's dark in here."
Nathan has suffered significant loss and is suffering alone. After losing his wife and unborn child, Nathan never imagined he would experience joy again. When his father-in-law convinces him to return to the living and work in his law firm, he meets Lila. Lila is the catalyst, and she changes everything.

description
"I don't want to break you."
Lila Palmer is a broken shell of a woman who has only experienced pain and heartbreak in her life. Although she has found solace in her work, she lives a life without love. When Nathan and Lila begin working together, Nathan is drawn to Lila, and despite the war going on in his mind, he will not stop until he has her. The journey is heartbreaking and beautiful for Nathan and Lila as they fight for their survival.

description
"You love my cock in you, don't you, little slut?"
Breached is told in Nathan's POV. It is a unique glimpse into the heart and soul of Nathan Thorne. As every moment unfolds, Nathan is drawn deeper into his dark past. He longs to drown in Lila to forget and yet she brings a comfort that only makes him remember. I found this addition to the series to be an unforgettable blend of darkness, light, passion, romance, and beauty. When I first read Breach in 2014, I loved every second and yet; I was dying to understand the complexity of Nathan's character. Breached offers an uncensored view of Nathan's mind. Although the beast that lives in his mind is brutal, it is Nathan's heart that is flooded with love through the presence of Lila in his life. I will never get enough of this man and his queen. The most beautiful part of this read is the "extended clip" moments that we didn't experience in Breach. K.I. Lynn has crafted another dark and delicious read that will bring you to your knees and leave you breathless for more.

Overall, I have long been a fan of K.I. Lynn and this series started it all. I am eternally grateful for more of Nathan and Lila. Their epic love saga is full of raw passion and romance, and it is one that I will never forget. I highly recommend this series to all of my reading friends. It is PERFECTION!

I really wish I had been able to read this book after reading the first one of the series, Breach. Once getting everything from Lila's perspective and seeing Nathan and his suffering through her eyes, getting him to voice his own pain felt like a luxury. I think it would have seemed more seamless in a different order. Nathan's fear was so real and my heart broke for everything he had and would continue to go through. From his emotional turmoil to his physical scars, this man was beyond broken. He didn't see a purpose for his life. He wished for death and was haunted by everything and everyone he'd lost. The author really tugged on my heart strings with these people.

Reciprocity ended a bit abruptly and I'm hoping the author gifts us with an epilogue some day in the future. But reading this glimpse into Nathan, witnessing his battle against his urges, watching him fight against the deep feelings he was developing for Lila, and practically feeling the connection and pull between them, was something I would NEVER pass up. If you love these characters as much as I do, you won't want to miss out!

Okay, so I have to add this edit... I just read Release (thanks to the author) and my heart freaking sighed!! Getting the chance to see these two reach their true happy ending, to witness the beauty of everything they survived for, to glory in the grace and peace they found made me so freaking happy. These two broken souls found happiness and hope and freedom and love and no one deserved it more!

5 "I'm Yours" Stars!

Nathan Thorne is a man living in Indianapolis & barely existing after his life was torn apart. His heart is in ruins, and he feels empty & alone. He secluded himself from the world & embraces the darkness. He feels like he's in a never ending black hole & it's a struggle just to function daily. He deals with PTSD, panic attacks & continues to spiral out of control. The only thing that helped numb the pain was sex. He needed the pleasure to take away the pain.

He needed something to throw him back into the world of the living, & that comes in the form of a job offer from his father in law. He asks Nathan to come work at his law firm checking contracts. Nathan figures at least he'd be doing something he once loved. He's bored & lonely, and is willing to try anything that could pull his mind away from the hell that consumes him. He needs a fresh start.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

It's hard for Nathan to contain his inner turmoil & be around others. He wasn't fit to socialize, but put on a mask when in public. Nathan finds out he has a partner he will be working with named Delilah Palmer. He is stunned when he realizes it's the beautiful woman he saw the other day in the parking lot. The same woman that made him feel unhinged just by the sight of her. She was a mystery he wanted to unravel. She intrigued him & it pissed him off. How was he going to be in close quarters with her daily without touching her. There was a non-fraternization policy that was going to be hard to stick to.

The longer he's around Lila the more he feels like he's crumbling & coming undone. They were constantly at each other's throats, & it only served to turn him on even more. He was slowly losing his mind wanting her. He felt like he was in a state of pure agony trying to keep his distance. Eventually the sexual tension is too much & they can't resist each other any longer. They are both overcome with a powerful need. Nathan finally releases all his pent up hunger & rage, and Lila is his perfect sexual match. They are taken over by desire as they devour one another. Soon Lila is his obsession, & has obliterated all his self control. She set him off on every level & had a hold on him. He never thought he could have more again or be happy. She's giving his life meaning & making him feel again, & it terrifies him. He's scared about what his love could mean for her. He tries to stay away to protect her, but it's no use. She's become a part of him. They are two broken people who are haunted by the past, & find solace in each other.

-I saw her beauty, her frailty. I saw what she kept from everyone. The darkness that was intoxicating. So much that I wanted to drown in it and her.

-"I hate the way I need you all the fucking time. I don't want that. I can't want that. I can't want you... but I do. So fucking much I do."

-The pull I feel to you is so strong.

-I couldn't escape her if I tried. Somehow, I was always meant to find her.

As much as I adored the intense, dirty talking, insanely sexy, insatiable Nathan Thorne in Breach, I loved him even more in Breached. This book was amazing. It's Breach in Nathan's POV. If you read The short novella Dissolution that was also his POV, that is incorporated into this book near the end. I felt like I was reading a new book. His POV was so emotional, but he didn't lose any of his edge. I loved getting in his head. I cracked up at all his inner dialogue regarding "the beast", & also liked the tenderness between Nate & his father in law. I fell even more in love with the delicious Mr. Thorne & loved every minute of this book! If you forgot how hot Nathan is, you will definitely be reminded in Breached!

WOW! I didn't expect it to be this good. I love reading male's POV and Nathan certainly didn't disappoint.

Breached begins wherein Nathan is at his lowest point of his life. Feeling guilty for what happened to his wife and son. Friends and family continue to convince him that it’s time to move on and let go of the past. Nathan decided to take their advice and get back to work in one of the prestigious law firm. There he met Lila Palmer. She’s a mystery to him, while other woman throws themselves at him, Lila remains aloof, doesn’t give him a minute of her time and this pisses him off. But you can feel the sexual tension wherever these two are around. How long will it take for Lila to submit to Nathan dirty-talking charms?

Since its Nathan POV, we get to know how he perceived Lila and the reason why she acts that way. This made me love the couple more. Nathan can be an ass**** at times, however, when it comes to Lila he can be sweet and caring.

K.I. Lynn did a fabulous job in writing Nathan’s side of the story. Bravo! Again, knowing Nathan Thorne and reading his dirty-talking thoughts are worth my time. I cannot wait to read more books written by this author. I highly recommend this series!

Breach is the retelling of BREACH solely in Nathan’s fucked up POV!!!!!

If you thought this man had a dirty mouth, you should hear his thoughts! Hot Damn.

Having read and loved this series, I admittedly was a little fearful of the idea of this book. My love of Nathan was rooted in his alphahole behavior and although he was emotionally damaged, I didn’t want to get a sob-fest of feelings rolling around in his head. KI Lynn didn’t change him one bit. She gave us this gritty hero in all his broken glory and although I’ve read first book more than a few times, it felt like I was experiencing this for the very first time!

Nathan Thorne had his entire world ripped away and in order to protect the ones he loves, he’s closed off himself, never letting anyone close enough to be used as a pawn to hurt him. When he spots Lila in the parking garage, his inner beast screams “MINE,” but he recognizes this need for her as a weakness and he KNOWS once he gets a taste, it won’t be enough.

All hell breaks loose and Nathan finally caves, in a brutal fashion. Hard. Against. The. Wall.

While he’s trying to escape this new infatuation, his inner beast is claiming Lila as theirs and isn’t going to go away quietly, even when Nathan tries to shut him up.

Breached was just as hot, if not hotter than the first book! Nathan Thorne will forever be the BEST DIRTY TALKER.... EVER.

5 I love Mr. Thorne's Filthy Mouth STARS!!
As stated, i love me some Nathan Thorne! If you do too, you'll love this! If you haven't meet him yet, go immediately and one click or download or buy the book Breach. You will meet Nathan and his tortured, broken soul. His beautiful, filty, dirty mouthed soul. You also meet his Delilah or Lila. Books should be read in order, they are..
1=Breach
2=Infraction
3=Breached
4=Reciprocity
5= Release
Books one and two should be read before reading Breached. This book covers events in the first two books but this is Nathan's POV only.
Poor Nathan is a broken, tortured man, who barely has the will to keep living. What happened to him was truly horrible and obviously life altering.
"Once an ambitious child, I knew I wanted to be a lawyer after watching shows like Law & Order. Later I figured out what I wanted to do and the man I wanted to be. The end result was far off. I hated the man I’d become. Pathetic. Broken. Angry. Fucked up beyond any and all repair. I just wanted to close my eyes and never open them again."
Nathan meets his new co-worker, Delilah Palmer and his life is forever changed. And he really hates her for it. He hates that she makes him feel anything, for the first time in 4 years, he can feel.
"Five days in, I was better acclimated to my new job, but no more adjusted to Delilah. Fuck. She had me so fucking worked up that I sometimes didn’t make it home before I was working my cock. Fucking hate her. The hatred for everything about her was so fucking much it drove me into a delusional state of lust."
"No clue that I envisioned her on her knees in front of me, taking my cock between her lips. I wanted to annihilate her with my dick, tear her apart with the hatred that consumed me."
I loved being inside of Nathan's head! I loved seeing and hearing how the start of his relationship with Delilah and going back to work affected him. I could have happily read another volume of their story from Nathan's POV.
My heart broke so many times for Nathan thru-out the story. He struggles so much with letting a real life, with love and family and happiness in it, to happen for him. His guilt and self blame was at soul crushing levels and his self hatred was palpable at times.
I love Nathan Thorne, i love Delilah Palmer. I love Nathan and his honey bear, together as a couple. I absolutely loved Nathan's filthy, dirty mouth! I highly recommend this series to anyone looking for an intense, hot, contemporary love story, with perfectly imperfect characters! I love this author and this was fantastic. Ms. Lynn, please write more into the mind of Nathan Thorne, I will happily follow you there!! I was blessed with an ARC copy of this book and had the joy of a F(BR) of this with some of my fellow amazing Shhluts!! Happy reading and Enjoy!!

This is the retelling of the events of Breach and Infraction in Nathan's point of view. We go inside his screwed up mind, from the moment he meets Delilah to his inner struggles. Nathan is the same enigmatic, wall punching, dirty talker that we meet in the first book. Also his feelings for Lila are as strong. From the first time he saw her, he was MINE. Well, it was his inner beast. I don't know how I feel about his beast. I understand what it stands for, but I think it could have been done in a different way.

As I read the first book, there were times that I wonder what was going through Nathan's mind, what he thought. That's what Breached gave me. It's a different perspective, a bit darker, and I enjoyed reading it.

Even though, this is the fourth book, it can be read first. However, it will spoil some things in books one and two. I would recommend reading the first two books first, then this one, or reading it side by side. In fact, I found myself going back to book one many times and re-reading the same part I was reading in Breached.

"For years I existed. Every day I wished for my end. What I never even considered was a rise from the ash. I'm no Phoenix. There is no happily ever after for me, only pain until my final breath."

Breached is the fourth installment in K.I. Lynn's Breach Series, which covers book 1-2 through Nathan's eyes. I think you can read Breached without reading the first two books, but believe me when I say you would most enjoy if read in this order:

description

Nathan & Lila's story is an epic romance full of right and wrong feelings, angst, heart, tension, and a sizzling connection between two characters worthy of a second chance to love. From the moment I read the first book in the series, this couple made me want... no wait, CRAVE more!

"Get your ass up here and let me fuck you the way you love it: hard, fast, and dirty. That's what you want, isn't it?"

And who wouldn't want more from Nathan Thorne and his dirty-talk? I promise you this man is going to have your brain and lady bits highly entertained. But that's not all, in true K.I. Lynn fashion, Breached will play with your heart. Oh yes! The author made me feel his struggles. His fears. His pain. I felt it all. And it didn't matter how many holes in the wall Nathan made, nothing could stop the butterflies running riot in my belly. Nothing.

As you can see, my love for Nathan is endless, but that doesn't mean I didn't want to nut punch him in the balls for being so selfish, but at the same time I couldn't stop myself from loving him, no matter how hard I tried to.

My beast and my enigma FOREVER.

If you loved the first two books, you definitely NEED to read Breached. Because well, Nathan Thorne ♥.  That's all.

P.S. I want MORE.

***ARC received in exchange of an honest opinion***

Well, if you know me, you know I've been in love with Nathan Thorne for years, so when K.I. Lynn announced she'd be releasing Breached, which is Nate's POV of Breach, I was really excited!

And OMG, I was right to be. I LOVE Breach and Breached didn't disappoint. Seeing how things happened through Nate's POV was marvelous and I usually don't care for male POVs.

Breached is just as hot as Breach and Nate was still Nate. It broke my heart to see Lila from his eyes, her view of herself might be a bit biased because she's been hurt so much and, at first, she didn't have a high opinion of herself. So seeing her from Nate's eyed made me love their story even more.

Breached is just as gritty and passionate as Breach. Nathan is just as passionate (and I had missed his dirty mouth) and it was great seeing his and Lila's love story from a different standpoint.

I loved this book! I finished it in a few hours and, when I did, I wanted more! Even though I know what happens next, it still broke me and still made me crave more!

I devoured this book like a chocolate cake! This series is magnificent. The H was one of my favorite EVER. My favorite scenes were with his beast. Their dialogue with each other was freak'n amazing. I never wanted this story to end. The H is so OTT insanely obsessed with the h. DAMN this series for ending and leaving me without its brilliance!!! How will I go on without it?

Oh how I've missed Nathan and his dirty mouth

In Breach (Book 1) we got to read everything from Delilah's POV, now it's time for Nathan's POV in Breached.

I am so glad we got to see everything Nathan was thinking and feeling. Reading his inter turmoil was sad. His demons could never outweigh his need for her.

I can't write a review about Nathan Thorne with out talking about his dirty mouth. Nathan is like one of the OG's of dirty mouths in a book boyfriend. That's right, I just referred to him as an Original Gangster. The words that come out of his mouth and the stuff he does to Delilah is beyond hot!

I am just so happy to get into Nathan's head and it was, sad, tragic, and beautiful all at the same time.

DEVOURED EVERY WORD...this book was everything I'd hoped it would be & then some.

My emotions were again in the blender as we went back to the beginning of Nathan & Delilah's story, having it this time in Nathan's POV.

In my mind, there is no such thing as too much Nathan Thorne, so my only complaint about this heart-stealing, gut-wrenchingly raw, thigh-clenching hot book is that I didn't want it to end.

Even when I was a sobbing mess, and trying to comfort myself with the knowledge of how their story ends, I still wanted more.

LOVE the Breach Series.

The "Breach" series is a top favourite of mine so when I discovered that Nathan was getting a book told from his POV, I could hardly wait for it to hit my kindle. Nathan Thorne has to be the most dirty-mouthed alpha from the book world and if you haven't yet met this gorgeous man, you are seriously missing out. Go, stop what you are doing and buy "Breach" today. This is a series that MUST be read in order to avoid major spoilers.

"She was nothing, no one, but she seemed a mystery I wanted to unravel."

As soon as I started to read this book, I became hooked and I quickly remembered how much love I have for this series and it's main couple, Nathan and Lila. I was also reminded of how damn hot Nathan Thorne was. All of the familiar feelings that were provoked first time around returned and I once again became addicted. K.I. Lynn did not let me down and has written a fantastic addition to a brilliant series. I relished having the opportunity to get inside Nathan's mind during the early days of his relationship with Lila. I adored how he quickly became crazy obsessed with his new partner. When it came to Lila, Nathan's passion and lust was uncontrollable and I loved it. I also felt my heart break all over again when I read of Nathan's sorrow, anxiety and self-hate. His brokenness was just another factor that made him so easy to fall in love with.

"She was everything I said and more, but we could never be more."

Nathan's POV did not disappoint. I loved it so much that I did not want it to end, so I was immediately listening to the audio-books of the series so far and have been listening throughout this entire weekend. I have once again become captivated by this amazing story.

"My life wasn’t over ten years ago like I’d thought it was. Lila taught me that. Baby steps together, all leading to a clearing I never thought possible. It was hectic and difficult at times, but filled with our family. I loved my life."

Good to read Nathan's POV apart from Lila's everyday insecurity. I'm not being rude here but thank god there was a POV shift because if I kept reading more of Lila's POV I would've been insecure of myself as well. Jokes apart- Nathan got anger issues as well which is well shown in this part.

This book could’ve ended in 500 pages but the author made it convenient to drag it down until it was a whole box set of more than 700 pages. This is absolutely absurd. I’ve read a lot of books and huge full series, but this was rather boring to finish. I fast-read pages after pages. I think more than 50 percent of the book was sex scenes. I was bored out of my mind from both of their fights, Lila being terrified, Nathan being angry, Darren being a counselor- Done.

I tried to be nice but this book was rather eating on my time. I liked “Release”, it was nice to see them being realistically happy with kids and HEA.

This is a great ending to the series—This is such a beautiful series that has Nathan Thorne and Delilah Palmer who are two tortured souls. The thing is, they both seem damaged beyond repair, but somehow, they somehow find healing in each other.
Breached begins wherein Nathan is at his lowest point of his life. Feeling guilty for what happened to his wife and son. It gives a glimpse of the man and what his life is like before Lila comes into it. It’s seems to be much in Nathan’s POV and all I can say is Nathan’s dirty wordy mouth is HAWT. That is one that that never changes. I love how the author kept him as this gritty hero in all his broken self. When he sees Lila he knows she is his—all he thinks is “MINE” and his inner beast thinks the same.
It is recommended that you read the books in order in this series-- 1=Breach 2=Infraction 3=Breached 4=Reciprocity 5= Release. Books one and two should be read before reading Breached. I loved hearing Nathan’s thoughts and feeling his feelings. This was one of those books that stay with you even after the reading. Nathan is one of those alpha characters who has had a lot of bad things happen to him and you see he is broken yet when he is with Lila, you root for him, for them and you want him to get his HEA…. This book definitely gives an intense, hot, gritty, erotic contemporary love story with imperfect characters. I love how the author shows us that not everything in life is perfect yet the romance is still shown with such heat and love and angst….it is one of my all time top 5. I hope someday we’ll see Nathan and Lila again.

Lila and Nathan. This broken couple is truly unforgettable. I read Breach 2 years ago and I remember everything that happened between these two. Their love and affection for each other is pretty passionate. Yeah, there's a lot of passion between these two all over the place. Multiple times.

I somehow missed that Breached was coming out and then when I found out it's all in Nathan's POV? Uh, sign me the heck up! I'm a huge sucker for male POV and I loved getting inside of his messed up, dirty talking head. My cold dead heart broke for him.

I am so glad this book was written, not only did I really enjoy it, I loved getting more!

Christ, I forgot how dirty Nathan could be! He has to be one of the all time top dirty-talkers (excluding smut stories) that I know. K.I. Lynn is a dirty, dirty, woman.

This book was a re-telling of some of the Breach series, from Nathan's POV. I loved it. It made me want to go back and re-read these books, which I may just do... some time soon.

I'm a huge fan of K.I. Lynn, so I'm not completely sure why I missed this dark & addictive series, but it's just another party that I came fashionably late to. Thankfully, I had the whole series at once, or I'm positive that I would have gone mad waiting for each book individually. Plus, I read Breach first, which was the POV of Delilah when coming face to face with Nathan Thorne. And at that point, I spent a lot of time wanting to seriously hurt him, even though I knew he was a tortured soul. But I love Lila so much, plus she was trying to overcome all of her own demons as well, so I had her back completely. Now the brilliant K.I. Lynn wrote Nathan's POV, and my heart has softened to him so much after this, although I did fall in love with him despite his questionable choices. She didn't pull any punches, and Breached was so much more raw and gritty. The utter pain that he was carrying around seeped through my kindle, and my heart broke for him as well as Lila, all over again. WHAT A POWERFUL, AND REALISTIC STORY of facing your demons head on. I couldn't get enough of this darkly BRILLIANT series, and I need more of Nathan and Delilah, as I'm not sure I will EVER get enough of them! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nathan Thorne. Oh, how I love you. K. I. Lynn created my first book boyfriend (How can you not fall in love with this man?) with the Breach Series (Look it up and get it. You need it in your life. Seriously). You really ought to read the first two books prior to reading this story Breached.
This book was. EVERYTHING.
We are inside our dear Nathan's head..and heart throughout the events of Breach and parts of Infraction (Book 1 & 2 of the series). We get to understand this beautifully complicated, broken, wonderful man more. And knowing what he was going through? It made your heart break and bleed for him even more.
I love Nathan. I love Lila. I've ALWAYS loved the Breach Series..
And I definitely love K.I. Lynn. This whole series..and THIS BOOK is a MUST HAVE in anyone's library.

Nathan Thorne is back!!! The man all other dirty talking book boyfriends are measured against is finally back and ready to give us his POV.

In Breached we finally get a proper insight to just how troubled and confused Nathan is when he first meets Delilah. His confusion and turmoil are heartbreaking to read. Between him and Lila I have no idea who I felt more sorry for. As heart wrenching as Nathan's story is, it's evened out with that deliciously dirty mouth of his. The chemistry between the two characters is singe the page hot.

I loved this book. I'm a massive fan of this series and enjoyed every second of been back with Nathan and Delilah.

K.I Lynn has given us Nathan's side of Breach. We get to see things from his side. The way his mind works and how really tortured he is. This book is not for the faint hearted. It's dark and will bring you to tears. You will be shocked and sometimes annoyed but it all will work out for the best. You should all get to know these two Beautiful Characters, I promise you will be inlove with them by the end of this book.
They both deserve their HEA....
Grab a bottle of wine you gonna need it...

Sorry to say this but this book was completely unnecessary altho it gave us some insight into Nathans's thoughts and actions' process , it unfortunately picked up the same events with pretty much the same storytelling so all it felt like was a repetition of the first book but with a males' voice , also i've never dwelled on this before but Nates' temperament gave me a whiplash with the hot and cold attitude , make up your mind ASSHOLE and stop jerking people's feelings around , especially if it's someone as weak as Lila ; which is not something I appreciate in my female characters but oh well you can't always have kick ass take-no-prisonners female leads , but still she's very much a passive character especially in the first books

4.5 stars. When I first read Breach through Lila's POV, I had a hard time connecting and understanding Nathan, and for good reason. Because there's so much to learn about him and his past which explains why he acts the way he does. So it took me a while to warm up to both of them since there was so much physical initially, and Nathan was undeniably sexy but a complete jerk, too. Once I got to know Nathan and the whys behind who he is in the present, then I saw him through new eyes, much like Caroline and Drew did. And now having Nathan's POV in Breached, which is the vast majority of the story in Breach and includes Dissolution and a bit of Infraction, I can appreciate so much more about him. Nathan isn't that hard of a puzzle to piece together anymore. He might act like he has a stone wall for emotions and an impenetrable shield. He refuses to let anyone in because the consequences are too much for him to bear after everything he has lost. It's heartbreaking that he carries this burden on his shoulders alone. All those times he seemed cold and rude to Delilah were not because the words actually spoke the truth, it was to protect her and himself. I loved Nathan's stark honesty and how he could read Lila so well, because it takes a broken and scarred soul to recognize another. And in the deepest part of himself, he did care right from the beginning. If anything, reading Breached felt like a treat to delve further into Nathan's mind and to be able to feel the palpable ache in his heart, which only made him more lovable. This book is definitely for anyone who can't get enough of Nathan Thorne.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for a honest review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

Breached from K.I. Lynn should not be read unless you have read Breach. Though after thinking about it for hours after I finished your could probably start with Breached and then move to Infraction as Breached is simply Breach from Nathan's point of view.

If you have read Breach then you are getting ready to read the exact same story from the Nathan's point of view. I read the first two books before I went into Breached and thought it would be the continuation of Lila and Nathan's story from where it left off in Infraction. The back of Infraction had in it that they were happy but the past was coming back and I was so excited to find out what would happen and then suddenly realized I wasn't getting that story but Breach from Nathan's point of view. I was so disappointed. But I guess maybe I misunderstood what was going to take place. I am a huge fan of the male point of view and enjoyed being in Nathan's head but since I had read the first book like the day before I read Breached it was a serious repeat of event. Still though it is well written and if your a fan of the series I am sure it will be well worth reading to find out how Nathan was feeling himself since Breach is mainly in Lila's point of view. I am still so curious about what happened to this couple after Infraction and must find out.

Breached tells Nathan’s point of view of the first story within the story. It has the same events that occurred within Breach but shows Nathan’s side of event. I enjoyed getting to experience what Nathan was feeling and thinking during some of the major moments within Breach. I loved seeing the relationship between Nathan and Delilah to grow and in this story the feelings that Nathan experience for Delilah.

Nathan continues to be one of my favourite book boyfriends and my heart constantly breaks for him in this story as readers get to read about his pain and heartache. I loved the way that he cares for Delilah and I have constant tears at the pain he experiences over what he has been through.

I felt like I understood Delilah more in this story as it become more obvious with the pain and hurt that she carries around her from the pain she experienced while she was younger.

The breached series is one of my favourite and K.I. Lynn continues to draw me into the world of Nathan Thorn. If you have read the first two books in the Breach series then you definitely need to read this story. If you haven’t read the awesomeness that is the Breach series then you need to hurry up and read it because you will not be disappointed.
