Networking Know-No's

Rate this book

Some of the wealthiest and most successful people in the world attribute their fortune to their networking capabilities. Meeting people, making connections, and promoting yourself can either make you or break you. The key is to know how to successfully navigate yourself through your selective networks--in particular, networking events. However, we all can recall a time in which we made a few mistakes during these crucial and lucrative events.

There are so many Networking Know-No's, party faux pas, etiquette errors, and social blunders to consider that we felt the need to save you from a few serious violations with this handbook. Although this is a very fun and entertaining read, these embarrassment-prevention tips are to be taken seriously.

The book is common sense based. Unless you have truly never been out in public or in a formal setting, it’s a waste of a read. It is entertaining for sure. If you’ve ever watched David you can read it in his voice and bring the sarcasm to life.

Practical and hilarious.

This is a quick read that’s less about making a good first impression than it is about avoiding a disastrous one. I laughed out loud more than once and saw myself in more than one example. Must read for anyone looking to make a connection without being a distraction.
